Good in general, except the old lady at check-in in Sheremetyevo didn't know that my country doesn't need a schengen visa to enter Europe, and I really had to convince her that is indeed the case. She had to ask her phone voice assistant about it. Even though it could have easily given her a wrong answer. Then, she sent my carry-on bag to the luggage roll by mistake, without any tag. And also blamed me for it because I was "distracting her with my discussions", even though I was just explaining to her that I don't need a visa for schengen countries. It took some time but later the carry-on was retrieved, but that was a very bad experience and it lost me some time here, could have missed my flight because of it.

I often fly for work and have probably flown on all major air carriers. Air Serbia is my worst experience of my life. I flew from Amsterdam to Moscow with a transfer in Belgrade. We were delayed due to waiting for passengers from other flights, i.e. we all sat on the plane and waited for 10 passengers for 45 minutes. This is the first time I've seen this. As I understand it, passengers were waiting from Air Serbia flights, but they do not have transfers in Moscow, so this finished airline will still make it or not. Bottom line: we landed exactly an hour later (official data, by the way, is embellished), I was late for the flight to Kaliningrad, and Air Serbia refused to take responsibility for the missed flight. According to the support service operator, being late up to three hours is not being late at all, spending the night in Moscow, buying new tickets and, of course, lost time. I wish you a speedy bankruptcy.

We flew with this airline on 11/27/2024 on the route St. Petersburg-Belgrade-Barcelona. We managed to buy tickets for six months under the promotion, 36 tons for two with luggage for the entire route, which can be said - almost "thank you". I can't say anything bad at all, the flights took off without delay, the luggage arrived safely, and our suitcase was given out one of the first, the planes are new and clean, the flight attendants are positive and courteous. On the St. Petersburg-Belgrade flight, there was a lot of space between the seats (2 palms fit in front of the knees). They gave me drinking water and something like a sandwich (I refused). My husband and I have been flying with this airline for the last few years.
The flight from Sheremetyevo was delayed for an hour, but this is rather the norm for this airline, so we were not surprised. There is no online registration from Russia, I was honestly warned about this at the representative office when buying tickets, and from Belgrade you can register online. Everything was standard on the plane. Water, juice and a sandwich were offered.
The toilet is clean, there is water, paper too.
We flew back from Belgrade without delay, there was no queue at the check-in desk, and the suitcase from the hand luggage was also taken into the luggage.

We were planning a trip to Belgrade with my husband, and the choice fell on a direct flight from Moscow to AirSerbia. The price tag was high, but we decided to pay for our comfort and a 3-hour one-way flight. Only after buying expensive tickets (it cost 2,400€ for two round trips) I decided to read the reviews and was horrified: overbooking, constant delays, loss / damage regarding luggage, boorish attitude of flight attendants, "tired" sides, inability to check in in Moscow, etc. All this made us anxious before the flight, we couldn't believe that for such money it could be like this. We decided to share an honest review after the trip.
In short, we seem to have gotten lucky 😅
Flight there: everything was on time, the seats at the check-in desk were good, they even offered free of charge at the emergency exit (more legroom), but since I'm in position, I'm not supposed to. The luggage arrived safely, everything was received quickly. The flight was comfortable, although the plane was small and not the newest. The flight attendants were polite.
Return flight: online check-in (it's a pity that free seats are a random choice of the system, but we were lucky and we were sitting next to each other), a 1.5-hour delay in departure, because due to heavy snowfall, we waited a long time for the return from snow and icing. After that, the flight was quiet, and we quickly received a whole bag at Sheremetyevo.
Bottom line: yes, for that kind of money, I would like newer planes and better food (they gave me incomprehensible sandwiches and a small bottle of water each, but coffee / tea / snacks could be purchased for a fee, which is strange considering, again, the cost of tickets), but the reality is that. But a direct three-hour flight, if not greatly delayed. So you can fly, but without waiting and be prepared that such a price tag is only for a fast direct flight.
By the way, one of the advantages: if you suddenly entered incorrect data (name, date of birth, passport) when buying tickets, then they will be changed for you free of charge and promptly through support (e-mail). For most vehicles, this is a paid service.

Do not buy tickets from this wonderful airline! Yesterday (07/20/2024) I flew from Sheremetyevo via Belgrade to Tivat. There is no electronic registration. As a result, I bought a ticket for the evening to Podgorica for my money, I need to spend the day at the airport after a sleepless night, since there is not even a luggage room at this wonderful airport to leave my bag and take a walk. The luggage, by the way, of my friends in misfortune, left in Belgrade, i.e. they were not even going to send it to Tivat. Here is such an adventure for 120 thousand rubles. I will describe the way back later =) I add a review a month later. Fortunately, I returned to Moscow on those flights that I bought with a ticket, but none took off on time, and they all seemed to be on time, but from Tivat with a delay of 30 minutes, from Belgrade by 40. By the way, I don't know what this is about, but I was able to register electronically for the return flight. After a while, I wrote a complaint on the airline's website, regarding my wonderful flight on 20.07, to be honest, I did not expect anything from this airline, but today 39,600 rubles came to the Russian bank card, as compensation for the claim, unexpectedly, but pleasantly. I don't know why this particular amount is calculated. As a result, write complaints, well, fly this airline only if absolutely necessary, and it's better not to choose it even then, your nerves and vacation time are more expensive.

Tickets Moscow-Belgrade-Moscow were purchased. The tickets were bought by the employer, two colleagues and I were flying on a business trip to shoot a movie. The trouble started in Moscow. There were 7 people in the queue in front of us. But the staff at the counters were so stupid that the queue reached us after an hour and a half. There were two more counters nearby, where people were already outraged, who did not understand why the registration of one passenger takes 10-15 minutes.
Then it turned out that they had overbooking and I was randomly among the "lucky ones" who might not fly if there were no empty seats. Tickets, I note, cost 1,500 euros.
We were able to persuade a representative of the company to give me a ticket with a seat.
The flight took off with a big delay - an hour and a half. On boarding, passengers who were late for connecting flights appealed to the conscience of the staff. No one apologized to them.
The flight back was just disgusting. At Belgrade Airport, no one cares about passengers at all. Check-in started 2.5 hours before departure (for an international flight!). I was on the overbooking list again. No arguments, requests and arguments that if I did not get on the flight, then further filming would be disrupted, plus there would be financial losses, did not help. The employee said that he was just an airport employee, that he had no contact with the airline and refused to invite the manager.
Moreover, he refused to accept my luggage (paid for), so my colleague had to buy an extra seat and check in my luggage as his own. This greedy company makes good money on such tricks.
Then there were humiliations for my own 1.5 thousand euros. At first, I and three of the same sufferers had to stand victoriously at the second control, which was already before boarding. It turned out that these three, on the contrary, were forced to hand over their hand luggage. The girl at the counter didn't explain much. We stood at the control for an hour. After that, we were allowed to go to the gate. But even there I had to stand at the counter on bird rights until everyone had passed. As a result, we were allowed on the flight. And we did not suffer the fate of those poor people who just sleep in bundles on the floor at Belgrade airport.
What interesting things have turned out. There is no business class on the plane. But they sell the first three rows as a business, putting 2 people each instead of three - this is on an overbooking flight, please note. In addition, a family of four people passed in front of me, who bought 6 seats at the emergency exit in order to fly comfortably (even the staff at the counters later discussed that for an overbooking flight these were some super dumb airline decisions). If you get into overbooking, you automatically become a second-class person, everyone wanted to spit on you, no one explains anything to you, you just stand everywhere with a humiliated look for your own fifteen hundred euros, you are not offered a chair - everyone is allowed into the gate, where there are chairs, and you stand on your feet for an hour counters in an empty hallway.
On the plane, flight attendants hang out in a crowd at the so-called business class, ignoring other passengers. When you try to get their attention, they talk rudely, do not smile, there is zero etiquette. There are no blankets, they are given only to the first three rows. To the question "Can I get a plaid?", the stewardess replied sharply: "Of course not," and ran to the front rows.
The flight took off two hours late (we were on the plane for an hour).
And yes, there are a million reviews on all travel forums that the airline is constantly losing luggage. People are wondering where the lost luggage goes, which they can't return for months. I think we've found him. Hundreds of lost suitcases were seen in the arrivals area at Belgrade airport. They just stand in heaps.
Fortunately, my suitcase arrived, but it was soaked through. Moreover, there were some dirty black streaks on the things.
In general, take care of your nerves and do not fly with this vile company.

We were flying St. Petersburg - Belgrade - Paris. The docking takes 50 minutes. After reading reviews about overbooking, flight delays, and baggage loss, I was worried so much that I just couldn't sleep properly.
We arrived at Pulkovo airport in 3 hours, check-in started in 2.5 hours, everything is fast enough. We bought seats in advance, purchased a fast truck at Belgrade airport, priority luggage (as a result, business class tags were hung on our luggage).
The flight from St. Petersburg is delayed for 30 minutes and then I realize that's it) we got there and we have to sit in Belgrade for 10 hours before the next flight to Paris. My husband and my child slept through the entire flight, but I couldn't even relax.
As a result, the flight arrives in Belgrade not 30 minutes later, but 20 minutes later, and I understand that there is a chance (mmmaaalentkits) that we will make it. I was just buying a row closer to the exit.
And then we start running))
It was a horror) I point this piece of paper in everyone's face at the inspection that we have a fast truck, at passport control too (although there are a lot of late people there too, but it's important to think only about yourself).
After the passport check, we run to our exit, at some point I realize that neither I nor the child can run anymore. My husband ran to beg us to wait)
And yes!! As a result, we waited for all the latecomers! And even the luggage arrived in Paris!
So thanks to Air Serbia!
Will I still fly them? Yes!!
But I will take more docking, I was so nervous that I couldn't come to my senses for a long time.
And yes, the flight attendants are as polite as possible, I did not notice any rudeness. The planes are comfortable, there is a lot of legroom. It's okay!

The first flight was delayed for 3 hours, the second one left without us. 80% of passengers missed their next connecting flight. For the third time, the system rejects a correct objective honest review of the disgusting service for a lot of money from Serbian airlines. Departures are postponed for more than three hours without explanation. Registration on the site is difficult, paid services are imposed. If you use two sleeves, for example, Moscow- Belgrade and Belgrade-Rome, then tickets and boarding passes are not issued by the same company until the end of the journey. Having arrived in Belgrade, but following on, everyone needs to stand at the same air Serbia counter, there will be both international and domestic flights together. The queue is for more than two or three hours, but one lazy worker. You can't leave here, there will be passport control behind you, and security checks ahead. Everything at the company's home airport is extremely poorly thought out and organized. There is very little space for passengers, a couple of cafes with incredible prices. The cost of the ticket itself was 450 euros, i.e. 45 000 rubles. For such a lot of money, it was impossible even to perform a flight in the selected time interval when ordering and paying. It took two hours to receive the second boarding pass, which cannot be issued electronically. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I flew with this airline Moscow-Belgrade-Frankfurt. The suitcase was left in Belgrade… I've been waiting for the third day. Nothing is clear. I read the reviews and realized that this is the norm for them. Tickets are super expensive! I wished a hundred times that I had flown through Turkey. I wanted to save time and now… And the company doesn't even read reviews here. No apologies.

The accuracy of the schedule of the brothers is lame, two flights - two delays of 1 hour. For the first time, because of this, I did not fit into the transfer to Amsterdam, but I was given a voucher for the luxurious Crown Plaza hotel with a transfer on their bus.
In general, I recommend the airline when traveling to Europe, there are fewer problems than through Turkey.

I communicated with this airline via email airserbia.psarussia@aviareps.com (Russian representative office). I was interested in flying with animals, there were many questions. After reading the reviews on Yandex, I thought I was writing into the void and no one would answer me. However, surprisingly, they responded very promptly and to the point. The first time, the answer came literally within 5 minutes. The second time I wrote at 10 pm, in the morning at 9.00 the answer was already in my mail.
I am writing a review specifically to the support service, because we eventually chose another airline for the flight. Nevertheless, the communication with Air Serbia left a pleasant impression.

Sheremetyevo Airport issued boarding passes only to Belgrade, they said that we would receive the next flight in Belgrade. I flew to Belgrade with this airline for the new year in January 2024, I have never experienced such negative emotions from the attitude towards me as a passenger, dependent in a certain sense on the decency of this company, although I have flown a lot!!!! Flights both there and back were delayed. On the return trip, they forced me to send hand luggage, a small suitcase, which I received soaked through upon arrival in Moscow - the things in the suitcase were wet. And if there was an objective reason and the captain apologized for the delay and explained its reason, then the flight back was delayed without explaining any reasons, the Russians were taken to some separate room, taking away the water bought in duty free and kept us there for more than 2 hours, there were no toilets!!! When the landing finally began, there was no water in the plane and the toilet - there was nothing to wash your hands with!! And there were no towels! The captain of the ship did not consider it necessary to apologize for such a long delay and provide her with an explanation! And all this despite the fact that the airline has determined the price of its tickets, to put it mildly, not objective!! If possible, it is better to fly with a transfer and other airlines. The Serbian airline does not care about its passengers!!

I had to take a return ticket with the Serbs, as the shameful Armenian fly one simply canceled the flight. The cost without luggage is 67 thousand one way, of course much more expensive, but the fastest option. The transfer in 50 minutes was confusing, especially considering the flight delay of an hour. But upon arrival, 20 minutes later we were at the new gate, where they were waiting for us. Everything is fast and convenient, despite the inspection before boarding. From Milan to Belgrade by airbus 319. With cookies and water). There is already a sandwich from Belgrade to Moscow). In both cases, it's a funny business with a curtain and almost the same interior layout. There is no Wi-Fi, as well as other entertainment. The flight attendants are still cute. And the chairs are terrible, rigid and practically do not recline. My back goes numb at the moment. Nevertheless, for the sake of a quick flight, you can be patient.

Our evening flight from Podgorica was cancelled at the last moment. The reason is there is no plane!!! New tickets for the morning flight of the next day were automatically sent to the e-mail. However, the new morning flight also did not take place on time, the plane took off with a severe delay. As a result, Air Serbia twice disrupted the transfer to Istanbul. The scheduled arrival time at Istanbul Airport is 22.09 at 03:20 a.m.; the actual time is 22.09 at 18:20 p.m. Due to the negligence of Air Serbia, our tickets for a transfer in Istanbul for a flight from Pobeda Airlines were also burned twice, and the transfer from Moscow to our hometown was canceled without compensation. The amount of damage amounted to a six-digit figure in rubles.
Compensation 1. for the cancellation; 2. for the delay of the flight, Air Serbia refused to pay.
