It's only the third day, and it's full of emotions, not just a carriage, but a locomotive... Everything is just epic. There is a lot of food, there is plenty of everything for children. The pools are just great. The slides are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are plenty of animations. Ice cream every day from 12 to 18.
Sea.... The beach is magnificent. Sand, smooth entrance. The bottom is sandy. There is a separate "corner" for children with facilities for playing in the sand.
The room is great. I don't see the point in listing everything. There is everything you need and even more :)
The territory of the hotel itself is large and sooo green. Everything is very beautiful.
There are a lot of emotions... And this is only the third day of rest.
I want to come here again... being here 😁

We had a rest in October 2018. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very tasty and varied food. One minus is to go for a walk outside the hotel, there is nowhere to go, shops are only in Belek itself, which is a 15-minute walk at a brisk pace. And the prices there are very expensive, so we had to go to the nearby village of Serik.

we had a rest from June 8 to June 16, 2019. The hotel is open for all 5+.There are a lot of vacationers, but there was enough space on the beach for everyone.I had to borrow early from the pools.There were enough tables in the restaurant for any visit, clean tablecloths, dishes were cleaned, and the waiters' service was excellent.a varied diet every day.the sea is clean and warm.

We had a family vacation during the May holidays. The weather let us down a little until May 9, we went in jackets. But these days we were not bored. There is something for everyone to do on site. I really like the food. We arrived at the hotel for the second time. We used to visit other hotels in Side, Kemer and Alanya, we liked this one more than others... We'll come again.

The hotel does not match its five stars. Maximum 3 stars! Rooms with Soviet renovation (everything is decrepit, falling curtains, running faucets). The rooms feel like they are not cleaned at all, even if you leave a tip. Although the bar promises imported drinks, they are available, but only in the lobby bar, and even then these drinks are all Turkish, but they taste the same as the local alco! The food is monotonous, no, the same thing every day and not tasty (I've been to other hotels more than once!). Check-in is delayed. There is no animation at all, animators do everything as if someone pointed a gun at them and there is no joy either in their eyes or in their behavior ((( for children, mini-disco is the same! In general, the price / quality does not match any way!

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of June. Mom, my daughter is 5 years old and I all came out 110000 with a flight to Russia. The room on the first day was dirty and the bed linen was damp, which is extremely unpleasant. On the second day they cleaned up. The laundry was heated by ourselves. After the tip, $5 was changed.
I must say that once the lamp went out on the balcony and the door jammed into the bathroom after ringing for 10 minutes, everything was fixed, it was very pleased.
There are a lot of people. The staff only managed to make tablecloths for lunch, breakfast and dinner. Well, that's okay... the food is delicious. Seafood is not enough 2 times a week. There are few fruits... In general, the norms are, but not five.

In principle, it's fine.. Only fish bite if you stand still, if you swim, they don't bite... it is not pleasant, especially they strive to bite into a sore (if there is a bite)! Constant conflicts over deck chairs, someone took, someone took away a towel, etc ... I saw a snake, how to climb the slides, it was about 80 centimeters, I wanted to get closer, but it stood up like a cobra on me, a nightmare!!!! The hotel seems to be for children, but they smoke everywhere, it's annoying, especially when you go to eat! They start smoking at the tables, it's not very pleasant!!! I wouldn't go there a second time!!!!

I was in Turkey for the first time, I was never drawn there, my brother suggested that I go with my family) The reality has exceeded all expectations!!!The hotel is not new, but everything is very clean! We arrived at the hotel early (check-in from 14:00), but we checked in at 11:00).The room is located in a building with a view of the garden and the sea))) The towels in the room are snow-white and soft;) The beach ones are also in excellent condition! The beach is suuuper, there are plenty of places, good sun beds with mattresses, sand).The hotel has EXCELLENT animation, there is always something to do and something to play!) Beach volleyball- van love (Eldar is simply the best not only presenter, but also volleyball player). There are sooooo many.... greens.. salads...myasaaaa... side dishes for every taste... lots of fruits...and sweets- you can't try them all!!!! The PIZZA is the most delicious I've ever eaten! Pleasant staff, the waiters themselves bring the drinks that you ask for) There was always a cool show program in the evening!!) then live music and dancing) at 00:00, a disco opened with cool remixes from J.Ozzies))) Animators have always worked with the public, paid attention to everyone, and communicated! Special respect to you, you are the best*)
In general, if you are still thinking of going to this hotel or not, then I advise you to book and pack your suitcase as soon as possible!!!! Have a good rest!

We had a rest in early July 2019. It takes 30-40 minutes from Antalya. We booked a one-room room, because there were no others, when we checked in we offered a 2-room room without additional charges. The room smelled damp, and after turning on the air conditioner, everything became OK.
The food is delicious, good (we didn't sit on the pot). The beach is sandy, the sea is muddy near the shore. Sun beds, both on the beach and by the pool, are all in towels, go and look (although there is an announcement that such towels will be cleaned by employees, but they do not do this, apparently you need to throw them off yourself, act like pigs). There is a shop with everything you need at the restaurant. The hotel is good, the territory is large, turtles are running)

The Tagil contingent, food like in the Soviet Union, everything is absolutely old, all furniture is plastic, instant coffee Jacobs, Soviet port wine, mini club until 17.30, Russian chanson in the evening, in short Anapa!!! We moved to the Voyage Hotel two days later, these are friends of the 5-star level! Friends, have a good and high-quality rest, do not make our mistakes with Belconti, learn from ours))

The hotel was not ready to receive guests in August, they settled into the house. Dirt was everywhere, greasy spots on mirrors, glasses, floor streaked, dust. After contacting the reception, they were moved to the main building, it was better, but..... The food is normal as everywhere in Turkey, the territory is green, the beach is not well maintained. We travel to Turkey 3 times a year, we know what kind of service there is, so the review is objective. Even in the center of the hall at the reception, dust was not washed from a black retro car for a week, and the sofa, which is red and round in the center of the hall, stood with papers, ficus leaves and dust.

Of the declared five stars, the hotel reaches a maximum of 3.5. The main disappointment is the dirt in the room. They cleaned every other time, and that was bad. There are torn pillowcases on the pillows. They forgot to put the bag in the trash. The balcony was not cleaned at all. The mini-bar was also filled every other day, although they had to every day. Even drinking water was not brought every day (
The food is tasteless from the word at all. There are few waiters: sometimes they just waited for a glass of water for 15 minutes.
Among the advantages: a gorgeous sea. Well-groomed gpzonv. Wildlife: turtles, lizards and hedgehogs in the wild.
Animation for kids is weak. Just an hour and a half 2 times a day. Cheap paints for aquagrim: the child then has spots on his face. Some animators don't even speak English. They spoke on their fingers.
Bottom line: we will never fly to this hotel again
