Not a bad vacation, but I won't be back.
Check-in
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we were warned that check-in was at 15.00, no question, we will wait, went to breakfast for money, buffet for adults 110 dirs, for children 60 dirs.
We had swimsuits with us and went to the beach, stayed until 11:00 and of course they forgot about us until I came up myself.
Our check-in is at 11.30, thank you, and of course, we could continue until 15.00.
The hotel is new, urban, there are a lot of locals. The hotel is not exactly a Five, 4 is not more!!
We have a Deluxe room with a sea view, quiet and with a good view of the sea, it was paid in advance.
The room has everything you need, spacious, modern. The closet is already "tubbed", there is mold on the seams in the bathroom. There is water in the shower and it does not go away, there is no point in talking to someone and asking, because the workers do not respond to requests!!
Going to the sea, they turned on the "Green light" at this time, everything was cleaned.
The linen has never been changed in 11 days.
Beach
Nice, clean, there are always places, the beach is watched very carefully.
There are rescuers, we even watched their work, a girl about 10-11 years old swam and most likely scratched herself on the buoys, got scared, the rescuer immediately reacted and swam to her, provided first aid!
Food
This is not Turkey, of course, but there is enough food, the child was happy. Leave a tip, then you will be discussed in the best possible way!
There are a lot of locals in the hotel, and it happened that there was nowhere to sit in the restaurant
There is a gym, respect is good
The main thing is guys, never take a taxi and excursions from Iftikhar Khan, he is a Pakistani, tries to monopolize taxis in Fujairah, pays money to the hotel for his table, they have some kind of competition among their own and report each other to the police.
He sits to the left of the receptionist. A very dishonest person.
We organized a trip to Dubai ourselves, met several couples, chipped in and it turned out to be more or less profitable, but they complained about our taxi driver and he was fined(
There is a Russian-speaking Avaz at the reception, I read before, there are only laudatory reviews about him. Again, I repeat, there are some agreements between the hotel and the employee on the right,
Avaz for some reason sent us to Fujairah Mall in his taxi, saying that there would be no place for the bus to the City Center, in the end we paid money back and forth, Fujairah Mall is absolutely empty of the word at all!!!!!
He made a mistake with our departure time, you understand that every hour of departure is important!!
WE just waited for an hour at the reception! Usually everyone is picked up 5 hours before departure, we were told 6, after asking several times, he said exactly 6!
Despite the fact that we were out of season, the hotel is full and there are a lot of people
Every day there is a bus at 11.40 to the City Center return at 17:30, but we never waited and took a return taxi at an average of 18-20 dirhams
There are all the necessary shops in the City center itself, I was satisfied.
There is NOTHING beyond the territories, from the word at all!
Opposite the supermarket, we sometimes went for ice cream, because the hotel is expensive.
There is no children's and adult animation at all, there used to be Yoga and some kind of sports events
There is a swimming pool, wild boars and sun beds, people probably occupy them from the night, because there are no places around 6-8 in the morning, the pool is cool, there is a bar, but everything is for money if you do not have everything included.
I would not have returned here a second time, I realized that the city hotel is not for us!

Good afternoon! This hotel and the emirate itself are among the top places to visit (* according to our modest rating). The novelty of the hotel attracts, the staff is well-trained, with good English, everyone is very friendly and ready to help (they called a doctor for a child). The kitchen was quite satisfactory to us, chef Ibrahim even served dumplings for us individually, for which a special thank you to him! The child does not like spicy food, so at our request, the waiters brought spaghetti and pasta without seasonings)) I recommend coming to the UAE in the winter months so as not to feel sudden temperature changes due to air conditioners.

A small territory of its own, there is not much entertainment on it. A children's pool with a canopy, saves from the sun. An adult pool of 1.2 m is too small, and the length is also small. There is a fitness room and a children's room with two babysitters.

I booked this hotel with my wife for a week in February, I really wanted to get warm from the Moscow winter. The price with breakfast was 12,000 rubles per day. The breakfast is very tasty, buffet style. I would also like to mention the snails with cinnamon, which are very tasty. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 11:30, suitable for both larks and owls. There is a beach and a swimming pool. Everything on the beach is standard, sun beds, umbrellas. There are enough ice caps and umbrellas for everyone, traffic is low in February. The reception is very beautiful. We found a nice room with a side view of the sea. The main thing is not to get a room with a view of the mosque, because at 5 a.m. you will be woken up by a call to morning prayer. Cats also walk on the beach.

The pool is closed until June 28th. No one warned about this. To swim in the pool, you need to drive 40 minutes to the Address hotel, there is a transfer there: at 12 they will take you, at 19 they will bring you. Many people use it, as it is considered a free trip to another hotel.
If you book a room with two separate beds and a view of the city, then keep in mind that you will not have a balcony.
There is a strong smell of perfume in the lobby, allergy sufferers will have a very hard time. Anaphylactic shock is guaranteed. The staff is not straight fire, you can't make out their English without a hundred grams, sometimes you get the feeling that they deliberately pretend that they don't understand you.
The service does not have a general standard and depends on the shift. Sometimes I will be offered something from the exclusive menu, and sometimes I have to come up and ask for it myself... I didn't understand the meaning of All inclusive.
At an early check-in, they were given a temporary number. The wish for separate beds in the room was also taken into account.
We often catch garbage on the beach: bottle caps, polyethylene bags... He's probably coming from India.
In general, if you don't go here in admiration, then it's quite normal.

During the day, they offer chilled napkins with ice cubes and the opportunity to refresh your face with thermal water. Cleaning is daily or on demand. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. They try to take into account all your wishes and "I want". I was pleased that there are Russian-speaking staff, respect Avaza. But I want to especially mention Youssefa, Khurshid and Iftikhara. These guys helped to resolve a difficult situation with deception when buying perfumes outside the hotel, helped to return the money, everything ended wonderfully only thanks to them, they called, drove, brought.
Excellent spacious rooms, you do not need to take anything with you, only swimsuits and abayos, expensive top-class cosmetics, including not only shampoos, conditioners and shower gels, as well as lotions and sun protection products and after for free in any quantities. Wonderful delicious breakfasts: a lot of exotic fruits, a huge assortment of expensive cheeses, including Camembert, Door Blue, etc., eggs Benedict, frames with honey in honeycombs, this is a direct feature of this hotel, delicious smoked mackerel, the freshest variety of greens, crispy croissants...mmmm, juices, coffee for every taste...

Everything is provided from ear sticks, nail files, wooden toothbrushes with natural bristles, hats, needles, a coffee machine, a kettle to good-quality slippers and a bag for dirty laundry, which, by the way, you can take with you. Iron and ironing board in each room. Cool lights all over the room. Bathrobes, daily cleaning and change of towels. We lived in the most budget room with breakfast and dinner. Although for me, I would only take breakfast. There are several supermarkets across the street with delicious and cheap mangoes, natural juices, and you can buy something alcoholic in the Duty Free. Excursions are much cheaper at Iftikhara, it is in a corner near the reception, Russian-speaking guides get hooked in Dubai at the first location, only through the operator the price will be much higher. There is a free bus to the City Mall every day - 'it's a big supermarket, there's a bank, but you can change the currency at the hotel.
Everything smells clean and noble everywhere. The hotel is young and is just gaining momentum. We wish you prosperity and development!!!!! They promised me to lay a path closer to the sea in order to carry less sand to the washing area, buoys a little further away. The most terrible vacation in my memory. Of the positive points, only the room with a view of the bay, but we bought it separately. That's all. The pool is closed, dried and fenced. There is no promised bus to Dubai. There is nowhere to walk - there is no space for pedestrians and it is simply dangerous to cross roads. There are no shops or cafes near the hotel. The waves on the sea are such that it is impossible to swim for 3 days - this, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, but I repeat: the pool does not work. The food is very mediocre and the same. At the same time, the ticket is not cheap and it was possible to use this money to go to a luxury hotel in Egypt. In general, Fujairah is the first and last time. I do not recommend it categorically

The hotel is super. I was vacationing with my wife and child for 12 years. The staff is very polite and courteous. There are mobile air conditioners near the tables on the street. The beach is good!!! Not a very diverse cuisine, but we are normal. There is a fish market near the hotel. By taxi 6-8 dirhams one way. The prices were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is clearly not aimed at making people who have paid a lot of money have fun.
We were in the UAE at Vida beach of the same chain, and at Intercontinental, there is something to compare it with.
We are currently here on the FB+ system.
It's definitely not a 5*.
We arrived at 8 a.m. at the same time 4 couples, 8 people, all standing in line, one employee at the reception, joking, laughing with a couple of foreigners. We Russians are waiting, registration takes a very long time.
Before lunch (check-in time at 15.00), there was not a single empty chair to sit down to wait, only outside in the heat. The reception hall is very small.
They don't tell you anything about where it is, about services, etc. They give you an A4 sheet - read it, everything is written here.
In the restaurant, no one says that you can order an omelette/benedict for breakfast. According to them, they do not know that we will not want boiled eggs to take, but a dish that is not on the Swedish line; this service is by default, you should know this yourself and approach it. There is no menu, that is, you do not know that there is such a service and what exactly you can order, you have to ask everything.
Tea/coffee/you pour the juices yourself. You take the plates away yourself or wait until the mountain accumulates and they are noticed and removed. There is no service during breakfast/lunch/dinner, the staff only cleans the tables. 5*, I remind you.
Drinks (lemonades) during meals only from 2L bottles, cans from the refrigerator in the bar are paid, you can not take coffee / tea in disposable cups with you, because glasses are not provided.
Cooks in an open kitchen cook without gloves and put food on (hashbrown for example) with their hands and also shift / stir on a platter with their hands 🤦🏻♀️
If you go to the mall/on an excursion and miss lunch, it burns down, you won't even be given a sandwich with you, because, !Attention! "this is a feature of the emirate, there is high humidity here," according to a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. We did not understand how this affects.
When checking in, we were asked (not our initiative)- 2 or 1 large bed, asked for 1, ok, go to room 2. We open the closet - someone's forgotten dirty T-shirt. They changed the room with a disgruntled face.
Of all the staff, the Thai bartender and the black guy who carries luggage are very pleasant and smiling.
Beach. At 7 a.m., the entire 1st line of deck chairs is already occupied.
The waves are so strong that you can't go into the sea, 95% of people on the beach are standing watching. 5% in the sea are trying to stay on the waves, which knock them off their feet.
The pool is very small.
There are some shops and cafes nearby, but in order to cross the road to them, you have to run headlong along the zebra and pray that no one will hit you, while there are no cars, they are speeding at full speed. We passed half of the zebra and a huge jeep blocked the road for us, we had to let it pass. It's definitely not worth it with children.
Among the advantages: beautiful interior, delicious food, good mattresses on deck chairs. That's all. Thank you, we won't come again.
PS: the peculiarity of the staff in the restaurant of this chain is that they almost all walk with brick faces. They don't offer anything, you have to call them, ask them, look at dissatisfied faces, rarely clean the dishes, there is zero friendliness and service.

Absolutely a lovely place for a short one!!! (no more than 3 days) of "squash" rest.
The best sea in the UAE, a cool little hotel, wonderful bar and restaurant staff, great cuisine and weird room cleaning guys.
Everything for short sunbathing and swimming!
But other than that, well, a quick run to the city beach "Umbrella", there's not much to do there ...
But you need to take "all inclusive ...".

Very understanding staff, everything is very healthy, excellent food, we ate according to the breakfast/dinner system. We have never been hungry, everything is delicious. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, gardeners work, there is a guard at the entrance. They will always open the door to the hotel and the door to transport, help you with things and suitcases, we didn't carry anything at all, everything was done for us. There is a tent on the street where you take towels to the beach, so as soon as you step onto the beach, the staff immediately comes to you, takes the towels, looks for a place for you, and the towels will be laid out for you. If you forgot to clean it, they will clean it for you. The bars were open, there was alcohol, there was a second restaurant, we went there every evening to drink beer and smoke hookah, always smiling and friendly staff, well, just top class. They don't make it easy for smoking, someone even liked it, but damn alfaker for 1900, it's like doshirak for the price of ramen from the chef. And for reference, on the left of the reference, 70 meters away, there is an Iranian restaurant, there for 30 dirhams, they will make exactly the same hookah, but at least there is more variety, there is also a steak restaurant on Umbrella beach, there is 45 dirhams. I liked the hotel. Service for 5. Very cozy, clean, the hotel has a pleasant aroma, I liked the food, the pool is small, cool (very pleasant for this weather) cools. Cons: very boring. There is not even an elementary animation. There is nowhere to go beyond the territory.

Great little new hotel. With good rooms where there is everything from a to z. Attentive staff. The only thing was there was no animation. But this is not Turkey and we were not bothered by it. Tomorrow is worthy. You can ask for an omelet and coffee and it will be brought to the table for you. No need to stand and wait for it to be cooked. I recommend it for those who just want to seal and have nothing to think about

A modern 5 star hotel with excellent service. The chef cooks just amazing. What I didn't like: one little thing - with late arrival and early departure, the hotel does not take care to feed the guest with food in the lunch box. And the second disadvantage: the beach is boring. There are almost no living creatures in the water, the area fenced off for swimming in the sea is very small.
