Not a five from the word AT ALL. We left at 4 a.m., pre-ordered a box lunch. A glass of orange drink, two old bananas and two tangerines. We lived in a room with a view of the city, they drive cars and motorcycles until 4 a.m., it is not possible to sleep. The hotel is small, the territory is very small. The decision is zero. To get 2 bottles of water, you have to stand and wait until the employees do not see you at close range, they bought you in the store, do not suffer humiliation for 2 bottles of water. In recent days, our rooms have not been cleaned, only by local Arabs. We do not recommend it!!! Neither the service, nor the staff, nor the food, nor the location match the price.

We are resting at the hotel now. In general, everything is fine. But the food is getting worse every day. I couldn't eat almost anything for dinner today - everything is flavored with Cumin. Russians don't like zira. They tolerate it, but they don't like it. All the dishes turned out to be spoiled by her. The food is all good, but it looks like the cook is not very good.

Excellent hotel-new, modern, small, with a cozy territory, clean sea, gentle descent into the sea, excellent food, attentive staff, large rooms, always availability of free sunbeds on the beach, clean pool with warm water. The only small thing is the lack of changing rooms on the beach and carpet in the rooms.

We had a rest at the end of November, the hotel is clean. The territory is well maintained. The food is great, alcohol from 11-00 p.m. to 22-00 p.m. Rum and whiskey are normal, vodka is burnt. The beer is cold, the quality is average.The beach is clean, cleaned regularly. Sometimes there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. The water is very comfortable. The hotel is super. The food is monotonous. But you won't stay hungry. Alcoholic beverages are all in glass. The territory is not large. Nearby there are embankments for walking. For a relaxing holiday is a great option. If you need traffic and shopping, then you go to Dubai.
The staff is friendly. The sea, if you're lucky, may be green.

I want to leave a review about the Palace Beach Resort Fujairah hotel. We rested there in March.
The hotel is quite new (2020), beautiful, with bright, oriental flavors.
The hotel is located in the city, on the shore of the bay. Half of the rooms overlook the courtyard, where there is a pool and a sea view, and the second one faces a noisy road (nearby) with a side view of the sea and the city. There's a mosque with a loudspeaker across the street, but it's not particularly annoying.The rooms are also different, there are double rooms, where the door to the next room. The door is closed, but the audibility through it is too good. In some rooms there are more places, and it is quiet.
The rooms themselves are modern, new, a lot of new things.There are no simple switches in the room. All manipulations with light take place on glass displays with icons. It's not very convenient, especially if you get up at night and can't see well.There is a backlight in the closet, very convenient.
The air conditioner works well, you turn on the quiet mode at night and it doesn't bother you at all. The plumbing is all new .The room has very good cosmetics.
Large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows.Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are excellent!This is a huge plus for the hotel!
The Internet in the hotel works very well everywhere ! This is also a plus.
This is where the advantages end.
The biggest disadvantage in the hotel is the food! It is so meager that it does not pull at 5 * in any way! It is not clear why, in such a hotel they feed their guests so sparsely and tastelessly. Breakfasts are monotonous, but there are buns, dried fruits, jam, cheese, omelet.In the morning, the choice of fruits is more than for dinner.
But for dinner: stewed meat (hard), stewed chicken and fillet of some strange fish, similar to jelly. That's it! Only three crutches !The rest is a side dish: rice, pasta, stewed beans, peas, cabbage, potatoes. . The choice of salads is small. I was especially surprised by the salad with pearl barley and cucumbers. Is it worth going so far and expensive to eat pearl barley!Salads are mostly with cabbage with peas or chickpeas, or with couscous. Juices both in the morning and for dinner from packages, tasteless. Coffee is also tasteless, sometimes cold from the vending machine. For dinner, they give jelly, a warm pudding and two cakes and something like a pie. That's it! There are no oriental desserts.Everyone we talked to at the hotel complained about the poor and tasteless food. They didn't feed so badly anywhere!
I also wanted to stop at the hotel staff. The reviews praised the Russian-speaking employees of the hotel very much.So this is not the case at all, these specialists do not know anything, but only smile at you, promise to help, but they do not solve the problem. It was the English-speaking specialists who helped with any questions.
In general, you have to ask for everything in this hotel, and it's very unpleasant. A young man, Russian-speaking, at the reception, could not clearly explain what is included in our concept of nutrition and what is not. Because of this, we did not use the services that were paid for by us!
The beach of the hotel is very small, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough space for everyone.The entrance to the sea is smooth, sandy. But in the morning the water goes away a lot and there is very little place for swimming. This is a significant disadvantage!
Towels are laid out on sun beds, it's convenient, they don't need to be handed over, you leave it and that's it. On the beach, you can take good tanning products and after sunburn.
There is a modern gym.But no one is engaged there.
In general, impressions about the hotel are very contradictory.There were so many unpleasant moments that spoiled the overall impression. We will definitely not go to this hotel anymore and we will not recommend it.

If you are a multi-swimmer, then the swimming area is very small, the beach is clean and cozy. On Tuesdays there was a free transfer to the Dubai Mall.

The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are large. Food is tight, you can still get yourself something to eat for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner it's really boring. There is very little ham, cheese, no fish for breakfast, eggs on request, nuts - 2 types - peanuts and almonds, although I have never met almonds - in microscopic containers. Lots of fruit. For lunch and dinner every day the same thing (potatoes, rice). There are zero fruits. All the cups, just all the cups are unwashed, with traces of someone else's lipstick. Disgusting. The beach is good, sand, sun beds. Buoys marked a place for bathing vacationers - very little space, a sandbox, if you like to swim, then it will not be possible here. There are no toilets or changing rooms on the beach. The pool is small and shallow. The territory is small. A 5* hotel does not pull in any way.

2. Fujairah is a fairly tough emirate. Got into Ramadan, it means that alcohol is behind a closed door. Food until 7 pm also.
3. They are constantly cleaned in different ways, then they do not measure slippers, then dressing gowns, then they will not carry all sorts of cotton pads, sticks, And so on.
4. Gray sand varies greatly, for example, with Dubai, there are a lot of small stones, and in general there is not enough of it somehow on the beach;
5. It is necessary to ask for dental kits;
6. You can't see what to eat from the food, you have to ask, like for breakfast to say that I want an omelet. Bring strawberries... they are not represented in the hall.
Of the advantages:
1. Amazing huge Cool bed, pillows;
2. Large rooms, furnished with a good headset, master light and all fashionable gadgets;

We rested again - the impressions have changed. There were not enough sunbeds, the administration ignored mass complaints. People wrote to the website, went to the reception - in vain. The managers claimed that "Russian tourists occupy and leave")) I've personally seen how foreigners do it. That is, it is very strange that instead of introducing rules, control (or eventually adding unfortunate sunbeds), managers reacted with an excuse about Russians. We waited a few days for the hotel to act, and then we had to start going to the beach to "score" sun beds before breakfast. It's terrible that the administration has such a careless approach. The hotel did not wish you a happy birthday. The spouse reminded 3 or 4 times)) After that, the cake was brought, a few days later. They refused to collect an early breakfast due to the overnight departure. The Russian-speaking manager said: "I'm a receptionist, not a kitchen worker." Of course, it was paid for, so I had to put pressure on it. On the first visit, the managers themselves initiated the issue, informing us that due to the early departure, they would pack food for us. In general, the rest was not comfortable, we will not return to the hotel anymore.
The only constant advantage of the hotel is the restaurant. And the attitude towards the guests is attentive and really tasty, professional from start to finish. Clean, cozy. We did not regret that we took "with dinners".

I would like to note this in particular. Well done! A large clean beach, a sufficient number of umbrellas. Not a bay, the water is super. The territory is stylish, well-groomed, green. It's a great sport.The hall! Even a sunscreen is provided by the pool. The restaurant has a panoramic view of the territory. Delicious, clean. The variety of dishes is small, but there was enough of everything. There was even honey in the honeycomb. The coffee is good. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. Thanks! I advise you to take earplugs with you - if the room has a view of the city, loud prayers from the mosque may interfere with sleep at night.
