We had a vacation with my husband in September 2023. The hotel is great, the food is great, the children's animation is great, the adult is three by a stretch. If you are 50 + then you are here, if you are younger then not here. It's very boring. 80% of vacationers are retired Germans. In the evening, you can go outside the hotel and go shopping. The hotel is good. The sea is excellent, warm, sandy beach. The staff is friendly. There is always cold water in bottles. Everything is fine in terms of food, there is a great variety. You will definitely not stay hungry. Of the disadvantages, in order to reach the sea, you need to go down the forest for a long time. And also to climb higher. There is nowhere to go beyond the territory of the hotel, only bazaars and bars. Lots of cars. There are no parks, no squares, you walk only through the market and along the roads. Well, in general, the hotel is not bad. You can relax. There is a billiards table, exercise equipment, an indoor pool. The entrance to the sea is very steep, the first coastline. But with waves. We had a rest in October with my wife and child of 1.5 years. We arrived in the evening, had time for dinner, after which we were immediately settled. The room is nice, modern in the 2nd building with a view of a quiet courtyard. Cleaned every day. The food is delicious and varied. We haven't even tried everything. There was always something to choose for the child, too. Russian is well-spoken and the staff is friendly. Many people understand Russian. Russians and Germans are mostly in the hotel. The beach is clean, comfortable. There are enough sun beds for everyone. There is sand on the beach. There are refreshing drinks in the bars until late in the evening. The territory is large and beautiful. We are very pleased that we chose this hotel, we have already missed it, we will definitely come back here.

A great quiet hotel. The sea is within walking distance. The rooms are clean. There are Russian channels on TV, but you can't insert a USB stick into it. The room is cleaned every day. The food is varied. I'LL GO TO IT AGAIN. Do not buy excursions from a guide (on the street from Targovites it was twice cheaper to go to the canyon for 20 bucks and at first they wanted 49, so bargain) in antique Side, in general, by minibus for 7 minutes for 17 lira and not with a guide for 30 bucks

The hotel is just a tower.
We arrived at 10.40 (check-in from 14.00), at the reception we were immediately sent for breakfast, and after that we were immediately checked in, sending an assistant to help carry the luggage.
The room was large, clean, flowers were beautifully laid on the bed, there was a set of towels in the bathroom, and a bath set.
The buffet is varied, including about 100 lavish dishes, from fresh pastries, side dishes, and the second, sauces, chopped vegetables, salads (well, here for an amateur, some salads without mayonnaise), pickles, fruits, pies and cakes.
There were about 5 bars on the territory, where the tastiest cocktails were poured, but for those who like to fall without pleasure and clean ;)
There are also 4 pools, 2 of them for adults, one with a slide for the youngest, and one with 3 slides of the water park.
There was also a crumpet, with the most delicious crumpets I've ever tasted.
At a bar by the sea, at a certain time, you could collect burgers and eat them.
The sea is clean, sandy.
The hotel is well maintained, clean, and you can immediately see the owner is watching the hotel.

The hotel is good. It's strange that the reviews are so different. A comfortable, family-run hotel for adults, for families with children; there are no club parties here, young people have a little rest, but very little. They solve issues as they come in as best they can, they try. I would say that this is a four-star hotel, not a five (there is a little lack of territory for such a number of guests). I am writing in more detail about some points.
1. Check-in and room. We had a standard room reservation for three adults. As it turned out, this reservation is in the annex building, according to the pool side voucher number, across the street on the bridge. The manager of the tour operator Biblio-Globus did not warn us about this, and did not answer the question why the room was in an additional building. We arrived in the morning at 8-9 o'clock. Fortunately, we were allowed to have breakfast. They settled in at 12. I did not put money in my passport, I did not pay extra for upgrading the room category (we considered the option, but there were no rooms) . First, they gave me a room on the second or third floor (I don't remember) in an additional building, overlooking the construction site; the room was on the last floor, there were cots in the corridor. They asked to change it. As a result, we were given a room in an additional building on the third floor with windows facing the courtyard-well. As it turned out, this option is very worthy. The only thing is that sunlight does not get on the mini-balcony, then swimsuits and beach towels do not dry well. Otherwise, the room was excellent (#4331).The advantage of the additional building is that there is no music, animation and sounds of people walking on the bridge. I had to arrange at the reception for the third person to bring additional bedding (this is not a folding sofa, not a separate bed, but a cot, as it turned out!), a third set of towels. There is a so-called sofa in the room, but only a child can fit there. The hotel does not prepare rooms for reservations, they resolve issues as they check in. A large flow of guests. The handle on the balcony in the room was broken, a couple of days later it was changed at my second request. The room has a standard set of gels, soaps, sewing kit, slippers; hair dryer, refrigerator, conditioner. The building has been renovated, everything looks very decent.
The ventilation in the bathroom is weak, but it works; a shower with a ladder. The only thing is, these stupid hangers would be replaced with ordinary ones. The in-room safe is free of charge. The room is cleaned mediocre, even with tips: towels are changed, paper is put down, but the floor is washed plus or minus, but still they do something every day.
2. Food. There is a choice of food: meat (turkey, chicken, beef was once), 1 type of fish (bony), various vegetables, herbs, fruits, cheeses, sausages, desserts and more. The main thing is that the food is normal and delicious; the plates and utensils are clean. There are Turkish rolls for breakfast, an omelet. There are a lot of fruits. There are desserts, they make different ones; without frills (there was baklava). For me, the food is comfortable and delicious (I am ascetic in this regard). For lovers of variety, of course, not here; it's almost the same thing here every day. They wash the dishes normally, the only thing I will say is that one coffee machine in the beach bar is probably poorly washed: I poured hot water for tea, then there was discomfort in the intestines (it took a day, I drank a drink). It was the only moment; my body reacts instantly to poorly washed dishes and so on. Therefore, I can say that everything in the hotel is worthy. The chefs are doing their best. Waiters are actively changing tablecloths and cutlery on the tables. I was in the period from August 9-16; at the end of the trip, the number of guests at the hotel increased dramatically and there was a wild buzz in the restaurant, it was difficult to find a table for lunch and dinner.
3. The beach. The beach is sandy, but dirty: a lot of cigarette butts, plastic lids and other small things. Hotel guests litter themselves. There are a lot of guests resting, this one is annoying. The entrance to the sea is normal, but there are places with rocks. Employees walk on the beach, offer to buy leather goods and water sports. The hotel is located on a hill, so you need to go down the stairs to reach the beach. Keep in mind.
*In general, the staff is friendly: waiters, maids, receptionists. At the reception, upon check-in, as I have already described, I had to fight a little, but then all questions were kindly answered. The only thing would be to tighten up their management in terms of preparing rooms upon check-in and instructions for communicating with guests.
* The hotel has a lot of guests, the hotel is not very good at loading. But the issues are resolved as they come in.
The territory is still small for such a large number of guests. Beautiful sunset view from the restaurant.
In general, you can relax. For lovers of Side and the sandy beach, the option is very good in the middle price segment; there is a nearby miramare hotel, it is already more expensive. The rest of the good hotels from the horus paradise series and others are much more expensive. Maybe in September or June there will be fewer, more comfortable guests in the hotel; I don't know.

*We took an excursion to Istanbul, $ 230. Actually, it's hard, but it's interesting. They pick up from the hotel at 4 a.m., returned around 2 a.m. Biblio globus (fit holidays) has very large groups (30-50 people) compared to pegasus touristic groups, for example (~15 people). The guide is a good historian. Flight by local airlines, the program is rich: 2 mosques, Sultan's palace, boat trip, lunch / dinner. Lunch was mediocre (it's better not to eat it at all, but go to a cafe in the palace), and dinner was very good (the food itself tastes better:the same chicken, but cooked better, the plates are cleaner, there are more vegetables / greens ...). The program is stretched, because in the Sultan's palace they give free time for a couple of hours, but in the halls of the palace it is wildly stuffy, it is difficult to inspect the expositions. The toilet is normal only in the cafe; in the cafe, by the way, the food is very decent, the prices are like everywhere else.
*the mir card is not accepted everywhere in Turkey, it depends on the acquiring bank (whose terminal). For example, at the airport on the way back from Istanbul to Antalya, I could not buy any of the food, because the mir card is not accepted, and the change from $ 100 will be given in Turkish lira((( small cash is needed.

If in 2 words: a quiet hotel for elderly Germans ...
The food is as we wrote earlier: monotonous, the children really have nothing to eat. The rooms are good, it is clear that the furniture was changed not so long ago. But the cleaning let me down... there is sand around, we try not to carry it to the room, but two children... and the maid does not clean any of this. For an additional fee of 100 €, the standard was changed to family (more spacious, 2-storey bed).
There is animation, but not annoying. Faced with the fact that in the schedule for children one thing, in fact another, can shift the time. The playground is small, there are broken things that are already apparently at the end of the season and do not think to repair.
I don't know if this is a plus or a minus: the water in the pools is cold! In the nursery, with slides, icy! The pools are mostly empty almost all the time, but intestinal infections do not spread and people swim more in the sea)
About hotel shows, I didn't understand anything. They seem to be only a couple of times a week. But also, at the running time of 21.30, 2 times a week bingo 🤦♀️
The beach is gorgeous, the sea is warm, there are waves, but the children are delighted with them!

We are still resting here, but I already wanted to share my opinion about the hotel. It's terrible! There were ants and spiders in the room, they complained at the reception, the maid was sent for processing, but the next day they crawled again. The buildings are old. There are ascents, descents, and steps to get to the restaurant. The menu is limited, everything is tasteless, meat, fish are burnt. Vegetables and fruits are a minimum. The sun beds near the pool have been occupied since 6 a.m., BUT we also occupied them in the morning, when we came after breakfast, we found our towels on the only chaise longue, and ours were occupied by the Germans, of whom 80% are here. They did not get involved, because they did not want to ignite another war.

We stayed at this hotel from May 1 to May 7. I liked everything, but there was a residue from the hammam. But everything is in order. The food is varied and in sufficient quantity. Fish, meat, turkey have plenty to choose from, always fresh vegetables in large quantities. Desserts with strawberries in tartlets are beyond praise. The room was in the Anex building, quiet. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed on request. Unfortunately, the sea turned out to be cold for May. The beach is clean, we grab sun beds for everyone. The entry into the sea is smooth. They offer water activities, but the price is too high. An unpleasant situation happened in the hammam. The receptionist Julia forgot to hand over the change once. I decided to change the type of massage, so the difference in cost was not refunded. Despite these inconveniences, I will not say anything bad about the hammam anymore. My husband and I took a massage course. I would like to mention the masseur Ersin. Excellent massage techniques, drew attention to the problem areas, worked them out.
I recommend the hotel to visit. We will come back ourselves and we will definitely take a massage

Of the advantages:
- 2 pools, which are geographically separated. The first zone is a large swimming pool and a children's pool with an aqua park, located at the entrance to the main building. The second one is very cool for me, right next to the sea. Very convenient, I think.
- A decent area, there is a place to walk, lie down.
- I'll probably take the food to the pros, too, since in principle there is something to choose. But do not count on steaks, marlin, shrimp, crabs, etc.
- The beach is not bad (sand), the entrance to the sea is shallow, for children it is the most.
Of the cons:
- Alcohol is just full of g!!! Take good alcohol from home so you don't get poisoned. Beer is normal!!!
- In the evening, after 23, well, there's nothing to do at all.
- Food is both a plus and a minus, since almost always everything is the same. In a week, the monotony will make you sick.
- The reception is trying to move into the most luxurious room in order to charge you for changing the room. Don't be fooled and demand it.
- There is no evening animation, there are rare (once every 14 days) exceptions.
- There are just unrealistically many people, like in an anthill.
- The sun beds by the pool should be taken at 7 am. Arriving at 10, you will no longer find a place, towels are everywhere, although the pool is half empty.
- The Anex building is a nightmare, especially the ground floors.
Bottom line: This hotel is no longer a foot away. Choose something else. There is a hotel on the right, I do not remember the name, there is a level there, you can immediately see (my balcony partially overlooked it). I don't know how the food is, but the music is incendiary, not kau, we have oriental whining. There are constant shows in the evening, you watch them and you want to go straight to them. In general, I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

There are shades on the beach, sun beds with mattresses, a bar next to it. Everything is just fine. There is a spa on site, which manages the Aslan Salon. A very wonderful leader, he will very competently, professionally explain to each person about the importance of massage on the human body and select for everyone what kind of massage is needed. He has professional massage therapists who do massage at a high level. I did a massage myself at Jihan's, I really liked the massage, I recommend that you try to do it, you will be satisfied. A good hammam, I am also very pleased. The cabin is clean, friendly staff, it's a pleasure to be there. I had a problem with my arm. On March 30, 2021, she broke her left arm, fractured her left wrist with displacement. The arm in the cast did not heal properly and in the spa, the salon manager Aslan helped me put my arm back in place. I am very grateful and grateful to Aslan that he was so attentive to my problem, my pain went away, my fingers began to move better. And, so: for food-everything is monotonous and bland, on the third day you don't even know what to eat, even though there seems to be a lot of everything (only for dinner it's more or less decent); the territory is large; the beach is sand, very shallow (only stones, you need to look under 👣, the benefit of the sea is transparent and everything is visible, if you do not forget); the room is not perfect, but you can live, everything worked, cleaning every day, the bed was changed twice in a week; the hammam is a separate story, when you go for beach towels there, Aslan will meet you and will not let you go without consent to visit the hammam. I have never met such annoying people in my life. In general, my daughter and I agreed and after all the procedures, the second part of the ballet, again it is simply impossible to fend it off. I won't write everything, but it's really too much, the most negative of the memories was him. As a result, we had a rest in general, not bad, but there is no desire to return there.

My husband and I went on vacation from September 17 to 24, flew by Azur Air, a charter flight. The plane is very roomy, there were a lot of people. You can buy comfortable seats on the plane, which we did. The flight was normal, the flight was delayed for an hour, the flight was well fed, we flew for 5 hours. In Turkey, luggage was given out very quickly, water was found at the airport only for 2.5 euros for 0.5 liters (life hack — water from the bus driver who will take you to the hotel costs 100 rubles for 2 bottles). We quickly found the tour operator's desk, quickly found the bus, quickly left for the place of rest. We stopped at 2 hotels before that, we got there in a little over an hour.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were taken to the reception, given to fill out documents, given bracelets and sent to have breakfast. We waited for the room for 50 minutes, checked in at 11 o'clock. What can I say about the reception — people always understand everything there and try to make the rest cool. At the reception we asked for slippers, razors, toothpastes, brushes — everything was brought to the room.
The room is nice, the beds are comfortable, the TV with three Russian channels (including TNT, we mostly watched it). There is a small balcony with two chairs and a dryer. If desired, the room can be cleaned at least every day.
There are many bars — on the beach, by the pool, in the lobby. Maybe there were others somewhere, but we didn't get to them. The bar serves everything you want — alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There is no tomato juice, we went to buy it first in a store near the hotel for 90 lira. Later we found the same juice for 32 lira, a little further from the hotel, in a store closer to the Kumköy Çiftçiler Center. The beer in the bar is good, we liked it, probably diluted after all. We didn't take anything else from alcohol, but we tried mojito — we really liked it. There was a cool bartender at the beach bar in the evenings, very executive and cheerful.
The pools were cold, the sea was very warm. The sea is mostly sand, but there were also huge rocks, so you need to be vigilant.
The hotel administration needs to do something about insolent people. If you want to come to the beach, or to the pool, or for dinner you want to sit in a place with a view of the sea (in general, you can list indefinitely) — everything is occupied. To be more precise, there are no people, but all their towels, caps or other parts of clothing are occupied. These people just go anywhere, then they will just come to pick up their things when no one needs this place anymore.
There are many adult cats on the territory of the hotel, but even more — small kittens. Their population is not controlled by anyone, the heart breaks when you see them. They're all skinny, ribs sticking out. In general, the hotel management needs to do something about it. For example, some kind of kotokafe, sterilize everyone and put them there.
The hotel guide is a useless person. She sucks money and gets offended if no one buys anything from her. A shopping tour, which is kind of included in your voucher, is stupidly pumping out money, you don't go there yourself, don't look at anything, a person will be assigned to you who will put pressure on you in every possible way so that you buy something. We strongly advise against agreeing to a trip there. All the same things can be bought from us 3-4-5 times cheaper.
We had an early check-out from the hotel, so we were packed a lunch box. We don't recommend it either, it's easier to collect something from dinner.
They picked us up from the hotel 5 hours before departure, the flight was postponed for 20 minutes. We waited for a very long time, there is nowhere to sit at the airport, despite the fact that the flow of people is huge. There was no food on the way back by the same airline. In total, the distance between the hotel and the house was overcome in 12 hours.
In general, we rate the hotel positively, we really liked everything, we want to come back here again somehow!

Nice hotel. The end of April-the beginning of May, the sea is still a bit cold, but otherwise everything is great. The food is varied, the staff is friendly. The sea is shallow, the bottom is fine sand. WiFi is available in almost all areas. The room is clean and freshly renovated. I definitely recommend it. In season, of course, the price tag is much higher.

The hotel is not 5 stars right away. The territory of the hotel is not large, but it is clean, the territory is cleaned, the rooms are also pretty good. The Anex building is newly renovated, in the rooms: free safe , slippers, toiletries: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair balm. The disadvantage is that the shower is separated by a glass wall, the water flows down to the floor. The beach is not big, but there are enough sun beds for everyone, because of the small beach, there are people in the water like on Sochi beach. But for me, rest is not only the sea, the beach and cozy rooms, but also a gastronomic pleasure, if someone also has it, then I will upset you, you just won't get it.... No, you won't stay hungry either, BUT the cooks are obviously sloppy, everything is very monotonous and the same, they don't know how to cook fish at all, everything is over-dried, including meat and chicken. The mashed soups are also the same, one is tomato and the other is creamy. However, oatmeal and rice porridge succeed. I was surprised by the lack of my own baking, and this is what Turkey is famous for. Not a kind aunt who cooks doughnuts in the morning and tries to sprinkle boiling oil when she puts those very doughnuts, and she even managed it once. The waiters are great, the respect is huge, they rustle very quickly, they try.Italian a la carte - don't waste your time. I won't say anything about Turkish. White wine, still so-so, I do not recommend red at all, beer as well as hotels, I will not say about the rest of the alcohol, I do not drink local spirits. There are a huge number of clothing stores near the hotel. Migros is not far away, very small, and a couple more grocery stores. By the way, Mir cards are not accepted everywhere, but there are ATMs everywhere, there are no problems with cashing out. Will I return to this hotel.... no, I will recommend.... Probably not. And so to everyone who has already bought a tour here, tune in for a good rest. Who else thinks, if it's not important to eat well, but just to eat, buy safely. Have a nice stay, everyone.
