Unfortunately, there were not the most pleasant impressions of the hotel. There are minuses and pluses. I stayed there a few years ago, everything was fine, the level of the hotel was above three stars. This year, the level of goodies has decreased. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, but the room itself needs repair. Problems with hot water, to take a shower, the water must be drained for 10 minutes, otherwise wash in cool water. The air conditioner is very noisy, and on cool September nights, it is not needed. The pillows are terrible, but you can ask for another one to sleep comfortably. But the mattresses are great. I advise you to take shampoos, conditioners and shower gels with you, in the rooms, in the bathroom there is only liquid soap and shampoo of unknown origin, I did not dare to use it. There is no drinking water in the room, but there is a cooler in the hallway. A kettle is only available on request at the reception. There are disposable slippers in the room, if that's important to you. The staff is very pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfasts correspond to three stars in diversity. The food is all fresh and delicious. A big plus is the location of the hotel, the very center of Minsk.

The undoubted advantages of the hotel include its location in the city center and a rich interior. This is where the advantages end. In the junior suite room, the faucet in the bathroom did not work, the air conditioner could not cope with the heat. The staff had to be reminded about drinking water in the room. The kitchen is very mediocre.

I visited this hotel in March 2024, stayed for one night. The hotel is very nice, the room is cozy, the bed is comfortable (this is very important for me), I did not turn on the TV in the room, so I do not know if it works or not.
Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall, in the other direction is the Vasilki chain restaurant.
Friendly staff.
If I go to Minsk again, I will stay in Garni.

The room is spacious enough, convenient location. From the strange: there is a kettle and tea in the room, but no cups. Of the sanitary and hygienic attributes, there is only a bottle of a product declared as shampoo/shower gel -- bring your own toothpaste.

I liked the interior, the girls at the reception are very polite and help with requests.
The disadvantages are small, but unfortunately there are: carpets in the common corridors smell very unpleasant.
Room cleaning seemed to be fine, but when checking in, one pillowcase was stained, fortunately, at the request, it was replaced with a clean one, and they gave additional pillowcases for the second pillows. And the bathroom wasn't always well cleaned.
And the most important disadvantage is the bathroom itself, everything would be fine, but there is only a narrow, small partition on the bathtub, the pressure in the shower is not even strong, it floods the whole room, you need either a bathroom curtain or extend the partition.
I will not take off the star, as in general the staff is wonderful, since we left at night, I wanted to order a small snack at the hotel restaurant, but we collected 2 packages of food and drinks on account of our paid breakfast with the room, for which I thank you very much.
The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was varied. We just went to dinner, and I liked it too. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere.

We lived in a suite. The room is wonderful!
But! In the morning, a puddle was waiting for us in the bathroom!
We are quite calm about different situations - everything happens! But to our remark, the young lady at the reception said that the reason was the small sink (probably we washed so casually). No basic human apologies! With such a room rate per night, it would be quite possible to apologize!
I didn't want to write a negative review, but the hotel sent me a feedback form about the services. I wrote about everything. But I also did not receive an apology from the hotel administration.

A wonderful hotel, with an ideal location in relation to the center and the main attractions. There is free parking in the courtyard. The only advantage is its location in the center...the rest is one big negative!!!
The rooms are old, dirty, the plumbing is leaking, there is mold in the refrigerator!!! They asked to change the room, but everything is the same in another room ...
This hotel just absolutely ruined the impression of the trip and stay in Minsk ...

But there is room to grow. In the "common area", during the entire stay, when exiting the elevator, a cot and a vacuum cleaner were met on the floor - this should be removed to a separate room, and not shown to the guests. In the room, it is unclear why the table is covered with a transparent thick film. There is already a slight trace of time in the bathroom. And I would like a few little things at this price, for example, disposable slippers. In general, a little bit better.
But these are quibbles, but what really didn't like: the lack of an understandable locking of the room doors from the inside. The only locking mezzanine is combined with a lock that opens with a key card. And it seems that the staff can open it even if you are inside, which does not cause a feeling of comfort.

The room is not large, but it is quite cozy. Breakfast cost 455 bel. rub. Two days in advance. Because the room was already ready, they did not make us wait exactly until the time of check-in. The staff is polite, nice people. The room, linen, bathroom - everything is clean and tidy. They did not interfere with visiting a friend in the room.
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle; coffee and tea bags, sugar; 2 glasses for drinks. And no utensils for tea (coffee) are provided. Administration, where are the tea cups? A saucer and napkins? I will not remind you about the consequences for furniture from placing a hot glass on it, but it can burst and fragments and boiling water on the client's skin are unlikely to be a reason to return to you.

There are numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. During the stay, the hot water was turned off, the hotel warned in advance, there is a boiler in each room, it is enough to take a shower in peace.

We came to the Minsk Half Marathon, stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient 5 min. walk to the start. The hotel is located in the city center. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Everything is close, the Bolshoi Theatre is a 10-minute walk away. There is free parking in the courtyard of the hotel! The interiors are epic :) Very high ceilings - wood trim, wooden furniture. There is a bathtub. The mattress is soft, I'm used to hard ones, but my back didn't hurt.

We were in Minsk in October 2023, we rented a two-room suite. Of the advantages, a comfortable bed, high ceilings, quiet, so we slept like in childhood! The city center! Nice staff. Everything is very clean. Of the minuses - for a child, an extra seat from a folding chair is not particularly comfortable. Sneakers are the cheapest, in fact - this is the universe of film. Shower gel is only 2 pcs. for three. An expensive breakfast buffet. Something fried from fish is sensitively tasteless.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and proximity to the historical part of the city. I must say right away - we didn't regret anything. The three of us stayed - my wife and I and my teenage son. Single room with a folding chair. Slippers, towels, kettle, coffee, teas, mini fridge - all available. The safe is only at the reception, but this is not a big deal, since cameras are installed on all floors. A slight inconvenience - they gave out one electronic key for everyone. The room is very cozy and clean. The staff is very friendly, they showed me where to park the car in the courtyard. If someone will check in with their car, it is worth considering - it is necessary to drive along the street where the hotel is located a little further from its entrance, there will be a check-in to the arch on the left, after the arch - turn left and go to the barrier. Ideally, if someone comes to the reception in parallel and asks to raise the barrier ;) MIR cards are accepted for payment, with conversion into local rubles. There is a small selection of souvenirs in the lobby. We were pleased with the breakfasts. It doesn't seem to be very diverse, but you can't go hungry - porridge, cereal-milk, cheese /meat cuts, potato dishes (where without it), sausages, fried chicken, a couple of types of salads, fresh vegetables, sweets. Naturally, tea and coffee. My son had a birthday on the day of departure, we left the hotel early, so we immediately asked about a compliment / gift and a dry ration for the road. We were pleasantly surprised when, in the evening before leaving, our son was handed a large cake, as well as three bags of dry food. Their filling was especially striking - hot sandwiches, tea, coffee, yoghurts, water, juice, sugar, glazed cheeses, spoons and sticks for stirring sugar. Not all hotels in decaying Europe packed us up for the road like this :). In the whole ideal story, there were two small disadvantages - a leaking sink (water dripped a little on the floor all the time, I had to keep a towel in this place) and sound insulation of the rooms - the neighbors could hear perfectly through the outlet. A huge plus is, as I said, the location. Within walking distance of the Upper Town, GUM, TSUM, Dinamo Minsk stadium, a huge number of restaurants. There is also a popular and well-known Rock'n'roller bar nearby. But about this in another review :). Thanks to all the staff of the Garni Hotel for the time spent with you! A great place for its price.

We booked 2 rooms.
One had sets in the bathroom (cotton pads, sticks, etc.)
I called the reception, asked to bring it, they said it was not allowed. It is allowed only in the suite.
Well okay.
There is a small parking lot, it is difficult to find a place.
Parking in front of the hotel is free on weekends.
Delicious breakfasts, although the food is getting cold, barely warm, the air conditioner was blowing strongly in the restaurant.
In the evening, we ordered dinner in the room. The mushrooms in sour cream are a bomb!!!!!
We didn't have any rubles when we checked in. I asked the receptionist if they accept cash. I received an unpleasant answer that do you accept Belarusian rubles in Russia??? So we do not accept money from other countries, only Belarusian rubles, dollars and euros.
Probably, the issues of foreign policy are now aggravated, but it would be more pleasant to just hear: "No, we do not accept."

Three stars. The location is excellent, but there are a few nuances. The main one is that the mattresses are very soft. Some kind of deception. I would come again, but it's not realistic to sleep on such a bed. The settlement is also very long. A lonely girl at the counter is typing something there. If a group has stopped in front of you, you can stand for an hour. Here is a non-intrusive service. When we stayed at the hotel, the restaurant was closed for special service - I also think that guests should be served under any circumstances. And if you can't do it, then weddings are over. The hotel is large- there are a lot of guests- there is nowhere to eat.

Of the cons: the air conditioning system did not work in the room, we were changed to the room, but this system was dripping in it, a towel for drops was carefully lying on the floor))the hot water was also turned off at the hotel, we called the day before arrival, but they did not consider it necessary to warn us. There are boilers in the rooms, but they are 5 liters, this is enough, for example, to wash your hair, then wait for 15 minutes. There are some unpleasant insects running around in the bathtub, the hair dryer is burnt, the toothbrush glasses are dirty and cracked, the mattress has a huge stain that is impossible for the maids not to notice. In general, the idea of the hotel is excellent, the execution suffers.

Cons: hygiene products are paid and sold in a nearby restaurant. Not even at the reception, but in the restaurant.
We went to a dirty room. There were bottle caps on the floor, it was unclear how old. It was also very dusty.
For three days (two nights), they never cleaned our place. They cleaned up a lot about one towel that was on the floor and took out the trash. Everything else lay as before.
The water jet in the shower is very uncomfortable. The shower cabin is dilapidated.
The hotel does not match its high cost at all.

The hotel is great. Everything is clean, the linen is snow-white. The staff is friendly and courteous.
There is a private parking for cars in the courtyard.
There are several rooms with balconies. We love it, so the reservation indicated the presence of a balcony as a wish. And we were given this number.
The rooms have ceilings of 4 meters). We lived in room 318, where there were two beds pushed together. There is also a mattress on top. And two blankets and a half. It turned out to be a large wide Bed. We're fine. A 4-year-old daughter was sleeping in the middle. I didn't feel the joint.
But I know that many people don't like it that way, so check in advance for the availability of a full-fledged double bed.
Buffet breakfasts. Everything is fresh and delicious. Espresso and Americano coffee from the coffee machine. It's quite tasty.
I take off the star with hot water. More precisely, it is practically absent. Not very hot water was flowing from the hot water tap. Maybe it takes longer to drain. Or adjust the boiler. A personal boiler is installed in the bathroom. I figured it out.
And the pillows are very thin. Two more pillows were found in the closet. This improved the situation) The guest's information folder indicates that additional pillows are provided free of charge. But I didn't want to call and negotiate)
The location of the hotel is wonderful. In downtown. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
The Wi-Fi was great.
In general, I am impressed with the positive about the hotel. I recommend.

The location is gorgeous. The entire center is within walking distance. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.
The rooms are clean.
By cons:
1. We booked a room with a double bed, but the single beds were pushed together.
2. Faucets in the bathroom are flowing (they were settled in three rooms - everyone has the same problem).
3. The shower watering can jet is similar to a kercher, adjusting the water temperature by trial and error

We stayed at the hotel from 08.02 to 12.02.2023.
Positive:location-the city center, everything is close, the hotel has its own Parking, the hotel is neat, clean, not big, but with good furniture room, very comfortable bed with good linens, daily cleaning, daily towel change, monotonous but hearty breakfasts (buffet), breakfasts were not included in the price, approximately 600 Russian rubles per person.
Minuses:the rooms do not provide slippers and bathrobes, even in winter. This is 3* and according to the norms it is not necessary, but in good 3* with a claim for success, it is included. There are very thin plasterboard walls between the rooms, good audibility. Once in all the days we decided to watch TV in the evening and immediately a hotel employee made a remark that the neighbors were complaining, our TV was preventing them from sleeping (the time was 22:00). If you sleep with the windows open like we do, then this is also a problem, because there is a lot of noise from the street. The hotel restaurant is open only in the morning for breakfast, it is closed in the afternoon and evening, and since there is no kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the room, there is a problem when you want a hot drink.
Result:we did not regret choosing this hotel, but on our next trip to Minsk, we will choose another one because of the above disadvantages.
