Nice hotel. I liked almost everything. But unfortunately, the cleaning of the rooms left much to be desired. Then they forget to put a towel, then the sand is not washed off on the floor in the toilet. There is plenty of food, the beach is clean and sandy, as well as the entrance to the sea.

Very bad attitude towards guests from Russia! The hotel is designed for Turks and Germans! In the queue for food, the tortilla woman put a plate on the Turkish woman who was standing behind us, and we had to wait for the preparation of the next portion. To the "question, what's the matter?"The answer is: "Mine is yours not to understand!" At the guest relay, Anna told us that the cake maker should not speak English, so I turn around what I want! The hotel is not suitable for families with children, as there is no animation for schoolchildren, and there is not a single Russian-speaking animator in the mini club for kids! One was met somehow, she squeezed reviews out of us, but she gave us incorrect information on activities, as a result of which we did not get where we wanted twice! Both pools are deep, 1.20 m minimum depth. The water is very cold, we were in the first half of October! It is inconvenient with kids, there is only a 30 cm baby pool on the territory of the miniclub, but I do not advise you to go there either, our 3-year-old kid picked up an intestinal virus somewhere and spent a day in the hospital under a drip! In general, the hotel is completely unsanitary, right from the floor in the restaurant, the waitress lifted the napkin clip and put it back into the napkins, the barmaid tampers coffee with her bare hands in the horn, and before that she spoke with the same hands on the phone, the bartenders have water flowing straight into the drinks! In general, cocktails are disgusting. They don't know how to do it, they cook it specially for Russians, they hint at tips! But usually tips are given for good work, and not vice versa, for bad work, so that you can work better! Be ready to be stoned from all sides, you can smoke everywhere except indoors and in the dining room on the street and on the beach and by the pool there will be a lot of smoking! It was the Oktoberfest holiday. They fenced off the territory, set the tables, did not let anyone in, or rather, let everyone in except the Russians! We went in, the animation manager chased us away, they say the start is in 10 minutes, I look around - people are already sitting at the tables and eating, I say, what are these doing here? Answer: "And they just sit there!"The animation manager is a separate story, the guests are to blame for all his mistakes! On the main stand there is a schedule that does not correspond to reality, when contacting guest relay, the situation was not corrected, as the wrong one hung and remained, we were given an "up-to-date" printout, but there were no declared activities on it, "then the whip broke, then the coachman ..." The food is very scarce, there is a lot on the tables what, but all the same rolls, pastries, fast food, at first the eyes run away, but on closer examination there is nothing to eat, there are few meat dishes, for dinner there are just huge queues for a kebab! Live music on the beach in the evening is also designed for Turkish guests, a couple of foreign hits, and then Turkish pop, until the Turks get tired of dancing, occupying the entire dance floor! There is no one at the disco! A hotel for pensioners!
One local resident told us that Russians have not been here for a long time, since 2014, in general, we do not need to start!

Great hotel. We had a rest in early May. The territory is well maintained and clean.
A sea of orange trees. The pools are clean. Slides for children are absolutely safe. The food is also unsalted, not overcooked. The rolls are tasteless. Different fish for lunch and dinner. We had a rest in May.
There were a lot of strawberries. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. There are smoothies by the pool in the afternoon.
Cocktails at the pool bar are so-so.
The animation was so-so. Perhaps the beginning of the season. The animators at the children's club are great, they are constantly making something with children.
The room is also great. The cleaning is good. The change of towels is timely. In general, the staff is polite.

The hotel itself is not great, just good. The food is excellent, the territory is all green. Cicadas are screaming around the clock. The rooms are like from the USSR, the beach is normal, canopies over sun beds, not umbrellas, the sea is muddy and waves are constantly - it's interesting for 2 days. There's nothing further to do there. There is no animation, vacationers are either pince-nez or with small children.

We were at the hotel in early May 2022. The hotel is for families with children. The beach is probably the best in Turkey: sand, good beach furniture, bar, snacks, ice cream, gozleme, fenced playground with protection from the sun and wind. The food is varied, the chefs are attentive. Drinking is more interesting in the lobby. Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish are served. Even a few dinners served delicious strawberries. You can go shopping on foot in Belek, there is a fair every Saturday with gorgeous fruits, spices, sweets. Turtles walk freely on the territory of the hotel. There are rabbits and ducks in the kids club, which is very interesting for children. We found a secluded fountain with fish and frogs. The rooms are cleaned every day. Animation for vacationers and children is good, children's animators are very talented and attentive. The SPA has an indoor pool, hammam, saunas. We had a family vacation in April 2023. The hotel was recommended by a manager from online tours. In principle, I did not regret that I went there. Good food, no seafood, really, but I'll get over it somehow. Good alcohol, bartenders already remember you by sight and silently pour you what you drink. The disadvantage of nutrition is that there is no round-the-clock food, as in other 5*, In the afternoon we ate in the dining room on the shore, a small assortment, but in general everything is delicious. I read in the reviews that cocktails are made better in the lobby, in other bars not very much - in my opinion - everything is the same, especially since bartenders move from one bar to another. The slides were already working in April- but it was cold, +20 degrees. The sea is +18. I was saved by a surfer's wetsuit. So I would have climbed into the water. The hotel staff is very friendly, always helpful. We were supposed to have two club rooms next to each other. This was not reflected in the vouchers. we had an overnight flight, arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., we were sent for breakfast, saying that they had our vouchers in the system unrelated, but they would try to help us. as a result, at 8 a.m. we were given a room at the reception in the main building (double bed and single) there were three of us, we immediately fell asleep. after lunch, they already gave the second room - through the wall. there were also 2 beds, but the bathroom was not made wisely, the curtains opened inconveniently and there was no dispensary with soap at the sink. in principle, it is uncritical.both rooms faced the sea. animation in the off-season is weak, it has just started its activity. you can play volleyball, table tennis, darts, mini golf. It's a 15-minute walk to Belek, we went for a walk there several times, smoked a hookah (weak). the cost for three adults is 200k, two rooms, for a week. a weak hamam, at first I thought of going to the spa program, but after looking at how it looks, I changed my mind. the pool is far from the steam rooms. the hammam is cold and uncomfortable. the sauna is small. there are a lot of screaming children swimming in the pool at the hammam, you can't relax... the Internet on the territory of the hotel is quite stable, it does not catch only at the sauna and at the disco

The sea itself, as well as the weather, are amazing. 2) The territory of the hotel is large, green, lots of fruit trees, everything is located very reasonably. Swimming pools, several water slides, bars and places where you can have a snack, including delicious ice cream. A children's corner, made of animals - rabbits and ducks in aviaries. 3) We lived in the main building of the hotel, in block E. The room is standard, has everything you need: a balcony, a comfortable bed, a TV, a bathtub, a hairdryer, slippers, decent toiletries, a mini-bar with beer, pepsi, drinking water was replenished daily. It was pretty quiet. Clubhouses are also available for check-in. I don't know about the inside, but they look very picturesque from the outside. 4) The food is very tasty and varied. A large number of desserts, watermelons, melons, plums, grapes, tangerines, apples, various types of meat, fish, pasta, a lot of greens and vegetables. Alcoholic cocktails are tastier in the lobby bar)) 5) The staff is friendly, helpful and quite efficient. There are many Russian speakers. 6) Entertainment. In the evenings, there is a half-hour children's animation (disco with a standard set of songs), almost immediately after - a show program (dancing, acrobatic numbers). As it turned out, the fiesta bar also has live music every evening. But I would say that this is a family hotel, not a place for wild parties. Beautiful green area, excellent service (at the European level), cool entry into the sea. The hotel is large - for 7-8 days it is just a great option (you can not get out of it). Russians are 30%, the rest are Germans, Estonians, Turks themselves. We got to some local football competitions and it was very crowded and fun. Otherwise, it is a solid, old-fashioned (in a pleasant sense) bourgeois hotel.
There is plenty of food and pools for children, impeccable sea and cocktails for adults.
From the practical: it seemed to me the best rooms in building A, in the main building on the 6th floor from 6031 to 6060 with sea views, in pitchforks. in 2022, you sign up for a massage with Eva (with pigtails) for energy, for a sports massage with Tolga (to solve medical problems) - this is a guy.

We are staying at the hotel from 13.08-23.08.2022. The beach, the food, the pool, the green area, everything is good in this sense. With regard to the accommodation service, Russians prefer to settle in basement rooms, referring to the occupancy of the hotel.and foreigners (Europeans), even 1 guest is accommodated in a double room in a clubhouse. I clean the room for 1 star (only towels are changed , garbage is taken out of the basket, everything else is neither the owner nor dry cleaning.The bar is updated only if you call the reception. Like they forgot . Also shampoos and conditioners with shower gels, add 1 piece each, save money.pay special attention to insurance . The Turkish doctor comes to the hotel only for examination, no help will be provided, they offer to go to the hospital for a scratch and sit there in the general queue to see a doctor. They are rude , they force you to sign a bunch of papers, write off money from insurance), you will lose a whole day in the hospital, because Turks do not understand English in the main.the mass.Did the travel agency say?that they work with rhinestones from foreign companies instantly , with those bought in Russia like this .

A vacation together with a 10-year-old child in early June.
The hotel was selected the day before departure...Many things turned out to correspond to the descriptions, but there were also unexpected disadvantages.
We have been vacationing in Turkey for a long time and regularly, we book hotels on our own, choosing carefully...but this time it turned out how it turned out))
Check-in: standard room with sea view. A waste of money: the view down is a solid roof. Yes, the sea is in the distance, but the eye still clings to the roof. But the main thing is the size of the balcony, where I expected to do exercises in the morning and sometimes sit with a cup of tea in the evening...The balcony is really tiny...Well, it's just very ((( Except for drying things there, it's no longer suitable for anything.
The room itself is clean, everything worked properly, the cleaning is good (I didn't get under the beds :)). We closed the strange small window with a visible lattice from the "balcony" with a Roman curtain, without understanding why it was needed at all.
Upon check-in, more: until you are given a room, temporary wi-fi will be connected at the reception, which is convenient (in the next hotel, where we moved after Belkonti, the Internet appeared only after check-in). Wi-fi, however, is not very stable on the territory, periodically crashes.
The contingent of vacationers is families with children of all ages: from infants to teenagers. There is such a noise at breakfast on the veranda, as if you are in kindergarten, and kindergarten is at the train station)))
About the restaurant: I still tend to call it a dining room in a good way, because for a restaurant, both the interior and the layout and serving of dishes are too uncomplicated. Visually, it's just food lying in marmites and on shelves. No problems with a beautiful design. But everything is delicious, with enough different types of meat, side dishes and vegetables. But with fruits, the second minus came out for me. There were no strawberries, no cherries, no medlars. Apples, pears, bananas (absolutely the same varieties that we eat in Moscow in winter)+ small green plums. A little sour apricots, but they had to be taken in time) Watermelons were, but not always sweet. Desserts are also modest: mostly soaked in syrup, the same taste, different shapes.
Outside the main restaurant, you can eat at the bar (fast food) and cafe (full meal) by the beach; bake gozleme, balls in syrup like donuts + ice cream.
Now another negative for me is drinks - both non-alcoholic and cocktails. They use the cheapest disposable plastic cups (those that are inserted into coolers) - hello to the pollution of nature - and pour something of a strange quality into them. Tomato juice looks like diluted. Non-alcoholic mojito is sometimes on sprite, then on mineral water...The Cosmopolitan cocktail is just a disaster))) Coffee at the beach bar is also not very good. And in the lobby too. You have to be a very unassuming tourist to like the quality of the drinks...I always drink about the same thing, I prefer quality to quantity. My personal opinion is that there is a failure with drinks in Belconti.
The service in the restaurants is fast, I would say that the speed of cleaning and new table setting is cosmic. To bring drinks, you need to "catch" the waiter, but they will bring it after that too quickly.
The territory and the beach: green, cozy, the beach is wide. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one of them with slides. The slides are not extreme. Without using inflatable cheesecakes. There are questions about the cleanliness of the territory, but not critical)
Animation:
There are classes for younger children and separately for teenagers. Evening shows are normal. We watched directly from the room, standing tightly on the mini-balcony)) After the show, you can move to the beach bar - there is live music.
The hotel has a shop with all sorts of stuff (convenient if you suddenly forgot something). Prices are expensive, however, in comparison with Moscow.
To summarize: the hotel is good, but we definitely won't go a second time))

We are currently resting at the hotel, 2 adults + a 15-year-old child + a 5-month-old baby. Number 1282.

We arrived at the hotel, we were sent for brunch (10.00 - 11.00), told to come after it, but at 11.00 the room was not ready, we were settled at 12.00 in building D.
Tired after a night flight, unfortunately, we did not immediately understand all the disadvantages of the location of this building. This is a free-standing block, which was connected to the main building by a stuffy passage. That is, with a wheelchair, we had to take the elevator down from the room, go through the passage, then through the rooms in block A and go down again by elevator... In the evening, after going to the sea, we realized that it was very difficult, so we approached the reception staff with a request to change the room.
The next day we moved to Building B. This is a completely different matter, everything is within walking distance. Thank you very much for your help.

Of course, as many noted in their reviews, the room is old, needs renovation, but everything is working properly. The minibar is being replenished.
BUT the mattresses on the bed are uncomfortable, it's hard to sleep, the first time is that you wake up several times at night, and in the morning everything hurts.

The room cleaning is very mediocre. They do not wipe the dust, they do not wash the balcony.
They asked to clean the room before 12, since the infant sleeps at lunch, but this request is simply ignored.
We have to call or come to the Guest Relationship every day: the room is not cleaned, then we put 3 towels, not 4, although there are four of us.
No apologies from the hotel - the staff just pass on the complaint, and the next day it's all over again, nothing changes.
In the children's playpen, the linen is changed only after a complaint, there is no baby linen, although in the first days it was, then they just make it for adults, but this linen is large, uncomfortable.
Due to this attitude to requests, the overall impression of the hotel deteriorates.
The air conditioner is working, it cools normally, but it has only 2 modes - blowing and not blowing))), you can set only the force of the cold air flow. The temperature regime does not work... Therefore, you constantly have to turn it on and off.
WI-FI catches very poorly. Very often there is simply no network, this problem must be solved somehow...

I would like to note that there are cherries, but, for example, there are no packaged juices, only instant powdered (yuppi).

We had a rest from April 26 to May 4. We arrived at the hotel at 07:00, checked in immediately. It is very pleasant, without any additional charges. A cozy room with a view of the garden. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and well maintained. Lots of palm trees🌴 The beach is clean, sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle.
