I am currently staying at this hotel.tour from 2.06.2023 to 9.06.2023 but I will not come here again.from the airport they brought me to the hotel at 22.20 hours and I persuaded them to feed me since dinner is here until 22.30, like they gave me 10 minutes to eat.the food is not delicious.breakfast is about nothing at all!today , having arrived from an excursion .and lunch is already over.they asked three of us to feed at least something -they REFUSED.they said go to the beach where they will give you a dog walk.and it's 40 degrees outside.and I don't want to eat a sandwich in this heat!!!!!!and according to the ALL-INCLUSIVE system, not everything is included here!!!!!!!and they asked for an additional $ 150 for a good room!!!!!!!!!the beach is ordinary!The pool is ordinary, there are a lot of people!!!!!!!!!in the restaurant, the waiters are not in a hurry to serve you and are not in a hurry to clean up dirty dishes!!!!!!

Good, fresh rooms are one of the advantages.
Minuses:
Pool - puddle, the main depth is 80 cm.
The food is a very greedy hotel.
If you have lunch on the day of check-in, then you can not count on lunch on the day of departure. Even on the dine around system, if you have a snack in the main restaurant, then they will not feed you in another one.
The hotel has two all and dine food systems, there is a significant difference in price, but there are no distinctive bracelets, so the waiters tend to serve drinks of cheaper brands, they will have to be reminded all the time.
The sea and the sun are certainly good, but the service has failed.

The hotel is on a solid 4, but not on 5. For 5, the hotel does not pull. The beach is dirty, the garbage is not cleaned, the deck chairs are not washed, there is dirt on them. It's not very pleasant to lie down. Food for 3, drinks for 4. The only plus was the room was well cleaned, and the first line at the hotel. That's all!!!

a stunning hotel for a relaxing family holiday, we have a child of 6 years old, allergic, they always found something to eat (in many hotels this is a big problem for us), the waiters speak Russian, they help us with nothing. A huge clean beach with stunningly warm water. I definitely want to come back here again.

Wonderful hotel! Very good staff! We flew to celebrate the wedding anniversary, explained at the check-in desk at check-in and we were given a room with a beautiful view of the sea! Completely free! The hotel is great for families with children!

I do not advise families with children. In the Kidsclub of the Rotana hotel, not a single employee speaks Russian, despite the fact that 75% of hotel guests are from Russia. Few children know English. Further, during the 13 days of our rest in the Kidclub, not a single activity of the type of crafts took place, although everything there is decorated with children's crafts. They didn't do anything with children in it, but stupidly turned on cartoons in Russian, by the way, and game consoles, that's all you have fun. There is discrimination by nationality, an employee of Rose took away the remote control from the game console from my son with the words "you've been playing for a long time" and gave it to a boy who just came from another country. During the proceedings in this situation, the parents, this Rose employee, said that he had been playing for a long time, although the child had not been in this playroom for so long and when he came he was waiting for the game console to be released. On the Halloween holiday, they organized competitions and promised to award the winners with diplomas and prizes in the evening. My children of 7 and 10 years old received as a gift a wooden pyramid-type toy for up to 3 years old and a teether rattle for a child of 3 months. This is generally a mockery of children, children tried to win contests, waited for awards, and received a prize at all out of age, and after all, it was done intentionally that the KidzKlaba staff believed that yearlings were participating in contests. We were in late March - early April, we really liked everything! What is characteristic of this hotel is the tranquility and nature, no music, only the sound of the surf and the singing of birds! A great vacation in Rotan!
My husband and I had a rest in this hotel from 18.10-25.10.22, the tour operator FUN& SUN flight Flydubai departure was a little delayed, but we arrived in Dubai during oddly enough. I was absolutely not pleased with the organization of the collection of tourists by bus, the girl from the travel agency was alone and clearly could not cope. At first, she marked everyone and offered to wait until everyone gathered, some time passed and then she alone began to form groups for hotels, the first time I see such a transfer organization.In general, after receiving our luggage, we lost more than an hour at the airport. We drove 5 people to the hotel in a minivan and it was the longest transfer in my life! To go from Dubai to Fujairah for about 2 hours, we drove all 3.5, the driver was constantly confused, called someone, drove in a circle, not forgetting to flirt with the tourist sitting in front of him and in broken English tried to guide us on the road: It's a camel (of course we didn't see camels), our indignation go faster, he just ignored (kind of didn't understand)We were driven back to the airport in exactly 2 hours on a small bus.
For Flydubai flying back to Russia , very meager Duty Free at their terminal (was surprised) So, if you plan to buy something for later, it's better to take care of it in advance.
Well, come on. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was solemnly informed that on my birthday, I was given a superior room with a kingsize bed, well, it was nice! I then gave the reception worker a letter from Top Hotels (he read it, few people pay attention to it) and said that we can inspect our room and if we want something else, we can pay extra and take another one (there were 3 rooms to choose from)
