my review of the hotel will be short, but about the most important thing. The location of the hotel is next to the walking area on the Marina where there are many yachts and restaurants. To the sea on foot 20 minutes, on the shuttle bass 5 minutes. From my room on the 28th floor, the view was of the sea and the hotel Address, which was great and unforgettable. The staff at the hotel is very helpful, left a good impression. As for the restaurant, I have never met such an attentive attitude from the waiters, I have been to Dubai many times in different hotels. At Wyndham Marine on the first day of my visit I did not see my favorite fruit at dinner, when I asked why there was no pineapple, the waiter brought me a large plate of pineapple, it was nice. The other day I thought the chicken was too spicy, the waiter named Nai said that the chef would cook for me individually chicken without hot spices. Frankly, it was very pleasant. And I also sincerely want to express my gratitude to the chefs Chef Mani and Chef Arunish and all the staff of the Nai, Emerine, Joycee, Shevif restaurant. A good and inexpensive hotel. Within a 20-minute walk there is a Ferris wheel, the sea, a shopping center, a cafe. Shops and an exchange office are within walking distance.
The rooms are small (we took a suite). The furniture is clearly not new, but there is no significant wear. Cleaning is regular and of high quality.
The air conditioner works even when you leave.
The staff is friendly and sociable.
The breakfasts are standard. Lunch and/ or dinner on the menu, change for another day, but the circle is small (three or four days and again). The choice of dishes is small.
The second restaurant is more interesting. I was partially included in the accommodation. Also on the menu.
The gym is small, but everything you need is there. Water and towels are available.
There is always a taxi on the street, there was no problem to leave. But a couple of times there was a traffic jam at the entrance / exit.

A gorgeous hotel. We went in September 2023. The staff is very polite and pleasant. There are Russian-speaking people at the reception. Every day, a composition of fresh flowers is changed next to the reception. A large selection of food at the buffet. There are dishes at breakfast that are cooked right in front of your eyes. There is also a restaurant in the hotel (unfortunately we did not have time to visit it). There is a small pool on the 2nd floor where towels are provided, but they cannot be taken outside the hotel. Umbrellas are provided at the reception (for a deposit), with which you can go to the beach. There are also free buses from the hotel that run to various malls and the beach. The room is cleaned every day. They do this very efficiently and accurately, for which special thanks.

We chose this hotel based on reviews from friends. In principle, everything is fine and somewhere even very good.
Positive:
- very tasty food, we took a full boarding house;
- excellent location, with a wonderful view of the harbor;
- you can walk to the metro, it took us 15-20 minutes;
- a pharmacy and a Viva grocery store are within walking distance;
- located near Bluewaters Island, very beautiful views;
- you can even walk to JBR beach, where you can swim and sunbathe;
- the hotel has a free shuttle service to the closed Soluna Beach, this is already included in the price;
- there is also a free shuttle service to the metro and to the nearest malls;
- there are Russian—speaking staff, so if you are traveling for the first time and you have a poor level of English, then this hotel is for you;
- the hotel rooms themselves are clean, bright and cleaned very often;
- there are a lot of Russian tourists.
Cons:
- no food for small children, a lot of spices in the food;
- there are no playgrounds for children and no service for children;
- we didn't have a balcony and a heated towel rail in our room, so there was nowhere to dry things;
- the renovation in the rooms themselves is not the first freshness, of course, everything is repaired and mowed down, but the effect is not the same;
- they promised that they would give a late check-out, but in fact they did not provide anything, and left, as usual, at 12:00.

I liked the hotel, near the promenade, shops, went boating. We took breakfast and dinner. The food is good, but we had dinner at the hotel 2 times. There is an Azerbaijani restaurant next to the embankment. It's very tasty there. That's where we went. There is a bus to the beach, but we woke it up all the time. We walked for 15-20 minutes, it didn't bother us. The room was taken with a balcony. The rooms are fresh and cleaned perfectly. There were 10 days, for 2 202 thousand. We rested in a big company.

We had a rest from May 29 to June 9. I chose the hotel on my own. And I was not mistaken! Modern interior! Everything is new! The elevator is mirrored and always clean! The rooms are cleaned every day. Wonderful cuisine! On Sundays - Russian (borscht, cabbage rolls, buckwheat with vegetables, mushrooms, etc.). On Thursdays - Italian! I would like to note that the staff is very responsive and smiling and attentive to the guests! Eugene, at the reception, moved me from the 32nd floor to the 19th) a week later I got tired of the height, asked for a lower one, gave in, and the view became better with the sunset and the sea! Thanks for that! Everywhere is clean, they greet, the hotel itself is international, there are many Italians, there were a lot of them with us, the British, Russians, Kazakhs, and others. I am very pleased with the location of the hotel! Near the island of Blue waters, you can walk to it on the 2GIS map, download such an application immediately. JBR beach is nearby, but the children did not like it because of the heat. It takes about 16 minutes to walk. There are excellent supermarkets nearby. The promenade with yachts is beautiful, you can take a walk in the evening, everywhere there are stations with water you can safely drink and take water with you for free! 20 minutes along this embankment and you will reach the Marina Mall, I liked a good shopping center. River boats, air-conditioned buses are closed, 7 dirhams and you can also ride on this embankment near the Marina Mall. I liked the gym! I liked the spa, I'll go next time. I recommend the hotel! Great 4k! Even with a plus!

A wonderful hotel! Everything is at a high level. Clean, beautiful. I was with my son in early June 2024. We checked into the hotel on my son's birthday and there was a pleasant surprise in the room in the form of a piece of cake with congratulations. The best hotel I've been to. If you take both breakfast and dinner, you don't have to pay a lot of money in the city for food, it's very tasty to eat at the hotel. Some days there are even borscht and other Russian cuisine. There is one Russian at the reception, but mostly everyone speaks English there. It is convenient that the beach is next to the hotel. Beautiful hotel, conveniently located, the suite was beautiful, the view from the window is amazing. The pool and spa were also very useful. Especially on the day of departure, we came from the beach and took a shower there before the transfer. Breakfasts and lunches are good, dinner was meager, lunch and dinner on the menu, but it turned out to be monotonous, for this minus one star. A wonderful hotel! Cozy and comfortable. Fresh rooms, daily cleaning, change of towels. Water, coffee, tea, cream in the room (refilled), but we took our own natural coffee. Refrigerator, kettle, glasses for a comfortable and "good" morning))
The staff is very attentive! All issues were resolved quickly. They were supposed to check in from 14:00, in fact much earlier (at 11 or 12).
There are shops with affordable prices not far from the hotel. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The purest water! There are a lot of fish and seagulls... children with such a variety of animals are definitely interested😉☺️
In the evening, you can even organize your leisure time on your own, take a walk along the embankment where there are many restaurants and cafes...take a walk on the yacht, everything is nearby.
The breakfasts are wonderful!!! The buffet. I recommend cheeses and fruits with vegetables.
Eggs and milk were not delicious in the UAE...don't be surprised))

There were problems with settling in, I wanted to lower the star for this, but I won't. I remembered that we were evicted because of this later. The hotel is clean, there is a Russian-speaking staff. Nice rooms. Excellent food. We had two meals included. Breakfast is always included, and lunch or dinner could already be chosen. There are always fresh fruits and vegetables. There were fish and meat for lunch and dinner. There is a vegan menu. Breakfast has everything your heart desires (all kinds of drinks and always fresh juices). We had a shuttle service to the beach on Palma included.

We stayed at the hotel from 04/15/2024 to 04/24/2024 for the second time (Before that we came in 2017).The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive and polite. In terms of food, it has become more modest after Covid times. I would also like to mention the free access to the Soluna beach club, with sun loungers and swimming pools, we were also very pleased with the beach itself, where there are few people. A shuttle service from the hotel runs regularly to the malls and to the beach of Palma. The location of the hotel is also pleasing, 10 minutes from JBR beach and Bluewaters Island where you can walk.

The expectations from the hotel were met. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to JBR beach, from the hotel there is a transfer to soluna private beach on Palma, as well as to the metro and shopping center. Nice hotel. I was there in May.
Positive:
1) Nice clean rooms with a very nice finish
2) Delicious food. I went to breakfast with pleasure
3) Good service. There is a Russian-speaking staff. In general, it seems that half of the hotel's visitors are from ours.
4) Swimming pool
5) There is a good Viva grocery store nearby. I recommend it if you need to buy something edible at normal prices.
Minuses:
1) I don't know about the other rooms, but I didn't have an outlet in my shower. It is inconvenient to use a hairdryer, as a result.
2) There is no way to ask for access to the microwave at the reception. If you want to warm up something from your own, it won't work
3) The location is both successful and not at the same time. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but it takes longer to get to other places.
4) The staff in the desire to offer any services is sometimes annoying.

Добрый день. Путешествовал с женой в эмиратах. Эмират Дубай. Долго готовился и планировал. Немного об этом. План был такой. Отдыхать в районе Дубай Марина ( район высоток и крутых отелей) и чтоб до пляжа 10 мин пешком. Не более и в тоже время в шаговой доступности до метро и развлекалово. Прошерстил все, что можно и остановился на этом отеле. Он подходил по всем параметрам. Инфа для всех. Резервируйте за 3-4 месяца желательно. Моя бронь за неделю до вылета +100т.руб. стоила. Брать в Дубай надо Дирхамы. Их деньги.
Отдельно про перелет. Есть не дорогие рейсы с пересадкой через Баку в Дубай из Москвы. Экономия примерно 50 тысяч руб на двоих. Мой совет. Лететь через Баку. А сэкономненные деньги ваше жена или девушка обязательно потратит на косметику и духи. Отвечаю. Моя как увидела все эти запрещенные бренды, так из боевой стойки покупательницы парфюма и не выходила пока не потратила все, что могла потратить... Жизнь-боль. Ну и так далее.
Много всего, что там можно посмотреть, но давайте про отель. 4+ звезды. Не высокий отель всего 32 этажа:)Очень чисто, дружелюбно. Много иностранцев. Не братьев не видел вообще, если кто переживает, что желто-синие тут обитают. Много туристов с детьми. Семейный отель, но не детский сад. Не мешают дети отдыхать. В номере евростандарт. Супериор. Нам все хватило. Еда. Охрененная еда. Завтраки однообразные, но очень вкусные. Все, что надо на завтраке есть. Обедов и ужинов 3 повторяющиеся вариации. В целом очень все вкусно и много. Совет берите полупансион при бронировании. В ресторанах еда стоит больших денег. Иначе в Маке есть будете. Да тут есть МАК. Да еще. Тут мало алкоголя и стоит он очень дорого. Это не алкотур. Чтоб было понятно. Вернемся к отелю. До пляжа 10 мин пешком. Главный пляж Дубая. Народу много, но пляж суперский. Очень много всевозможных экскурский и туров, но с этим думаю на месте разберетесь.
Будут в отеле предлагать частный пляж Coluna. Мне не зашел. 100 АЕД на человека (2500₽) Это внутренняя часть искуственного острова, но вам может и понравится.
Итог. Ехать в Дубай и Wyndham надо. Да не дешево, но поездка интересная.

There are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, a large shopping center within walking distance. There is no beach of its own, but there is a small basik) But if you really need it, then there is a free transfer to the beach. Although, you can walk to it, not too far.
The staff is very attentive and responsive, in touch at any time. One night they asked to bring water, they performed it within 2-3 minutes. There were no complaints about cleaning the room even once.
The only thing that was slightly annoying was the absolutely identical menu on the Swede. Every day there were the same products and dishes. However, we only had breakfast at the hotel, so we were not very upset. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel, you definitely won't be able to die of hunger.
Otherwise, a nice, cozy hotel, which is a pleasure to stay in. Definitely, I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel, very clean, renovated rooms, the rooms are dry, there is no humidity, the Windows open, we had a spacious room with a small balcony, on 3, with an extra bed. The room has a living room and a bedroom separated by a shelving, large wardrobes, a bathroom with a bathroom. We took half board, everything was fresh, and there was a wide selection. Stunning hotel, excellent location, 15 minutes walking distance to the sea JBR beach, 15 minutes to DMCC metro. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they always help, there is a transfer to the beach, metro, shopping center and to the beach which is located on a palm tree. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, replenish stocks of coffee, tea, water. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is something to choose from, you will not stay hungry. There is a separate hammam for men and women, a small pool on the 3rd floor, there is always shade after lunch, which is very saving in the heat. I recommend the hotel, all the staff is very polite, they do everything to make the guests happy! We arrived at the hotel at 10:30, we were immediately checked in and were not expected until 14:00. Tourist fee 15 dirhams per day, paid with a Union Pay card (I have a Russian standard bank) Take a room with a balcony, if there are available rooms, they will settle with a view of the Dubai Marina.

I liked the hotel - stylish, fresh renovation (tired furniture or interiors are nowhere to be seen). Free Wi-Fi, delicious and varied buffet at all meals.
We lived on the 21st floor, and we had our own balcony with a view of the desalination plant and a piece of the Persian Gulf. For example, colleagues did not have a balcony for 4.
There is a feature - the elevator works only with cards, and then you can get to your floor and public floors. If you are a fan of visiting other floors, this can be a problem. Plus, in the rooms with two separate beds, the beds are very close to each other.
Of the minuses - a long check-in. We had a trip from work and we got our rooms closer to 3-4, although it was stated at 2. At the same time, we were allowed to leave our things, they gave us to change into a spa, so we calmly went to the beach)

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, cleaning is done every day. The view is cool, on Dubai Marina. Very friendly staff, helped to solve all issues, speak Russian, but not all. It's a little far from the sea, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk, it's tiring in the heat and feels like a long time (but we were out of season, in July). If you are looking at this hotel, it is better to settle on a Palm Tree. It has its own beach and swimming pool (Soluna beach). For 200 dirhams they carry on a transfer from Dubai Marina, and if you have a tour, this option will most likely be enabled. Breakfast is a buffet. Normally, if you try everything, you will find something even very tasty)) but we are spoiled by the cuisine of Moscow and St. Petersburg, so the dishes were three. To go to the subway for 10 minutes at a brisk pace. There are a lot of shops around, you can always take a snack to your room or on the road. Marina Mall is 10 minutes away too.

The hotel itself is great, it was cleaned well. If there were noisy neighbors, everything was quickly solved by calling the reception. There was not enough cleaning in the cafe at the hotel. Poorly washed dishes, a long wait, even taking into account a business lunch. Who says that in Thailand they are stupid in restaurants, believe me that in the Emirates no less.

Great hotel! Modern, well maintained. Large rooms, perfect order, high-quality cleaning, bed linen - deserves a special delight. We were at breakfasts and dinners - delicious, varied, there are plenty of places and food. The service is at the highest level. Cleanliness and tranquility are the guarantee of this hotel. The staff is polite, ready to help at any time. The room was cleaned regularly. The pool is not the biggest, but it is enough. Very clean, water samples are taken several times a day for analysis. Transport accessibility is good. Territorial location - 5 minutes walk to the beach. From the hotel options: free transfer to DMCC metro station, Dubai Marina Mall, Emirates Mall and some beach (I don't remember the name) and back. This can not but please in hot weather. We were satisfied with everything, I will be happy to come back here :)
P.S. I will separately mention the BlackSmith restaurant with their lucky hours: Prosecco for 25 dirhams, delicious beer for 35 and incredible dishes for a relatively small price tag (I will attach a photo)😄

The food is delicious, the assortment is good, in half-board you can now choose either lunch or dinner every day. They are cleaned well, the rooms are renovated. The pool is clean, there are enough rods, it works until 21:00. We stayed there 3 times and in the future, of course, we will too!!!)) in Moscow, they book a room without a balcony, if you need a balcony, then you can pay extra at the hotel reception and they will give you a nice room with a beautiful view 😍

I have rested a lot in the network of this hotel, personally, my opinion is that the price is too expensive! Overall, I liked everything, the view from the room was good. We wanted to get to breakfast, we couldn't, the queue is terrible. The reception staff is friendly. Another point, in the review of the hotel on the YouTube channel, they said that they give out towels and umbrellas for the beach, but this is not so!!! The cleaning is good, but there is no kettle and cutlery!!!

There is a Russian-speaking staff, which is very valuable for those who do not know English. There are disadvantages of course - there are no places to dry wet clothes (swimming trunks and swimsuits have been drying for several days, they say everyone has such a trouble), and, unfortunately, there is no room for children to leave them there and relax a little. They said that there is a nanny service, but mine are already big for nannies, and a room where children can play, draw, and do something, under supervision, would need to be equipped. They promised to fix it. And so, respect to employees.

The hotel is very nice. We were in Dubai for the first time, so it's difficult to compare. Among the advantages: excellent service: friendly concierges, restaurant, room cleaning, all wishes are fulfilled. Free transfer to shopping centers, beach umbrella, gym, small pool. In general, the hotel has a good atmosphere, such a multinational party.
Cons: view from the windows. The Superior room does not imply a normal view at all. Therefore, when booking, keep in mind that asking for such a room with a view of the Marina will not work. The view will be like in the photo, or even worse. Lena is dirty. It doesn't seem far to the beach, but walking in the heat is so much fun. In general, a good option for your money

Overall a good hotel. Some staff speak Russian, but very few of them do. On the first day they checked into a room with a view of the construction site and the highway, I asked to replace the room, the next day everything was done in the late afternoon, for which I thank you very much.

The breakfasts are the same every day. I recommend going to the restaurant on the second floor instead of a Buffet dinner, the portions are large and much tastier there than on the 1st, where the buffet is.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. There are shops nearby.
Free transfer to the metro, two shopping centers. I also had a free visit to the beach on Palma, but I couldn't, according to reviews they said that it wasn't bad there, but the food was very expensive.

We paid extra for the view from the room, with a balcony on the 28th floor.There is not a very large selection of food, but it is delicious.Beer and Champagne in the bar-45 dirhams. But there are happy hours from 17.00-20.00 at the price of 22 dirhams. At the end of the embankment there is a Marina Mall shopping center. We took a taxi to the Mall of the Emirates, an excellent shopping center. The sea is gorgeous! We really liked everything!

A great hotel, everything in the room has coffee, tea, water is changed to new ones every day. Toothpaste , toothbrush, delicious breakfast , polite staff. In the morning I went to the pool , you can go to the gym . At the entrance you can take delicious popcorn and lemonades .It takes 10 minutes to go to the beach . There are buses that can take you to the beach , Dubai Mall and other places in time, at the entrance you can find this schedule. For an additional fee , you can wash and dry things . I recommend this hotel .

A chic hotel, but you need to settle higher and with a view of the Dubai Marina. The room is modern, everything is there, the child is given an extra bed without any problems. Next to the hotel on the right, something similar to our Pyaterochka, there is also a currency exchange and souvenirs, on the other side there is also a small and inexpensive supermarket. You can walk to the beach in two ways, to the right and to the left of the hotel, across bridges. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk, but among the beautiful skyscrapers it does not bother. I recommend going to the Ferris wheel on the pedestrian bridge, there is also an interesting and beautiful walking area with excellent views

The hotel is great.breakfasts and lunches are varied.the beach is a 15-minute walk along the Marina through cafes and a bridge .cool rooms, of course, with a view of the Marina.otherwise, everything is sad (photo attached), but it's not even the view from the window, but the rumble (even with the windows closed) from a working station on the coast.
