I always use the services of Ecolines because of the good service. But the last trip, which was from Minsk to Warsaw on 09/15/2023, the departure was at 20:00, the line number 1357 is just some kind of nightmare. The drivers did not inform the passengers about the movement of the bus at all. They talked rudely. We left the station at 20:20, as he was late. But the most important thing is that the WiFi in the cabin did not work throughout the trip, and for me the connection was one of the main criteria! When I approached the drivers and said that the WiFi was not working, they told me to sit in my seat and not fool my head with my questions. As a result, the wifi didn't do that! In general, the ticket is not cheap, and the service has become just a nightmare!

Conclusion: employees either do not even try to search and then throw away the found items, or they appropriate them. I understand that according to the contract, the company is not responsible for lost items, but this attitude and approach undermine the reputation in front of our eyes, it's scary to imagine if you forget something valuable in the salon…

The bus was 15 minutes late, then everyone was loaded for the same amount. We arrived late at 2:35 (we were supposed to be around 4:15, and arrived at 6:50). The most annoying thing is that, as they did not ask the driver to stop at the Stone Hill, he nivkakuyu (although there were quite a lot of such people, maybe a third of the bus). We didn't even have luggage, just backpacks, just open the doors. Although after crossing the border, he let someone out near the gas station, and even unloaded the luggage. In short, it was humanly possible to understand and stop, and so, as a result, we lost 40-50 minutes and money for a taxi (25 minutes driving from the Stone Hill to the station, and then back by taxi from the Station to the Stone Hill). Before that, we went by Minsktrans, they always stopped, there were no problems.

Hello! I will say frankly and honestly that with Ecolines we had the worst trip of our lives. We left Minsk - St. Petersburg on July 31, a bus broke down in the middle of our road. There was no Wi-Fi or toilet on the bus. The bus stood on the road broken for 8 hours! Only after that they sent a minibus from St. Petersburg, in which only 20 people could get on (we were lucky enough to take seats too), the rest stayed to wait further. When the bus broke down, the drivers did not react to it in any way and did not even hurry to inform the management of the company about this incident. Until the passengers themselves sounded the alarm and contacted the company. All our plans for this trip naturally collapsed, instead of 8.30 we arrived in St. Petersburg at 17.00. After everything that happened, we contacted Ecolines to clarify and ask why this happened and why such irresponsibility and negligence towards people. But this company did not even apologize for the inconvenience, not to mention some kind of dialogue. I've never met a worse company in my life. WE STRONGLY DO NOT recommend using the services of Ecolines.

The bus was comfortable, the air conditioning was working, drinks were offered for free coffee/tea, there is a toilet. Drinking water is paid (0.5 liters, like about 100 rubles). Each seat in front has a multimedia player with movie and music options. Take wired headphones with you, they cost 100 rubles on the bus. The departure was on schedule, arrived about as written, but in general everything depends on the road, maybe late.
