A wonderful hotel!
Polite, helpful staff, the huge territory of the hotel itself, pools open until 12 at night, we really liked it all.We lived in the far Annex building, walking to the sea for 5 minutes longer than from the main buildings is not a problem at all.The food was good, there was always plenty to choose from, we didn't go hungry, everything was clean.I also liked the beach, despite the fact that we rested in the height of the season, there were always free sun beds.The beach is beautiful-smooth approach, no rocks, ideal with children.

I stayed at this hotel from October 23 to October 31. The advantages of the hotel are a large area. The hotel is beautiful, decorated in antique style. The hotel is on solid 4. The perfect entrance to the water, sand and nothing more! but at the end of the season, there is a river nearby, the cold current of which is mixed and invigorates in places. The food is normal. It doesn't tire you in a week.
There are a lot of "Fix price" shops behind the hotel and the endless Cherkizovsky market, where you have to bargain to the last, or look elsewhere.
If you are going to come, then carefully study the weather forecast and make sure that the temperature will not exceed 35. As soon as the thermometer goes over 40, hell begins in the room, pain and Vietnam - a weak kondey does not take out loads.
It is better not to take excursions from a guide right away, but first find out from the locals about the content.
Groceries, cigarettes and alcohol can be bought in Migros and similar analogues of our stores with fixed prices.
Clothes and shoes can be found at good prices in Nova Mall, as well as LC Waikiki.
Do not try to use a taxi. You can get to the old town by minibus with the inscription "SIDE", and back, "KUMKOY". And to the "Nova Mall" from the old town: just go up to the drivers and say "novamolpliz" and they will tell you everything. 80% understand Russian. (Travel ~

But at the old town, you just have to walk to the sights and that's it. Everything else is overpriced burnt clothes, shoes, magnets at completely uncivilized prices. Don't take their shawarma either - you'll spit all the way.

We had a great rest. Everything is for guests, adults and children. The food is very high quality, varied, very tasty lamb, dried olives, cheese and of course oranges! A sandy beach, several pools, a children's water park is huge for a small hotel. Everything we needed for a vacation was there and even more than we paid for it. All the infrastructure around the hotel, shops, pharmacies, market, bars, hookah. The room is very spacious, clean, and the dollar works wonders. We have been to many places and not only in Turkey, the hotel is not inferior even to very low-budget hotels like Rixos.
PS. Alcohol is local, Efes beer is delicious. I'm not ready to pay for someone to be drunk with imported alcohol instead of me)

The food is very varied at all meals: lots of vegetables, enough meat, there is fish. For dinner, they often cook something on the grill or bake, in our time there was a turkey and baked sea fish.
The room is clean, nothing is broken, overlooking the sea. Soap accessories, slippers, towels were in the room. The cleaner leaves water when cleaning, if anything, you can ask for it yourself for free.

There are about 5 bars in the entire hotel, you can always have something to drink. They mostly make cocktails with local alcohol, but it's decent, and it was quite enough.

The rooms after renovation are beautiful, but the drain in the shower did not work well and all the water flowed into the toilet area and was collected so that they splashed in the bathroom like in a deep puddle. Near the hotel there are markets, bars, a pharmacy-convenient. It's 1:20 from the airport. The entrance to the sea for small children is gentle and shallow for a long time. The sea is clean and gorgeous. A sunbed could always be found free. Ala kart restaurant started working alone and only since June 19, Turkish cuisine is very weak. Not once in 2 weeks of rest was there any themed dinner. At the end of the rest, I didn't know what to find to eat, because everything got boring. Animation is the same for children every day. For adults, too, such a thing. There is a children's club-there is no ice cream inside and it is very stuffy there. A playground in the sun without a canopy, you could only walk in the evening. Grandma makes gozleme tortillas on the beach-they didn't like it. The hotel is great. I rested there in late June and early July. Minus that there is no early check-in. I had to change clothes in a hammam and wait for check-in after 14:00. It did not work out to speed up this issue even with my offer of money ((( there was a full check-in.

I had a rest from May 10 to May 16.
It took 1-15 minutes from the airport to the hotel, stopping at three hotels on the way. There was a late arrival on 10.05 at 22-30 brought a transfer to the hotel. It was noted in the documents that the check-in was on 11.05 at 12:00. We settled in without any problems, you can choose a room for an additional fee) The rooms are very cozy, cleaning is daily. Very beautiful hotel grounds, good food 24/7, private beach, sun beds were enough for everyone. The coast is good, sandy, the sea is already warm) On the territory there is a tennis court, and a basketball net, billiards, hammam. Two large swimming pools and one mini water park for children) Morning yoga, animation in the pool, evening children's animation. In the evenings, good music, which smoothly turns from pleasant for dinner into disco, to shake up everything you eat))) there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and basically everyone understands Russian) I highly recommend you to visit!!!!

Bed bugs in the room! We have been vacationing in this hotel since August 25, the room was 3304, on September 1, insect bites appeared all over the body, which itched and itched. On September 3, a bed bug was found in the room. The hotel and the tour operator refused to refund the money so that we could go to another hotel and only agreed not immediately, but to change the room. Our room was disinfected, but only in it, and not in the neighboring ones. Be careful with this hotel.

We returned from the hotel on September 16. The hotel itself is not bad. We lived in the Anex building, my husband did not like that he walked a lot. I liked the room, everything is clean, everything works. The accessories included shampoo, gel, body lotion, shaving supplies and toothbrushes. The only wish is that there are not enough slippers. They cleaned, despite the tips, not very much. But we are not picky, we only came to the room to spend the night and change clothes.
As for food, you will definitely not stay hungry. There was fish every day, chicken, turkey, mutton, tongue. I didn't stand in line for eggs and pancakes, there was always something for breakfast without it. The staff are great, they are trying very hard to do everything quickly.
as for the beach, everything would be fine, only on the first day my husband ran into rocks. They are mostly located in the middle and on the right side. We tried to swim on the left if we were facing the sea.
There were always enough places on the beach, we never occupied them.
The conclusion is that the hotel is not bad, but there is no desire to come again.

The hotel is very nice, we were with children 3 years and 6 years old from May 23 to June 3, 2023. The food was delicious, varied, meat, fish, chicken, seafood salads, fruits (oranges, apples, pears, nectarines, apricots, peaches, etc.) The sea was not very warm, the weather was rainy, and the hotel itself is perfect for its price. Animation is a separate story, my children went to the disco because Baloo was there - a very sincere kind person, they are all like that! The animation team is working on 10 out of 10!!! Thank them very much!!! There is a good hammam, the massage is great! Water slides for children, adults, 2 children's pools, 2 adults. There is a mini club where it is interesting for children to study and play! If you doubt the choice of a hotel, feel free to come here! A sandy beach with a smooth and long entry into the sea is ideal for children. The kids also really liked the pools. We have been flying to Turkey for many years, this hotel is at a very good level. The rooms are perfectly clean, the hotel itself is also perfectly clean?!!
