The hotel is very beautiful, nice, new.
The staff is polite and friendly.
The beach is clean. The ocean has big waves, but if you swim far, it doesn't feel much. There are aroma lamps throughout the hotel, so there is a wonderful smell everywhere.
It is a pity that the transfer to the Dubai mall does not work.😢
There was a buffet. The breakfast is of the same type, but not bad-6/10. Lunch is weak, very little choice. Melons are like turnips, and borscht and olivier are disgusting. 4/10
The dinner is gorgeous, like in a Michelin restaurant-10/10. As a result, the meal is 7/10

A very decent hotel. We vacationed as a married couple in March 2024. We are experienced in choosing hotels, because we travel a lot. The best impressions. The rooms are spacious, with nice comfortable brand new furniture. The bed is great. You get enough sleep. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a set of glasses and glasses, a teapot. There are teaspoons from the appliances. There is a restockable supply of capsules for the machine, tea, sugar, cream. An adapter is needed for sockets. There is also a USB for charging equipment. We got a spacious balcony with opaque stone railings. Because the room is in the corner of the building, the sun did not burn on us. There was always a shadow. There is a dryer. I would like to note that this is the only hotel where we were absolutely not afraid to sleep with the air conditioner on. It is perfectly positioned and adjusted. The bathroom is comfortable, divided into three sections: shower, toilet, washing table. All sorts of little things like cotton swabs, shower caps, cotton pads, sanitary pads are offered. Excellent shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion. The food is very good. Everything is delicious and there was enough of everything. Even the kids. There were no queues as such. We got into Ramadan. In the evening, they also served for local residents who had made a reserve. But they had their own tables, and we didn't interfere with each other. The reception and all other staff are very friendly and ready to help. One employee is Russian-speaking. It helped a lot. The location of the hotel is convenient. There are shops and cafes opposite. The prices are very loyal.We bought fruits and drinks. But the range there is much more extensive. There is a very warm swimming pool on site. The beach is sandy. Own. There are enough sun beds for everyone. Towels and water are provided by the pool. Sometimes the staff helps to bring towels and sit on the beach. What else is needed for a relaxing holiday. There are many compatriots. Although we have heard both Germans and British. But not much. I heartily recommend a hotel for relaxation. We didn't regret it. Nice little hotel. We took breakfast lunch and dinner, we didn't regret it. During meals, you can take juices, tea and coffee. Then tea and coffee can be made in the room, water is also left there.
The food is quite of the same type, there are not enough fruits.
The beach is nice and sandy. The bottom is also good. The sun beds are comfortable, with mattresses, although they are somehow not enough.
The rooms are fresh and clean. There are all amenities: a mini bar, a capsule coffee maker and a kettle. It is better to take a room with a sea view, but the city view is not very good.
There is a nice promenade and a park nearby. Taxi to the shopping center 15-20 dirhams. It is quite possible to order, everything is civil, you pay in fact for mileage. The start is 4 dirhams, then 500 meters along the dirhams.
There is a shuttle service to Fujairah Shopping Center once a day (there are not many souvenirs there, but there is a poppy, ikea, Starbucks, a couple of outlets and a hypermarket).

We had a rest in early December 2023. I liked the hotel - clean, tidy, polite and friendly staff. The territory is green, a small cozy pool with sun beds and bungalows. There is always a place on the beach. Towels and bottled water are provided, and rescuers are on duty. It is suitable for a leisurely relaxing holiday. The location is quite good - if you walk forward for 20 minutes, you can walk to an excellent green promenade with restaurants, coffee shops and food trucks, Umbrella Beach. Next to it, across the road (which, by the way, you need to run across...and it's very scary) there is a minimarket, pa pharmacies. There is also a wholesale/retail store nearby, similar to our METRO. But it's a long way to walk to the nearest shopping center in an average of 50 minutes. I didn't like that very close, literally behind the fence there is a wild "beach" where a bunch of fishermen gather, it stinks of fish. The beach of the hotel is fenced off on both sides by an embankment of boulders, but in the evening heaps of hard workers and welts (apparently from Pakistan) come to this embankment and fish sitting directly over the heads of the swimmers, throw bottles and other garbage into the water, which takes out to the beach of the hotel, sometimes takes out pieces of rotten fish, which are actively eaten by crabs, of which there are many sitting on pebbles. The entry into the water is pleasant, smooth, shallow. The sand is soft and pleasant. The water was at an ideal temperature in December.
The standard room has everything - glasses for wine, whiskey and juice, tea and coffee porcelain set with a kettle and a set of expensive twg tea. There is a corkscrew. There is a capsule coffee machine with excellent strong coffee. Sets of bathrobes, excellent soft slippers, TV connects to the phone and you can watch your own content. Wi-fi is free and catches perfectly in the room and on the territory except for the beach and for some reason the balcony. In the bathroom there is a set of cotton pads and sticks, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, they smell nice. The only thing that wasn't there were dental kits, which is strange, but we had our own with us. The small midges that were in the bathroom and hatched every day were very annoying. In the shower cabin in the morning, you could find small larvae and this is kapets, it is impossible to get rid of them - they killed, swatted, washed off, all in vain. Cleaning was done every day, if you leave the cleaning button on, the view was sideways to the sea and the circle of the road and to a piece of the embankment on which a bunch of migrants gather at the weekend who roast meat, smoke hookahs, have picnics with a bunch of garbage and make terrible noise - this can definitely interfere with sleep. The elevator works only with a room card. There are seals on the territory who lie on chairs, come to stroke, climb on their knees and beg for food. The cats are cute.
The food is quite varied, there is always fresh fruit, every day watermelon (delicious) Was taken all inclusive with alcohol - a choice of white, red and rose wine (quite good), whiskey, beer and cocktails at the beach bar. There was a lot of fresh bread for breakfast - only a bag of juice, but it seemed like it could be ordered for an additional fee. The coffee in the restaurant's coffee machine is not very good, but you can buy an excellent latte and any other coffee to choose from in the lobby bar, I didn't really see Arabic coffee, but it's a pity. You can also drink (for a fee) simply gorgeous Moroccan tea. We got to the Christmas performance that the guys from the staff gave - they sang Christmas jingles, danced, treated us to mulled wine and ginger cookies, it was super. We checked out at night and were kindly provided with breakfast with us - coffee, orange juice and sandwiches. My impressions are extremely positive, except that I got sick on the second day of rest. It was also not very pleasant that the cleaning was good only at the beginning, by the end of the rest it was difficult to catch the cleaner to clean up, and they cleaned very mediocre, apparently there was little tip...

We stayed at this hotel from October 14th to 28th. I really liked the hotel, The food seems to be varied, but almost of the same type, it gets boring quickly, although I don't seem to be picky about food., The staff is very attentive, if something is missing, they will immediately bring it, daily cleaning, the guys try very hard. The beach is clean, the sea is clean too.There were enough sun beds for everyone.
Our rest was slightly overshadowed by the fact that nothing can be filmed inside the hotel (I am a professional photographer, I wanted to make a movie for myself) although the Russian-speaking guy at the reception promised to help with this issue, throughout the rest I repeatedly approached him to find out if they gave permission to shoot, but for some reason the answer is always it was negative. I had to film everything on my phone. Now I will focus a little on excursions, many excursions could be started earlier, because the road takes a lot of time. We went to Abu Dhabi to the aquarium at about 4 o'clock, arrived there at 13 o'clock, and at 18 o'clock we drove back. We didn't have enough time. An excursion to Dubai, to the Burj Khalifa Tower, also had very, very little time, we did not have time to see the aquarium and fountains in the Dubai Moll.I would like the organizers to pay attention to this. A bus to the Carrefour store was organized daily." And already on the day of departure, there was an annoying misunderstanding, we arrived at the airport, and we were told that our plane had left. Although, we arrived at the airport at 16 o'clock, and the plane was at 20 o'clock, but unfortunately no one warned us in advance, although when we flew there on vacation, we were notified three times, by SMS message, a travel agent and an Aeroflot representative called.I had to urgently look for money and buy tickets at my own expense to fly away. Thanks to our travel agent, as well as to the girls (representatives of other tour operators)who were at the airport and supported us, and then the travel agent helped us buy tickets, and wrote a complaint to the tour operator about the incident with the plane.Upon arrival, the money was returned to us, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. If it wasn't for the situation with the plane, we liked the rest in general, maybe we'll go back there again.

Probably the best (and newest) beach hotel I've stayed at in my life. High style and elegance! My inner aesthete was completely satisfied.
Amazing cuisine!
A chic spa (the only drawback is very high spa prices, much higher than the average cost in Moscow and even above the upper limit of the fork).
Everything is highly technological, including the equipment of the rooms.
Pleasant bonuses: a meeting with a wonderful lemon drink upon arrival and dates in the lobby, the availability of spf and after sun funds for free by the pool, porcelain in the rooms, a wonderful hotel perfume accompanying all rooms and, of course, very friendly staff.

It's a lovely hotel, very beautiful. Friendly staff, attentive to children. There is 1 Russian-speaking employee. We checked into a room with a sea view for an extra charge.
Very tasty food, a large selection. The restaurant itself looks stylish. There are comfortable wooden high chairs for children.
It's beautiful everywhere - the lobby, stylish rooms, and courtyard.
No oil has been seen in the sea for 11 days.
In the towel delivery area by the pool there is SPF 30, after-sun lotion and even, as we later learned, micellar water (on request), they give water.
Room cleaning is done every day (although we missed it a couple of times), bed linen and towels are changed every day, and consumables are updated.
We were in Ramadan and it turned out that this was the best choice - the tables in the courtyard were empty everywhere, great. It's probably packed at other times.
We went to Umbrella beach every day, a 15-minute walk away.
On the downside, there is nowhere to walk inside the hotel, even with a wheelchair to walk for at least 20 minutes. The public boardwalk was very helpful.
There is a 24-hour gym.
The bus from the hotel to Dubai on Tuesdays, which was mentioned earlier, has been gone for a long time.
Laundry services are expensive - the fee for each item of clothing, for example, one men's T-shirt is 30 AED.
There is a perfume shop in the lobby with good perfumes from Saudi Arabia.
The hotel is suitable for a quiet family holiday with kids.

Features of Fujairah - it is impossible to walk anywhere except to Umbrella beach. The city is absolutely not suitable for pedestrians and wheelchairs.

They were at the end of September 2023 according to the all in system. The hotel is new, the territory is small, but very cozy, clean, especially in the evenings it is very beautiful. The pool is also small, the sun beds around it are almost always occupied :)) we had to huddle together in one quickly occupied place. Towels, water are provided and you can use the product before and after tanning. The pool bar was good, we had no problems drinking beer, wine, soft drinks and delicious cocktails. But before 6 o'clock. Next, drinks are only available at the restaurant for dinner. The beach is clean, there were always enough sunbeds. The waves are decent, but you can swim. The shower is nearby. It is possible to ask the staff for a request only in English, but I do not consider this a problem.
The rooms are excellent, cleaned very well, daily.
There are two restaurants on site. As for the food - who wants the buffet to be bursting with a variety of food - you really should look for resorts on the Turkish coast. The food here is delicious, fresh, but monotonous. It didn't bother us in any way, we never left hungry. Breakfast is top! According to our system, we could always order coffee and drinks from the waiters separately, and at the end of the vacation they were purposefully brought to us :))) The guys are sweet!
Of entertainment, there are practically none. Spa and massage services are available for an additional fee. Once there was a private pool party, which we watched from the room window)) just techno music and an open bar. And so lights out at 22:00.
Of the pleasant bonuses, there are a lot of kitties on the beach in the evenings :)) but the guard swears and strictly ensures that you and these cats do not leave the territory)))
There was a transfer from the tour operator to Dubai, now there are problems with this, as I understand it. It is quite a long drive to the airports, 3.5 hours to Abu Dhabi. There is urban life around the hotel, the nearest Indian supermarket across the street, prices bite, but I helped out a couple of times when we returned late from an excursion.
But in general, the hotel left a pleasant impression, I would like to return here somehow!

A cool hotel and the city of Fujairah itself. My husband and I were comfortable. The service is beyond praise. Daily cleaning, delicious food, clean pool without chlorine. Clean private beach without outsiders. There are always free sun beds, dry towels. And when mango ice cream and an icy fragrant face cloth were brought in the heat, it was a thrill!!! We had a rest from 22.02.25 to 2.03.25
The hotel is beautiful and that's it! The sea is full of oil, you come off the beach like a tractor driver with black oil feet! And they offer you butter and a napkin! This is the first one. We didn't swim in the sea once we got dirty.
Next, about 5 * there is no 3!!! Fact. The food is the same every day! In general, there is no sea of food, fish for dinner is always in the same style and look. Like all food. The oatmeal is consistently cold for breakfast, and that's it. There are no other porridges !
There is no children's table. I don't know what to feed the children there!!! Yes, and most importantly! They offer a Benedict egg for breakfast, an omelet with fillers for favorites. Who you like. The rest of us eat
scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and cold oatmeal like fools.
There is no red fish for breakfast at all. But some people get it. This is certainly a horror!
The rooms are cleaned somehow in the evening.
There is no mini bar.
If you have breakfast and dinner, then you should know when you arrive there at 7 a.m. They won't feed you until dinner. Check-in at 15 and that's it. Sit hungry or 150 dirhams for two. But there's nothing to eat. Yes, it's a clean, cozy little area. The rooms are so-so, they seem to be new, but there are no extra hooks in the bathroom, and there are dryers on the balcony for things too. Shampoos and gels are not tracked. You have to ask for everything and say everything. And then there's a friendly country for us, there's nothing in Russian anywhere! And there is no Russian speaker at the reception. !!!!
And Raselheim Airport sucks a lot. The dumpster is dirty and there is no dutik, some kind of a barn in a hurry.
And there are 2 flights a day. And these Pakistanis and Indians are making money from Russians. They just offer to check in quickly for 20 dirhams per person. And to do this, they open two counters, one is barely moving, and our people who have paid are being pushed into the other. (there is also no solidarity or respect for one's own people)
There was a flight to Warsaw with us, so they didn't offer to do that! And ours as always.......
In short, I do not recommend air arabia, they fly to this airport. It's full of trash.
In short, the Arabs don't care, it's good to have a tourist. No tourist is good.
They don't live off tourism. They have oil! So tourists swim in it.
There are only a string of tankers along the coast. And oil production is right next to the rig base in the water. You can see 100 meters from the hotel. The horror! I don't recommend it, especially with children. Entertainment is zero, food is zero.
Only pensioners can be there. They're fine. Sun and pool.
Never to Fujairah again.

A good hotel, not without drawbacks.
Let's start with the reception. One person speaks Russian well (I forgot his name), he is always ready to help, explain everything, prompt. The others are also ready to help, but the language barrier is in the way. In general, everyone is friendly and polite.
I liked the room. The electrical outlets are adapted to the plugs used in Russia, so an adapter was not required. I recommend choosing rooms with a view of the pool - it is also with a side view of the sea. Full board is better, since all inclusive is limited in possibilities here (unless you can't do without alcohol at all).
The rooms are modern, touch panels everywhere, well-organized lighting switching. A modern safe with backlight, a lot of hangers in the closet. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom. Tea and coffee machine are available with daily replenishment. Water is also brought, if necessary, you can ask for more.
In the bathroom, the water in the washbasin went badly, but we contacted the reception (it was possible by phone) and everything was immediately fixed.
We liked the food: not very varied, but everything is quite tasty. Watermelons, melons, grapes, dates, exotic fruits... Good cakes. Coffee, tea, water and two types of natural juice. We are satisfied.
The beach is small, but there have always been free sunbeds. Towels, sunscreen (thirty), water. Chilled towels and refreshing sprays are distributed along the beach during the day.
During the first three days of rest, I liked the sea: clean, warm, like fresh milk. The depth is gaining gradually. And then... Then the tides began to ebb and flow, various debris floated in the water, and it was lying on the sand. They didn't really try to catch and clean it up - maybe only the largest one. It ruined the impression.
There is no animation, and thank God. But this may not be enough for someone.
There are many families with young children, so there was enough shouting and roaring, for some it is critical.
In general, it is a five-minus, there is something to strive for.

It's a great place, on the one hand in the city, so you can always go out for a walk, on the other hand, it's fenced off with stones on the beach so that no one else comes in. Very friendly staff. There are even Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The food is very tasty and varied, the assortment differs between breakfast and dinner.
The beach is small but cozy, there are sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is one, medium-sized, with separate sun beds. There is a volleyball net on the beach. There is also table tennis and a large chess board.

Great new hotel, really 5 stars!
Large lobby, friendly staff. One of the young people at the reception speaks Russian very well.
The rooms are huge, with a kingsize bed, if desired, they offer to put a sofa.
As a compliment from the hotel, we were offered a room with a sea view and a huge loggia (about 20 meters).
The room has a coffee machine, a safe, an ironing board, a hair dryer, an iron, and a clothes dryer was brought at our request.
The bathroom is very large and consists of three sections.
The food is delicious and varied, lots of fruits, nuts, juices, several types of cheese, honey in honeycombs for breakfast.
Very tasty desserts.
Next to the hotel there is a swimming pool with very warm, almost hot water. Excellent sun beds with soft mattresses, which are covered by the staff. Six double sun beds with curtain curtains.
The sea is 50 meters from the hotel, with its own beach. We didn't swim in the sea very much, it was stormy - this is the only minus.

A great new hotel with its own beach and clean sea, free sun beds and towels, delicious breakfasts, polite staff + free transfer to Dubai on Tuesdays.
Of the minuses:
1) Take a room ONLY with windows facing the sea or the courtyard, there is a mosque nearby and it is impossible to sleep if the windows overlook the city.
2) It is better to take breakfast-dinner, there are few good restaurants around.
3) Taxi only for cash, carefully count the change!
4) In a restaurant, you need to ask for napkins.
5) Sometimes yesterday's dishes are given at breakfast, they are reluctantly updated (but everything is fine on weekends)
6) A lot of locals come on weekends, they are noisy.
UPD:
We were in 2 times. Disappointed, first of all, by the lack of free sun loungers on the beach. Many families, including us, have repeatedly gone to the reception with a request to add sun loungers to the number of vacationers. People wrote both a complaint to the hotel's website and a review to tripodvisor - nothing has changed.
Someone from the representatives of the hotel then wrote a review that "there were always enough sun loungers" - it struck me. Instead of solving the problem, they started writing false reviews... the level is already clear.
The receptionists at the reception told us: "Russian tourists are taking seats, and we can't drive them away." But the Germans and Italians, for example, did the same thing. Because it's not about the guests, but the lack of proper service in the hotel. People come to this emirate for a vacation on the beach for literally a week or two! And if the hotel is not able to take care of its guests, respect them - you have to spend your morning time running to the beach in order to take your place.
As for the restaurant, everything is fine. We really liked both breakfasts and dinners. The attitude of the staff in the restaurant is excellent. But the reception is the weak point of the hotel. Ignored the couple's birthday even after the reminder. Usually at least a postcard is left in the room.
By the way, last time we were provided with a super "dry.ration" here because we flew away at night and said that they provide "breakfast" to those who seize a new day. I'll start with the cons:
- the most important thing is the proximity (7-9 km) of the oil loading and ship repair port. Fortunately, the cleanliness of the sea does not suffer from this, but at night the corresponding smell is present, well, there is always a string of tankers on the horizon at sea.
- there is poor sound insulation between the rooms. Maybe not all of them, but there were inveterate gamblers who lived next to us and played all night long.
- the city is small, there is nowhere to go. Among the attractions are the fort, the national village, and the mosque. They are open during the daytime, when it's the hottest and you can't really walk.
One of the advantages is, of course, the sea, always clean, calm, gentle descent, fine sand. I took the karal slippers - they were not useful. There is always a vigilant lifeguard on the beach, if you violate anything, he whistles.
The hotel staff is friendly, sometimes with fake courtesy.
The food is normal, you won't be hungry. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you can order scrambled eggs and poached eggs (to be honest, the yolk is often steep, so be warned when ordering).

The food is delicious, I found something new for myself every day; the breakfasts are the same every day, the dinners are different all the time - every day was very tasty. They give a lot of different fruits, pineapple is my favorite. The hotel has its own outdoor pool, gym, children's room. The territory is very small. The sea is on the first line, there is a private beach- towels are provided, you can take a sun protection cream for free and after. The rooms are very cozy and clean, cleaning every day. There is a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, iron; body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and all sorts of small accessories.
The pool is always comfortable, the sea is cool, but if you decide to go in, then you don't want to get out. The water in the sea is like silk, very soft!
Small crabs are constantly sold on the beach near the stones, turtles have been seen several times in the water!
There is nothing to do at the hotel in my free time at all, I was bored! So plan your leisure time yourself!!
Every day there is a free transfer to the Fujairah City center, and on Tuesdays to the Dubai mall. If you go to the Fujairah shopping center, we recommend that you then walk to the hotel – it takes about 1.5 hours. There is a cool Saving Home store along the way - We were stuck in it for 3 hours!!! The landmark is opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Very nice prices, everything is super budget. To get to the shopping center, you need to get off at 11:00 and drive for half an hour.

We did not spend hours for the sea and sunbathing (from 11 to 15) on the Mall.
7 and 10. The beach is sandy. There are almost no stones. But there are crabs running out of their burrows. The kids stuck to them for hours.
The entrance is shallow. Due to the low tide, there were cases that it was possible to walk up to the waist to the buoys. There is no animation. There is no music. It's a little rotten. I wanted some movement, but there was none. Just like after dinner, it's rotten. Just go to the Mall, but write out that you can only go there by taxi, or at 11.00
Swimming pool. The water is warm and does not smell. Clear.
11 and 12. There is no beach bar. Probably because of the off-season. The restaurant by the beach is paid.

The rights of believers were observed very correctly and at the same time there were no extremes in relation to vacationers. It's very balanced and thoughtful. The staff is trained and disciplined. The cuisine is good, there are no questions about the quality of vegetables and fruits, although there was no papaya at all. Personally, I didn't have enough seafood on the menu. Rooms, clearing - everything is at a good level. I recommend the hotel. For a relaxing family holiday with children, you can't think of a better one.

I had regular tourists staying at this hotel. A bag of sneakers was stolen from their room (after shopping, new ones). The hotel administration generally refused to investigate, the police were called, but they did not investigate either. Of course, tourists feel sorry for a new purchase, but the most annoying thing is that it was stolen from your room! And how does the hotel management feel about this! But, alas, the city is dirty and there is a lot of garbage. 9) the hotel has a free shuttle service: every day (except Friday) there is a free shuttle service to the center, where shops (not used); every Tuesday there is a free transfer to Dubai. You need to make an appointment in advance. There is a big bus going, at 10 o'clock there, at 18 o'clock it picks up at the same place back. Instead of Dubaymall, we took the subway (in an ordinary carriage, generally normal) into the depths of Dubai, to the spice market, and then by city boat (like a minibus) to the other side to the old city. 10) there is a mosque next to the Hotel, the room overlooked it.
