Three stars for the room stock! Or why we don't set foot there anymore. Then it's more interesting ... we went for 12 days. a family of 2 adults, 2 children 4 and 9 years old. "All inclusive, or All inclusive!" We chose a hotel for a relaxing holiday with children! This is how the hotel positions itself . The place is really quite calm in terms of location. Because outside the hotel there are a couple of cafes, a pharmacy, a souvenir shop, a gas station and a mountain) nothing more! This position is a lead to the first minus!!! The reason for that is all-inclusive meals. As it turned out, there are no snacks provided in it, and three meals a day in the dining room where all the dishes are repeated day after day and have a stew-shaped consistency forced us to use a bypass of the nearby territory, where we found a Subway at the gas station and a fish cafe nearby (across the street from the hotel) now about the pool and the bar with it. There is a slide in the pool. The second minus. She's in a depressing state. So that you would understand both children moved down it once, at the first bathing. Further interest in her disappeared, not even an eye in her direction was led. From the slide you get into a pool a little more than half a meter deep. Then it goes into a deeper part. You can't get in by going along the deck chairs. There is a depth from 30cm to 160 cm approximately. The third minus. The hotel was fully loaded. Accordingly, it is problematic to pass in the pool, not to swim. The fourth minus. Pool bar. Take, for example, Pepsi Lite and a cocktail. Because there is no bracelet system. In the bar, you need to call the number, the bartender writes down not what you take, but what came to his mind. For example, orange juice, two glasses of wine and a whiskey cola. To the notorious pool bar. The territory, as it turned out, is very traumatic. In my memory, 6 people were injured there in 12 days. The first was a child whose finger got into a plastic grate covering the drain ditch around the perimeter of the pool. Fortunately, Dad reacted in time and the child slightly whimpered and forgot about the annoying nuisance. The second victim ( if I may say so ) there was a German who was pretty drunk at the bar, who was caught in time by a security officer when falling from a chair. The third case occurred on the day when they finally decided to entertain the guests by putting a DJ setup. The lady, having bitten, decided to order music. The vacationing guy playing the role of a DJ Obviously could not understand what they wanted from him pointed the lady in the direction of the bar. Not seeing the difference in the height of the floors by the pool and the bar, the lady performed a somersault with immersion in the instrument space. One calmly bathed and sat on a chaise longue, the other two, after bathing, sat in the pool and ordered themselves to sing ... then the security worked much faster. Within 10 minutes, the indigenous people were taken out. But children bathe there and the very presence of people from the outside is not acceptable!!!!!I will not continue the negative thread. Briefly about the shop at the hotel. The price in it is called whatever the seller comes to mind and the longer you count the money, the price will be lower, for example. A pack of pringles chips and a bag of marmalades from 40 dirhams will drop to 35. Further pros. Staff. Wonderful staff (with the exception of the Hindu in the dining room. ( guards two cauldrons ) insubordination! Waiters solid 5. I especially remember a young man from Nepal. The name is consonant with Yura Excellent employee. The guys who clean the rooms. Hardening 5. We rest at the hotel for the third day, waves every day, a yellow flag. Today my husband was IN FRONT of the buoys, a man next to him started calling for help, he can't swim out. The husband calls for help from rescuers, they did not even understand what was happening, they whistle so that both, with the drowning, return from the buoys, violate the rules🤦 Although the buoys were a salvation. As a result, a lifeguard swam, helped the drowning man, the husband swam himself, the husband's chest, stomach, legs were injured from the METAL CABLE from the buoys, they are not protected by anything!!! Drowning because of an unprotected cable was afraid to approach the buoys. My husband's wounds were treated only with water, I ran to the room for hydrogen peroxide, no antiseptic was given at the reception, AT ALL!🙄 When I returned, my husband was treated with something once, then some wounds bled, these are our problems, once is enough😵💫 A terrible attitude in this case, you need to take everything with you from home🤦 Be careful, the waves pull back very close to the shore, there are several rescuers, but this is nominal. Plus an addition, I usually don't write reviews, but we still have dinner around, we took it because of restaurants, we were in one, children are supposed to have one dish (for example, nuggets or mini pizza plus a drink, that's it))) adults from hot or meat OR eggplant, OR squid, which is impossible to eat, you could still take fish, there were micro-bites in the batter, immediately returned, remained hungry, we go to the main restaurant now))). It is worth taking because of foreign alcohol, if it is relevant to someone, which is doubtful at all.

The hotel is so-so for a C grade, there are no Russian speakers at the reception. They asked to extend the room due to the late departure, but they refused. I had to sit in the hall for 6 hours, lunch was also not allowed. The hotel staff wag their tails in front of Russia's enemies. I liked the cleaning! The territory is very small. There's nothing to do in the evening. Transfer to Fujairah with few seats for 4 people. A hotel for babies!!! I didn't like it, I don't recommend it.

The first time we rested at this hotel in 2018. I liked the hotel. This year, in April, he was chosen. And they didn't regret it. The hotel has become even better. We were settled immediately upon arrival, at 10 in the morning. The room is nice, cleaned every day. Cleaning for five! . Tea and coffee were replenished every day. We took breakfast, dinner, were not hungry. The food is varied, everything is fresh. The territory is clean, beautiful, green. The beach is the best . There were always enough sunbeds. The staff is very friendly. In August, we are thinking of returning again with our grandson. The hotel is great for children.

The bottom that just broke the bottom!!!!! Is this for sure the UAE, and not 3* Turkey??? The food is disgusting. Alcohol is apparently poured into greasy bottles from some kind of barrel... there are dirty plastic glasses in bars on the street!! sun beds in mold, dirt. The pools are the same. No identification of the level of residence!! (elementary bracelets) neither people nor employees understand who can do what is not allowed. What is paid what is free. Some kind of deposits.... animation of any kind, as well as animators. having lived for the same money in another hotel in Fujairah, I'm just out of this bottom. I want to scream!!!! Just yell!!!! Here right next to within walking distance there are great hotels. But definitely not this one!!! Rest on the verge of failure. Because it ends with this disgusting place!!!! I will supplement it as I find it. And so. Day two. The water in the sea stinks wildly of rotten fish. There is still a feeling of fuel oil on the skin. We arrived in July, although everyone talked us out of it, referring to the super heat, etc. we did not listen to anyone, abandoned the tour and drove) From Dubai we were met by a personal transfer (brand new Hyundai staria) and we moved to our hotel with comfort, with condey and Wi-Fi, 2 hours later we were already met at the reception. Immediately upon check-in, they can offer to improve the room (closer to the ocean) well, we didn't need it, because the hotel is already on the first line, and it's not so hard to walk 50 meters)) Well, actually the rest has begun😁
As usual for food, breakfast-lunch-dinner buffet, for every taste, you will not stay hungry. you will also always find something to feed the children. For drinks, alcohol, too, everything is there) if the child does not want to go to the beach, there is a children's room, with playground games, cartoons and a room with game consoles (3 plasmas with PS5) children from there have to be dragged to the beach. Weather as in any resort from 7 to 12, you can find a beach-pool, then take a break until 16:00 and continue the program again. Excursions are also all there, because every day they fall on the beach is not mine, so there is a cool quad bike ride, a boat trip to the Gulf of Oman, well, and much more, who likes what.
The staff is friendly, many speak Russian.. I'm with them in English, and they're with me in Russian 🤣
Spa-hamam-gym, everything is there and it is included in the accommodation. Massage for a separate cost))
The hotel itself is relatively new, the rooms are clean and stylish. They are cleaned every day, linen towels are all changed. The service is on top.

Hotel review (husband's review)
We rested at the Fujairah rotana resort I spa hotel.
It takes about forty hours to get from the airport.

A very polite young man at the reception persuaded to provide the best room for an additional fee, but after refusing, he gave the best one on the fourth floor with a view of the entire territory and the ocean.
The hotel has a beach bar, a pool bar and a night bar in the main building, which opens at 18-00 and is open until 22-00 for all inclusive. Then only for a fee.
For some reason I don't understand, one bartender regularly poured drinks with him into a plastic glass without any problems, so that he could drink on the balcony in the room. The other two categorically refused, quarreled and said that such a thing was forbidden.
We were in the Emirates for the first time and therefore, after Turkey and Cuba, difficulties were waiting for us at every step. For each order of something, whether it's a drink, towels or to go to the dining room for a meal, you need to confirm your right with the room number. In bars, you can also sign the bill, which is quite strange. Plus, this system is sometimes used, sometimes not. It is not clear what it depends on. But it definitely complicated everything. And I think the reason is the disadvantage that the hotel provides three types of services. Breakfast only, Al and ultraAl. This has not been seen in Turkey and Cuba. Everything is equal and there are no problems with bureaucracy.
The food is extremely mediocre four of Turkey. The same thing, the choice is not big. From time to time, there were also rancid foods and drinks. For drinks for lunch and dinner, you also need to go to the bartender and stand in line to order a drink. Confirming, again, your right with the room number. Despite the fact that the room number had to confirm their right in principle to enter the dining room.
Fruits watermelon grapefruit and bananas for breakfast. Sometimes canned pineapples were given.
The fish was ordinary, extremely simple and not attractive. Chicken fillet in all cooking variations was undesirable and tasteless. So it was a blessing if they gave semi-finished cutlets or something else of this kind. Unfortunately, the perfectly useless phrase "you will not stay hungry" fits here, which I have always treated with caution. And I will not forget about breakfast, where one poor cook is trying to make scrambled eggs on two frying pans for 100 people. Once I stood for 20 minutes, although I was the 4th person in the queue and gave up.
There is almost no service. There are waiters, but it's not much use. They come when they have already done everything themselves with the question of whether something is needed. Thanks, I already went myself. Tables are cleaned slowly, new appliances are not in a hurry to put. They never cleaned up the extra plates. Go for coffee, too, and you have to go to the vending machine. One day the waiter offered to bring me coffee - they waited 10 minutes.
There are sweets, all of the same type are the same and not tasty. They look like cheap semi-finished pies.
By the way, you can have lunch at the beach bar for 60 dirhams per person (Caesar salad or burger). It's free once a day, but only if you haven't had lunch or dinner in the main dining room (absurd). Caesar needs to be clarified with what you need to bring. Shrimp or chicken. If you do not specify, they will have the audacity to bring just leaves. In principle, it's not bad, but we were not welcome there. The shrimp in caesari turned out to be delicious, when re-ordered already with clarification.
Then the Indian Ocean. The water temperature in the morning is excellent, despite the air temperature. Pretty clean and gentle. The fish swim small. But the day before departure, fuel oil floated in it and partially smeared clothes and shoes. The oil has not been washed off.
Umbrellas and deck chairs can still be found in the morning.
It is worth noting that the hotel is populated significantly and 90% of the guests are children.
Mostly they are Russians, Kazakhs and a little bit of Germans.
At 7 am, 80% of the sunbeds are already occupied with towels. And all of the above do it. Some deck chairs occupied in this way during the day are not used. This is a nightmare, with which, despite the hotel's ban on detailed practice, there is no fight. No sanctions are applied.
It is almost impossible to find an empty sunbed in a good place, although there may not be such a number of people in the pool at this time. The pool is not bad, there is a children's pool, ordinary, where there is a shallow and a deeper place. Of course, all children swim in huge numbers exclusively where they are deep. Therefore, it is impossible to find peace or swim from the word at all.
But the trouble, unfortunately, is not even that. The main trouble is crows. When I moved in, I thought. Well, there are birds and there are. But during my first stay by the pool, I felt that their presence was too noticeable. It turned out that there are several hundred of them living there, no less. Thus, we get a non-stop cry of flocks of crows who wash in the pool, drink from it and soften the food they found in it.
Crows shit, make noise, no kidding - they climb into bags while someone goes for a swim and drink drinks in your absence. This is a real disaster that no one is doing anything about.
In the morning, the beds are cleaned of excrement , but there are plenty of mines there during the day.
The climate in early June was not bad. According to the thermometer a lot, but it is transferred normally. Only in the evening it is stuffy and humid. But not critical.
The rooms are beautiful, stylish, fresh.
We got an amazing view, it was a pleasure to be on the balcony.
In general, we had a rest, but we would not recommend it. Also, the location of the hotel implies that there is nothing nearby, so not to walk, but to go somewhere far away.
The food is extremely mediocre, there was no desire to eat there. The sea is normal in the morning, then the waves, plus it feels like everyone is relieving themselves in it (children ....) and by lunch it looks more like a toilet bowl. People, stop doing this!!!!!
The pool is not wah, it will not work to swim, children and there is little depth. Well, the sun beds are busy and hundreds of crows are screaming around so that you can't stand there without headphones.
The staff is not all polite, but there are also nice people. Almost no one speaks Russian. The location of the hotel is not very good, it takes almost two hours to go from and to the airport.
I will add from myself.
A huge minus. The hotel is not for young people (there are just a lot of children and I don't really like them) and adult couples).
So I strongly do not recommend it to young couples. Feeling: we arrived at a boarding house or sanatorium in Russia, the guests almost all speak Russian, with busy sun beds in the morning by the pool.

I am currently staying at this hotel.tour from 2.06.2023 to 9.06.2023 but I will not come here again.from the airport they brought me to the hotel at 22.20 hours and I persuaded them to feed me since dinner is here until 22.30, like they gave me 10 minutes to eat.the food is not delicious.breakfast is about nothing at all!today , having arrived from an excursion .and lunch is already over.they asked three of us to feed at least something -they REFUSED.they said go to the beach where they will give you a dog walk.and it's 40 degrees outside.and I don't want to eat a sandwich in this heat!!!!!!and according to the ALL-INCLUSIVE system, not everything is included here!!!!!!!and they asked for an additional $ 150 for a good room!!!!!!!!!the beach is ordinary!The pool is ordinary, there are a lot of people!!!!!!!!!in the restaurant, the waiters are not in a hurry to serve you and are not in a hurry to clean up dirty dishes!!!!!!

My review is for those..who doubts to go or not..I'll stay at the hotel...all the suppers..ocean..hotel..nutrition...everything is perfect...pcst definitely...I recommend a personal transfer from the airport..go far..but it's worth it..now at the hotel..I will answer your questions by writing ..on top hotels Inna Tsyakoza..
