I liked the hotel. Excellent clean and very well maintained territory. There is a lot of entertainment, there are geese, turtles, funny rabbits, games, croquet, tennis. Good and very non-intrusive animation. Excellent selection of music during the day.
Good quality delicious and varied food, including crayfish, honey, salt fish, sushi. Excellent meat, especially beef, mutton and tongues. Bakery products. The watermelons are ripe. There are decent drinks, cocktails are poorly made, but if you tell what exactly to pour, they will do it. Decent coffee, especially in a coffee shop. There are freshly squeezed juices, tortillas and good ice cream in the afternoon.
Among the disadvantages is only cleaning the room. Sometimes they did not clean at all, towels were not laid, and the floor was dirty. Once they left dirty rags everywhere in the room and towels piled in the sink. The sink was not washed.

We stayed at the hotel in October of the 24th year. We didn't understand the rave reviews about this hotel a bit. First of all, of course, we like Kemer much more than Belek, and the sea, and the mountains. Secondly, this is the hotel itself, we read a lot and heard a lot of good things, but it didn't work out for us. We have rested in this wonderful hotel several times.
The hotel level is ultra all inclusive.
You can eat throughout the day at different points.
The bars are open until 2 a.m. and offer European-level alcohol and two beers.
Instead of powdered ones, this year the restaurant has freshly squeezed orange juice.
The menu includes fish, veal, lamb.
There are dumplings and borscht.
In April, the sea is cool, but you can swim.
It's about 35 degrees outside.
For children there is a children's playground with a swimming pool and slides and a mini zoo.
Contact the bartender at the pool bar named Azziz.
He speaks Russian and will make you very decent drinks for every taste, and if you want to sip a glass of whiskey or vodka, he will treat you to strawberries as a snack!

We stayed at this hotel with our six-year-old daughter for a week in mid-July. This was my second trip to Belconti, before that I went in 1997. Pros: very green area, nice new club rooms, everything is working properly. The beach is relatively clean, you can find sun beds there. But not by the pool :-) If it's important for someone, then almost all the staff speaks Russian. There were a lot of families with very young children. There is a place to walk with a stroller. The food is excellent: there is a large selection of meat and fish, a lot of fresh salads and vegetables in separate cuts. Cons: frankly poor room cleaning. The sand has been lying in my hallway for six days. There is also a problem with towels in the rooms. Sometimes they forget to put it in, then they won't put it all in. The shift is every two days. In general, the staff does not bother: they arrived and well done)! No one will run to solve your problems, but they will do it. Otherwise, a wonderful beach bar, live music. There don't seem to be enough seats in the main restaurant, you have to take them up. Plus, try to catch the waiter for drinks. The pools are sold out. Mothers and children are standing in the frogs, it is impossible to swim. Children's animation is very weak. I would say that the hotel is a solid four this season

The optimal price-quality ratio among Belek hotels.;Of course, it works on an all-inclusive system. A relatively small area. Absolutely a masterpiece kitchen! A huge variety of dishes (for example, there can be five types of dumplings and four to five types of pasta at the same time) and an amazing cooking quality. Luxury snacks. Alcohol is local. Beach service is included in the price. Nice and unobtrusive animation. Belek city center is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and working. Although the hotel is quite old, there is no feeling of fatigue in the room stock. Everything works. I want to come here again and again.

It's a thrill, the best vacation in my life, everything is on top,everything is clean,staff,hotel,pools,food,sea nearby,sand, entertainment and drinks,great with children,and there is an indoor pool and baths,turtles walk around the territory during the day,hedgehogs at night,there is a living area with rabbits and ducks, you can freely go outside the territory and shops are not far away,every evening at 21:00 showtime,bands perform,you can eat at night, you can also take something to the room,no one has ever made any comments, especially liked volleyball, this is paradise,take more than a week!I advise everyone, we took a (tez) tour, ultra all inclusive, we were met at the airport and also taken away, no worries, and also unlimited ice cream from 12-18, and a lot of everything, gorgeous!

We stayed at this hotel in early May 2024. A one-time hotel. The territory is beautiful, well maintained, but small. The room was given in the main building. They cleaned well. But one day they left the door to the balcony open after cleaning. It was strange. The food is varied, delicious pastries. From seasonal fruits/berries are just tasteless strawberries. No watermelons, no medlars. Fortunately, medlar grows on the territory (fir trees)). Animation spoiled the rest. It's the same thing every day. Not all animators understand how to communicate with guests. One was quite stuffy and even unpleasant. There were guest artists in the evenings. But they sang and performed, not to say wow. At midnight. I'm unlikely to come here again.

The hotel is on solid 4. 2 adults and a 1.5-year-old child had a rest in June 2022.
The room was kindly provided in the main building with carpeted floors and partial sea views, it was quiet and comfortable.
The room is big enough, not new, but everything worked.

We have rested in Venice many times, in the Belconti hotel for the first time.It's been almost a week since our vacation.The impression is the best.Acquaintances in Moscow said that the dead numbers.We were accommodated in the main building on the 3rd floor-2 rooms. / there are 5 of us/.The rooms are very decent, everything works and is very quiet - this is important to me.Only cicadas make noise. The staff is very well-mannered and friendly.The kitchen is a separate conversation.This is the first time we have come across the fact that almost all dishes are not spicy.Spices are very popular in Turkey.The food is very tasty and varied.Special thanks to the chef and all the kitchen staff. I had a rest in Belconti 4 times, I really liked everything: 1 the territory is just super 2. The rooms are excellent 3. The reception staff is friendly and very attentive 4. The hotel will be comfortable with teenagers.all day, at every step there is a lot of "harmful", but so beloved by children food. I will not write much, I will summarize:
1. The main thing is not to read reviews in the hotel chat in the telegram, it is not informative at all, do not listen to whiners, everything is great here! (Complaints about "they didn't bring soda" and other such nonsense, we were constantly replenished, the minibar), I really began to suspect that Russian-speaking users of "Belconti competitors" who escalate and disperse disinformation were in that chat.
2. The room is clean, the plates in the restaurant are clean, there is nothing critical, for some reason everyone forgot to write that every time in the restaurant the tablecloth is changed for each visitor and the table is re-covered.
3. After reading about rotovirus, we almost canceled the trip to the bottom line, decided to take a chance, took a bunch of pills and they all didn't come in handy! We swam both in the pool and in the sea.
4. Every morning in front of the pool, I bred a polysorb for the prevention of the child, everything is fine.
5. @Kyrylova_Anna is a golden man, solves issues quickly (although as such they did not exist, everything is at the highest level, so they inadvertently left the room without cards and could not get back)
6. The staff is very courteous.
Otherwise, it's very cool, this is the place you want to go back to and recommend to your friends.

She vacationed at Belconti from May 30 to June 12, 2023 with two children. I liked everything: the territory, the friendly attitude of the staff, the food, the beach, the pools, animation and entertainment. But, unfortunately, there are significant disadvantages - these are mosquitoes in the room (children are bitten, in the morning even blood on the sheets from bites) and the terrible smell of sewage in the evenings, from about 18:00 to 24:00 (or maybe later, they fell asleep with this smell). We lived in building D, room 4315. This is the building farthest from the sea. Our windows overlooked the garden or park, which is the border with the neighboring Waterpark Hotel. And a side view of the sea. Every evening, a car drove by in a nearby hotel, spraying mosquito repellent. But, apparently, the trees prevented the spraying of the product on the territory of Belkonti. And the smell of the sewer- it was generally terrible… I wanted to sleep with the door to the balcony open so that the children could breathe the sea air and the weather was comfortable. And there's no getting away from that stench.… So, take a mosquito repellent raptor and a bite ointment with you. And ask them not to put you in Building D. The photo shows the view from the balcony.

Arrived today (06/16/2024) at this hotel in the evening after 22.00, a family of 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 11 years old). After the flight delay, very tired and hungry, we got from Moscow Time for 13 hours. And what a disappointment we felt when we received the keys to room 2216. I've read great reviews on this site and I had no doubt that something could be wrong. Room 2216 is a tiny standard with a view of the fence without a balcony, there was a 2-bedroom bed and a cot with a mattress in the room.
We have never rested in rooms of this level, the room is 3 minus or 2+ (how does the hotel have 5 *). The children and I just wanted to cry with disappointment. When we returned to the reception, we were assured that there were no more rooms (and the day, by the way, was paid for) and they would be able to change only tomorrow. Having given almost half a million to the Pegas tour operator, we received a similar horror. We have been to Turkey many times, always in 5* hotels, in 2022 we rested in Limak Arcadia next door (this was probably the decisive factor, we liked it there, beautiful rooms, although it is a budget five, but what a difference!)
In 2023 we were in Alba Queen, previously in Gloria Serenity All this does not compare.
Closer to 23.00, we returned to the reception again, in such conditions it is impossible to be four with children. As a result, we were replaced with a room on the 6th floor with a view of the entrance, it differs in that there is a balcony, those are slightly larger. It can be overshadowed by 4- or 3+.
I have read extremely enthusiastic reviews about this hotel, but my experience turned out to be the opposite, if it helps someone, it is good.
I will hope that the sea and the sun will somehow smooth out the complete disappointment tomorrow. But for tonight, it's a complete disappointment.

Otherwise, the impressions were smoothed out, well-groomed territory, delicious food, freshly squeezed juices, the beach is ordinary as in all of Belek, there is no pontoon of its own, the sea is warm and clean, because the sand is not transparent. I would like to mention the girl Anna Kirillova, the head of the guest relationship, separately, she apologized for the check-in situation, and later helped us return the phone at the hotel that was forgotten when we left.

We rested at the hotel from 04/26.23 to 05/06.23 . We lived in the Club room in building No.2. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay: beds with good mattresses and pillows, high-quality bed linen, snow-white towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hats, sticks, needle threads, tea set, daily replenished mini-bar, safe, TV with Russian channels. Everything in the room worked perfectly.
The food in the main restaurant was more than satisfied with us, everything is very tasty, beautiful, and a lot))
The beach is nice, clean with convenient access to the sea. There were plenty of sun beds and tables, and we always found them free.
A very beautiful, well-groomed territory near the hotel, many flowering trees and shrubs and a whole alley of roses.
The hotel is located next to Belek, you can quickly walk to the city center and to the bus stop.

We stayed at this hotel from 06/09/24-06/19/24. Before that, we were in several hotels in Turkey such as : Letoonia, (now called Selectum Belek) IC Green Palace, two Magic and Barut Arum. And accordingly, it was with these hotels that we had a comparison.
The flight was late, we flew by Turkish airlines charter (in fact Anadolujet), the flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. We checked into the hotel around 23:00. When checking in, there were no problems, they were settled in 5 minutes. The room was upgraded, they gave a luxury deluxe room without any additional charges and requests, although they initially booked a simple standard room. We were very lucky with the room: two balconies, one with a sea view, the other with a view of the pines and mountains, and a side view of the sea, a large area of at least 40 square meters, there is a shower and a Jacuzzi, there are only two such rooms in the hotel.
But after leaving the room and walking around the building in search of a late dinner, you realize that the hotel needs renovation, and it became somehow sad. But the next morning, we went to breakfast, and it became much more fun, just 5 points for food, looking ahead, lunch and dinner, everything is also very decent (I compared this hotel with Barut Arum hotel in terms of food), After breakfast we went to the beach, walking around the territory

There were plenty of sun beds everywhere, both by the pools and by the sea, despite the fact that they came to the sea by 9:30, and to the pool after lunch. The entry into the sea is comfortable. The sea itself was warm and calm until lunch. During lunch we went to the main restaurant, you can also have a snack on site. Also, a tent is open at the beach from 12:00, they give delicious ice cream and fruits, there is a beach bar near this tent, and a place where gozleme is cooked. At 19:00 dinner begins, there is plenty of food for every taste,different types of meat, fish, there were crayfish, shrimp, squid in batter, pizza, different types of pasta with different serves, etc. and so on, and most importantly, everything is very tasty. There were always empty seats in the restaurant, and the table was always clean, the waiters did well quickly, and were always sincerely polite. And in general, the entire hotel staff is sociable (many speak Russian), positive and good-natured. Separately, it is worth noting Anna, an employee of Guest Relation, with whatever questions and requests, she was not approached, she always tried to help and everything quickly turned into a positive result.
Of the disadvantages, it is worth noting: poor room cleaning;
Incomprehensible animation, it seems like two guys are trying, but it still turns out, somehow weak and crumpled, some of the animators do not know what time it will start, darts, jenga, shooting, and in general whether it will be entertainment, according to the shooting program at 15:30, you come by this time, wait for 10 minutes, and as a result, the animator did not come. They go around the pool to invite you to darts at 11:30, you come by 11:30, and the darts are already coming to an end.
Otherwise, everything is fine. We would go to this hotel again, definitely yes, despite some shortcomings, it is somehow homely here.

I don't know what people write about theft, tasteless and bad food "smoking"... This is all nonsense!
We were there in November 2023, 7 days. A dream, not a hotel. No, seriously! A lot of food, high-quality, a large beach, it's interesting to walk around, next to the well-known "Disneyland", which, unfortunately, we haven't been to, and the like.
The staff is polite, cheerful, and positive. Yes, not everyone speaks Russian, but all the staff gives a smile, absolutely all without exception. Even the rescuers, seemingly serious uncles, are still cheerful, sociable, and after the shift they do not go home at all, but have fun with visitors on the slides.
The pool, however, was cold. But still, we came to the sea, the fact that it is cold is not scary.

The hotel does not correspond to the category of 5 (five) stars! This is 4 (four) stars with a big stretch! The ULTRA All inclusive system is not working! Whiskey consumption is limited ! In 2 months, 3 (three) General Managers were replaced there. I have been to this hotel many times, we go there every year. Every year the quality decreases, and the price has increased 2 (two) times! In 2021 and 2022, I paid 200,000 rubles for 9 nights, and last year and this 2024, I already paid 400,000 rubles. ! I visited many hotels in Belek, including Xanadu. Rixos, Maxx Royal, Gloria Serenity, Cornelia Diamond,Corneia DeLuxe, etc. 9 years ago I lost my job and started traveling to Belconti. I thought that in terms of price/quality ratio, this is the best hotel in Belek. But after the price hike, it became like a 4 star All inclusive in the Maldives. The heyday of the hotel was when it was run by Hakan Tokoz. I know him personally. Then the hotel began to correspond to the 5-star class. After he left, everything went downhill- worse and worse. This year I hit the whiskey. Whiskey, by the way, is the cheapest there - J&B and Red Label. I drank Red Label for 2 days, and on the third day they told me, "You drink a lot of whiskey. If you continue to drink a lot of whiskey, then we will disconnect you from the bar!" I'm fucked up! I say in my voucher - ULTRA All inclusive! Nobody cares! "Don't drink so much whiskey anymore!" The beer is not bad, but it's a problem with strong drinks. There are no French cognacs, only local brandy. There are no original drinks like Baileys, Martini, some local substitutes. Gina Gordons, Beefeater no. Foreigners mostly drink cocktails like whiskey/Cola, gin/tonic - they don't care. The restaurant is only a normal dinner. Breakfast and especially lunch sucks. Lunch - mashed potatoes, meatballs, rice and fish that cannot be eaten, the whole selection. It doesn 't even pull in 4 stars ! Sea Food is missing as a class! Important - there is practically no WiFi in the room. For 5 years they promised to set up WiFi in the room - the result is zero. My son had to go to the reception, where the WiFi is normal, to watch a video or movie. Out of 8 days, the room was not cleaned for 2 days (not in a row). I had to call the reception. Out of 8 days, the mini-bar was updated only 3 times. It is impossible to fall asleep before 1 a.m. because a disco is rumbling in a room with a sea view, which no one goes to. Now the hotel is suitable only for families with young children who do not drink clean strong drinks, but certainly not for this money. For this money, next time I will fly to the Maldives the same 4 All inclusive stars, only there I will not be limited in the amount of whiskey I drink! The hotel is a bit old.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, the dust does not wipe off, you leave a tip - the maximum is that the bedspread will be laid out in a different manner. Cotton swabs were not reported on any of the days, there were no cotton pads in the chain. Shower gels are also almost all over by the end.
Mini bar. It is free and replenishable, but when it was not replenished for the first 2 days, we turned to the cleaning service, they told us to call the reception. As a result, it was only after the call that the mini-bar was replenished. We were surprised that we had to remind ourselves of this or ask for it. On other days, they replenished, but not in full volume, there was often no tea. And on the last day, drinks were put only in the amount of 1 jar of each drink, not 2.
The food is good, but monotonous, delicious cheese pizzas, but you often need to stand behind them, because especially hungry tourists collect plates for themselves. One evening was interesting, when they gave crayfish, and there was a crowd of people behind them, red fish on the grill and not only. It was interesting. And I've seen sushi a couple of times. Burgers are served at the beach, tortillas, waffles are baked, fruits and ice cream are given. Ice cream is given only in cones, it would be better if there was a possibility of free ice cream in factory packaging, it tastes better.
Having lunch at a restaurant by the beach wasn't bad either. Like it.
There were not enough better snacks around 16-17 o'clock... the pool bar had not tasty rolls and one kind of sandwiches..
Towards the end of the rest, the waiters became more efficient and almost immediately came to take orders for drinks. At first, they did not know who to ask and where to get at least elementary water.
A huge disadvantage is that the water is all very icy, even in a children's restaurant, and children don't really drink ice water.
There is a children's restaurant, although it is colder there than in the usual one. But there is no special special baby food, plus or minus the same.
For kids there is milk, juices, baby purees in jars.
The children's mini club is too old and too small, we have seen better and more. Zoo.. cage with animals: rabbits.. It's also so-so, in my opinion, not quite ennobled.
Turtles were seen crawling on the lawn several times.
Animation is sluggish, in other hotels it turns on, it's not that you can see it - you can hear it, but here on the beach you just see them loitering between the rows ... and where are the emotions? Where are those "Good morning! Morning gym! Volleyball! Bocca!" and so on??
There was no foam party in the afternoon at the pool, or anything like that…
The evening shows are also of the same type, average. A show of illusions or magic tricks could also be shown, otherwise only gymnasts and dancers. Karaoke among tourists or dancing is also pointless.
Children's animators are better, mini disco is on the level.
There are sunbeds without mattresses on the beach, and it is not so easy to find and call beach workers, especially since there is a beach near the main bar, and there is further away.
The sea for 8 days was mostly muddy and dirty, even in the morning. And with the waves. We saw him transparent only on day 2 and at the end of the vacation.
It is not convenient that there are no quarter codes on the pillars so that you can order drinks yourself. No one ever came up to us on the beach to ask what we wanted to drink, we walked by ourselves, and one day he asked the people lying next to us, and just walked past us. Strange.
The beach bar sets its own atmosphere in the evening, well. You can take hookahs for a fee.
Baileys with ice can not be found in all bars, but it is still there.
Slides in the pool work for a long time, probably for most this is a plus. But the water in the pool was just like hot milk... swimming was disgusting.

On June 20, 2024, during the day on the beach, a parachute with flying tourists caught on a light tower and burst, there was a rescue tower nearby, but instead of rescuing people and providing assistance, rescue workers stood and videotaped everything, and tourists rushed to rescue. Somehow it didn't seem customer-oriented ...., even though it would have been up to 14 o'clock ... but no.
That year we had a rest at the Kremlin Palace and we liked everything there much more.
Also, as an alternative, you can consider Belek beach resort, we rested there in 2022, we were also satisfied. I would like to return to such hotels.
And belconti has a lot more work to do!

Both pools are deep, 1.20 m minimum depth. The water is very cold, we were in the first half of October! It is inconvenient with kids, there is only a 30 cm baby pool on the territory of the miniclub, but I do not advise you to go there either, our 3-year-old kid picked up an intestinal virus somewhere and spent a day in the hospital under a drip! In general, the hotel is completely unsanitary, right from the floor in the restaurant, the waitress lifted the napkin clip and put it back into the napkins, the barmaid tampers coffee with her bare hands in the horn, and before that she spoke with the same hands on the phone, the bartenders have water flowing straight into the drinks! In general, cocktails are disgusting. They don't know how to do it, they cook it specially for Russians, they hint at tips! But usually tips are given for good work, and not vice versa, for bad work, so that you can work better! Be ready to be stoned from all sides, you can smoke everywhere except indoors and in the dining room on the street and on the beach and by the pool there will be a lot of smoking! It was the Oktoberfest holiday. They fenced off the territory, set the tables, did not let anyone in, or rather, let everyone in except the Russians! We went in, the animation manager chased us away, they say the start is in 10 minutes, I look around - people are already sitting at the tables and eating, I say, what are these doing here? Answer: "And they just sit there!"The animation manager is a separate story, the guests are to blame for all his mistakes! On the main stand there is a schedule that does not correspond to reality, when contacting guest relay, the situation was not corrected, as the wrong one hung and remained, we were given an "up-to-date" printout, but there were no declared activities on it, "then the whip broke, then the coachman ..." The food is very scarce, there is a lot on the tables what, but all the same rolls, pastries, fast food, at first the eyes run away, but on closer examination there is nothing to eat, there are few meat dishes, for dinner there are just huge queues for a kebab! Live music on the beach in the evening is also designed for Turkish guests, a couple of foreign hits, and then Turkish pop, until the Turks get tired of dancing, occupying the entire dance floor! There is no one at the disco! A hotel for pensioners!
One local resident told us that Russians have not been here for a long time, since 2014, in general, we do not need to start!
