Positive:
The hotel is located on the first line, but it is quite affordable. You can walk to the center of Side in 1.5 hours along the beach, we drove back by minibus.
I liked the food (except for fish, there are few hotels in Turkey where I ate delicious fish, alas). I agree with other reviews, there are excellent desserts here.
I liked the animation, there is something to remember)

Very good room audibility, but this is a common problem in many hotels.

Awesome hotel! Family friendly, calm, lots of pools, excellent cuisine, shops inside, there is a place to walk. The local supermarket is not far away, the prices are very pleasant. We were satisfied with the rest

I had a rest at the hotel in 2022. In June, from 06/22/02. 07.The room is normal. The food is excellent. The animation is weak.the service is good. The beach was not always cleaned. Vacation August 2022. I liked the hotel. The staff is wonderful. We offered a room in the main building with a sea view. The pools are large and very warm. You can swim in the large pool even at night :)) The sea was great for children, there were waves. Castles were built from sand. There were always enough sun beds. I really liked that between the lower one (also a large pool) and the sea, you can run back and forth since the distance between them is not large, you do not need to pack your things and go to the sea or to the pool, it is clear that we all go to the sea, but children like pools more :))) The food norms were not hungry, they were fed everywhere, But the ice cream was every other day but very tasty. We rested from the end of April to May 2023.
We are very satisfied with the hotel , based on the fact that the ticket for 3x came out 89000₽
The first days it rained , but in the afternoon the sun was warm and we had time to sunbathe . And in early May, we swam in the sea ( it was still fresh, but I swam) and in the pool.
Polite staff , very tasty food in the restaurant , lots of fruits and vegetables, sandy beach. There are many shops nearby , there is a place to walk .
Cleaning every day)
I definitely recommend it!

Today at 6 a.m. we were at home on 10/25/2022, returned from Turkey, Side, Caesar Hotel.I'll start from the beginning now.We took off from Zhukovsky, the airport is small, it is not necessary to arrive early, because there are not even places to sit.The flight was delayed at first for 20 minutes, then they kept it on the plane for 40 minutes.Check-in is fast, room for three, there were two of us,4th floor,2423 room number,main building From the window there is a view of another building and only the edge of the sea is visible, but not critical.They cleaned well, changed everything , shampoo, gels in abundance, standard food,chicken,turkey, lamb, perch,mackerel, herring and tuna fish on the veranda, I did not have time to try Side dishes - rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, fries,stewed,rustic,stuffed peppers, zucchini, pies with deep-fried minced meat, stewed vegetables....The beach is big, there were places, but I rarely swam in our sea, I left, because I have my own place In the sea of stone and very small places.The shades on the beach are old, they should be changed, patched.The bars are open all the time, lunch, tea with cookies,waffles,kurosan, bites, there is enough food, there is plenty of fruit.The animation is weak, maybe it's not the season anymore. They bake delicious gozlems. But we have to stand in line. There are delicious spicy ones. Beer is very good. Next, the food is super. The hotel is beautiful. Live music at dinner. Dinner and breakfast and lunch are served on the terrace. But you can also go to a restaurant. In the heat, of course, it is better under the air conditioner. According to the bar, they didn't make delicious cocktails. But gin and tonic and so on, please. It's also a normal wine. After the show, a nightclub opens. There's a bar there. He's right in the hotel in the basement. This is a huge plus for me personally)) usually the show program and everyone goes to sleep) and then dance and drink)) the area is good. There is a place to walk in the evening. We lived in the Annex building. We checked into a room with a view of the pool. We rested from 30.09 to 13.10. 2022.
And so, we stopped by on 30.09 at around 9 pm, went through the registration at the reception, paid $ 200 extra for a room in the main building, with a sea view and 2 balconies, which we never regretted.

For food...Someone wrote about desserts of the same taste in different colors, I am inclined to assume that a person has had covid...because desserts are different and tastes are different too. Soups, well, they are very specific, but, guys, this is Turkey- to understand and forgive. Everything else is in full abundance, it's not realistic to stay hungry. Rice, pasta, French fries / rustic, mashed potatoes (adjustable, but imagine how many potatoes to peel in order to feed a full hotel...here, too, to understand and forgive). Fresh herbs, salads, fruits. In the morning, oatmeal / rice porridge, flakes, an ordinary omelet, they also cooked an omelet in a frying pan, pancakes, donuts (well, or their likeness, but delicious and this is the main thing). In the evening, baked meat/fish were distributed on the street. A large stand with bread. And there is also a lot of unexplored and untested, well, you just grab something with the children (the moms will understand)
We rested with friends, with a team of 3 children, not a single child was injured during the whole vacation, actually like us. So warm greetings to the kitchen staff and many thanks for your efforts.
Beach.
We read a review about a dirty beach...well, you know, if you come and it breaks you to clean up the glasses and cigarette butts, then the problem is not in the hotel and the staff, but in you! Every evening, the staff removed the piggery of tourists from the beach, it is not possible to go around every centimeter, so, yes, periodically, building sand castles, we found a treasure in the form of steers. The beach itself is large, seals hide under the stand, which periodically crawl out with their sun beds into the open area. The water in the sea is clean, and most importantly-shallow, with children there is a buzz. They do exercises on the beach, you can play volleyball, darts, maybe something else, I didn't pay much attention to these events. Of the paid entertainers, there is a miracle man named Rafik, with whom everything starts here. If you want to fly with a parachute - Raf, if you want to rent a boat-Raf, scooter, bun, banana -definitely Raf! I am sending him a huge thank you for insisting on a boat trip. The children were delighted, and we were no less delighted. In an hour (which is very little)we were taken to the old Side, where we were photographed from a boat against its background. We looked at the turtles that were swimming somewhere under the water, well, the children saw, and I had one side, because a huge bag of ice for champagne was brought to us on the boat, of course by agreement with Raf (Yocel, you are definitely my idol on this little trip and thank you for not packing us in this bag😆), and after we were given 15 minutes to swim in the sea and were taken back, it's even sad to remember, all good things end quickly. Inspired by this walk, we set out to fly with a parachute. I was preparing for a hard thrash, I even had thoughts of picking on a diaper, based on past experiences. But no, this is some kind of unexpected relaxation. Firstly, you are lifted to a height sooooo carefully and given the opportunity to get used to it, and then you don't care. You're just looking around and enjoying yourself, I really regretted that I didn't take the kid with me.
The result is on the beach, you need to be friends with Rafe, and somewhere you can get buns thanks to him.
Swimming pool.
I haven't been there often, the water in it is an order of magnitude colder. The husband and the child were riding down the slides, the cold water did not scare them. and for me, it's more like a place to recover as quickly as possible after a couple of margaritas.
We spent our evenings on the playground, the children there are busy with their own affairs, and we are busy with ours.
In general, I have no complaints about the hotel and its staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and most importantly patient. The room was cleaned well (mini insert).
Thank you Cesar's for a good rest, it was very sad to leave. Do I want to come back? Yes, indeed!

We were in Caesars back in the wild times. We are very satisfied. Classic, modern, clean, but not large rooms. The food was excellent, entertainment for everyone from young to old. A gorgeous beach and several pools. The water slides for children are great. I would love to come back more than once. I did not note the disadvantages of the strong ones. Good evening, everyone. We were from 5.10.2021 to 11.10.2021 the weather was super, we lived in an additional building, the rooms were cleaned every day, the staff was very friendly. Our room had 4503 view of the mosque, we listened to the service in the morning. They were on the sidelines and in people. The food is simply gorgeous, the staff is fussing, everything and everyone is putting on a lot, the drinks are all from bottles. There were 14 of us, everyone, as always, arranges rest and celebration for themselves, despite the cool animation, we had a very cool time, we always had our own water aerobics and beach dancing on the beach, thanks to our children. The hotel is good, the rest turned out to be comfortable. Vacationers are all family, with children, there are few young people, maybe this is a plus)
One of the disadvantages is Wi-Fi, which does not catch almost anywhere except the room and reception. I didn't like that all drinks are given out in plastic cups. I wanted some kind of presentability. Well, all right.
The food is delicious and varied. Lots of vegetables and fruits, greens. Local seafood fish is given a sea cocktail a couple of times a week (there are mussels, squid, shrimp, everything is stewed) - delicious. They gave me ice cream a couple of times. For children, you can find something to eat and mashed potatoes and porridges and soups, there is a diet table. Not very diverse, but still.
Desserts are mostly local, baklava is delicious, try it! All desserts are soaked in some kind of sugar syrups, this is unusual for me. We thought there would be something like tiramisu, cheesecakes, maybe sponge cakes. But mostly jelly desserts and soak in honey and sugar syrup.
Drinks yes, divorced yuppie. For adults, cocktails are not bad served in the lobby next to the reception. There's a menu, cocktails to choose from.
Try ayran, they give it in all bars here, it's very tasty and it's good for the stomach.
The pools are clean, the sea is just crystal clear, the sunset is smooth, the sand is magnificent, the waves are different. There were days when it was straight down, and there were days when it was calm.
The room is ordinary, not very big, I don't think you should find fault.
It is clear that all souvenirs and everything else are expensive here. There are a lot of beautiful streets near the hotel, but the prices are there. We went to manavgat to the bazaar on dolmush (such a minibus).
Take local sunscreen. The first three of us smeared ourselves with Russian ones, brought with us, burned to hell. Take spf and here in pharmacies near the hotel, they cost around 3.5-5€.
In general, that's it.
The rest was a success, I will advise my family and friends. My parents would have been brought here to rest. But for the second time, alone, they did not. It's a bit boring for young people. Although the shows in the evenings were interesting)
By the way, we went to smoke hookah in Istambul, a 5-minute walk from the hotel - it cost $ 5. It's cool, but it's like it's nicotine-free. It was interesting to watch the Turks there. They are so funny and detached)

I would like to note that I rate the hotel within the price segment in which it is located. The hotel fully justifies its cost. There are a lot of comments that someone's hotel is shabby, someone's food is not the same. What exactly is in the tone of the claims that they are disappointed with the hotel. I think that everyone who chose a vacation in Turkey this year analyzed the prices and saw what the situation was this year. It is important to understand that Caesar is a budget hotel, without claims to luxury exclusive service. Caesar is one of the cheap hotels in Side, the neighboring miramare from 250,000 in early September for 11 nights. It is logical that there are shrimp on the menu, and the infrastructure is new. Only for some reason, when choosing, we understand that we cannot afford it, we choose the cheaper option, thinking that at the same time the service and conditions will be more expensive as in the option. A budget vacation is always some kind of BUTS. If Caesar is renovated, the menu is expanded, then most of us will no longer be able to afford a trip to this hotel.

Check-in:
We arrived around 8 a.m., Timur met us, very friendly and help-oriented. Speaks Russian well. We bought a room in the Anex building, we settled in the main building for an additional fee of $ 10 per day. At the same time, the numbers are shown in advance, you can choose from the suggested options. We were initially offered a room with a view of the stage, where animation is going on until 11. We go to bed earlier, so we got a very quiet room. Check-in took place at 10:30. That is, it was 1.5 hours without a room. During this time, we had breakfast, got towels for the beach, changed our clothes, went to the beach.
Beach:
This is the best beach for me. The entrance to the sea is beautiful. I only swim where I feel the bottom. There is practically no depth. For holidays with children, it is also a huge plus. They wrote about the stones, I felt a couple in one place, that is, in general, their presence is not critical. In 99% of the sand at the bottom, this 1% can be bypassed. With regard to deck chairs: they are ordinary plastic ones with a mattress. There are enough of them for everyone, the only thing is, if you want to sunbathe by the sea, you need to take them early. I don't see anything terrible in this, but of course it makes me angry that some people take a dip in the sea 1-2 times a day, that is, they are practically not on the beach. And there are also situations when mothers with children come to the beach at 10:30 and start moving other people's things, sun beds, to lie in the first line, almost on people's heads.
There is a bar near the beach, open from 10 to 17. From 12 to 15 you can take snacks, fruits, from 16 to 17 tea with pastries.
Food:
It is standard for this category of hotel: different types of meat, fish. Everything is cooked delicious. There are a lot of desserts, Turkish sweets for dinner, but there is no onion. From fruits : grapes, nectarines, peaches, tangerines, watermelon, apples, pears, quince. The only nuance that I came across for breakfast, as these are raw eggs in eggs that are in a container for "5 minutes". I can't stand soft-boiled eggs and in 12 days, I got a normally boiled egg 1 time. Omelets with toppings of your choice are fried for breakfast, pancakes with fried eggs, donuts, English breakfast dishes alternate every other day, you can make a sandwich in a toaster.
Number:
We lived in room 2323, Standard, very ordinary: two beds, each bed has sockets. There is a sofa, a chair, a TV is built into a large mirror, although it is useless, since Russian channels do not work, they are from a European satellite, therefore, due to the situation, they do not work anywhere. The balcony is small, suitable for drying things and placing swimming equipment. The bathroom is combined: shower + toilet. There is not enough shelf for funds in the shower.
Territory:
It is very large, well-maintained, and there are many locations for photo shoots. The building of the main building divides the territory of the hotel into two parts: quiet, calm and noisy animation. There is a swimming pool in both parts. The area where there is animation is closer to the anex building, there are three pools: a large one for swimming, a small one with children's slides and 3 water slides. There is a children's club, but I am incompetent to talk here, since there are no children. On the way to the restaurant, there is a Market, clothes, textiles, you can rent a hookah. The prices are certainly higher than in migros, suitable for those who do not want to go to the store.
The Internet works well in the room and lobby, there is practically no Internet in other places.
Around the hotel:
There are a huge number of bazaars with fakes of famous brands, souvenirs, textiles, pharmacies outside the hotel. There are migros, karefur, a101, us polo (prices here are just incredibly low). There is a McDonald's in the mall of side, the prices are really not very pleasant, but who likes a big mac - it is there. There is also a bus stop nearby, from which you can go to Manavgat, to nova Mall. There are ATMs, including ziraat bank, from which you can withdraw money from the Tinkoff mir card. For those who are in Turkey for the first time, know that the traffic rules here are not the same as ours, pedestrians are practically not allowed, so be careful.
Eviction:
Check out of the hotel at 14:45, Timur allowed us to leave at 13:00 without any additional charges, and not at 12:00, as it should be. If you extend it until 16:00, then it costs $ 30, until 19:00 (it seems) $ 50.

We are resting now on 07/27/2021 for the first time in Turkey. The hotel is just great, the first line, the beach is sand, the water is clean, warm. There is everything for food; any meat, trout fish, chicken, duck, turkey, the choice is simply great. Sweets in 2 tables, cakes, pastries and much more, ice cream is also available👍 For children, all entertainment, water slides, swimming pool, animation 👍 only ours did not go dancing. Every day there are different types of shows (belly dancing, fire show, Africa show, etc.) and there is live music and a disco. I'll go through the alcohol separately. To my taste, I did not like either cognac, whiskey, or vodka, cheap alcohol, but this is my personal opinion🤢Beer is also not very weak, you drink like water, we bought their local beer in the store, that's the beer so beer👍 We came across the room at the entrance very close to the pool, there is a towel and slippers in the room, the refrigerator is generally not bad👍 Cleaning was so-so floors were washed only 2 times, the mirror and countertop with a sink in the bathroom are not washed at all, garbage bags were forgotten to put with toilet paper, although tips were left every day💵 The hotel staff has great respect, they do everything quickly, they don't ask, they carry everything, they take it away, they are very polite, I understand everything, thank them very much for this. And in general, the hotel is very good, there are disadvantages, but we turned a blind eye to them, just rested.

A wonderful hotel. A varied diet, a good selection of alcohol. Cozy, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The sea is nearby, the entrance is very smooth, fine sand, without stones and pebbles. We had a rest from October 15 to 27. I really liked it. We are going there in the spring.
