It's a nice building. But neither in terms of services nor in terms of service, the hotel does not pull in the money that it asks for a stay
A half-empty hotel cannot accommodate a little more in advance. In Turkey, all hotels are trying their best during the season, each working for 4 hands
Buffet breakfast, ham, scrambled eggs, cheese - 800 rubles is prohibitive and not worth it
The hotel is good only in case of price/2.

The location is wonderful, clean, the bed is fresh, garbage collection and towels (3 pcs per resident) are changed every day.
I was surprised by the complete absence of dishes - there was only 1 glass, no spoon, no cup, no kettle, I'm not talking about single bags....
They offered to ask for spoons at the reception in the restaurant, take water in the hallway in a cooler (it was slightly warm). Somehow not solidly, I liked the hotel and liked the staff

We stayed in this hotel for a few days, we liked everything! Only here the room was on the 4th floor, the windows faced the street, and there these windows are in the sloping roof (((that is, you can't look out the window, and there is less daylight(((
Otherwise, everything is fine - clean, cozy, beautiful, polite staff 👍 There is Parking for hotel guests.
The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, which is also very convenient.

Nice hotel in the center. However, the dust on the window sills has not been wiped in two weeks. And, in my opinion, they didn't vacuum, though, I didn't litter, because I was practically not in the room during the day.

A great hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are snow-white. The breakfasts are great: cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette, porridge, yogurt, potatoes, meatballs, pancakes of several types, vegetables, fresh salad, sausage, sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, muesli, cereals, toast, jam, honey, cookies, coffee, juice, tea, milk. It's gorgeous. The administrator in the dining room makes sure that the food does not end, wipes everything, corrects. Well done.
The only note: they work slowly at the reception.

A nice cozy hotel with a great location - it's a three-minute walk to the town hall. The staff is attentive. The restaurant at the hotel is open all the time, not only for breakfast. The kitchen is very good, and the prices are noticeably lower than in the neighborhood. I definitely recommend it.

A cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Convenient location and pleasant atmosphere! We stayed on holidays in the midst of January frosts, so I would like to emphasize the very warm lobby and room. Hotel slippers were quickly provided upon request. The windows overlooked the courtyard. Small disadvantages: small pillows for sleeping and little lighting in the lobby and at the reception. The room itself was quite bright. I recommend it!

We were vacationing with my wife. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Minsk. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the room was Standard. The room is clean, comfortable mattress, beautiful furniture. The breakfasts are also good, you won't stay hungry. Excellent location, right in the very center of Minsk. I walked from the train station to the hotel. A great point to start a journey in any direction of the city. I walked to the library and the market. There are many delicious restaurants and interesting pubs/bars around.
Spacious room, clean bath, lots of white towels of different sizes. The price/quality ratio is excellent

The location is ideal - near Nemiga, Independence Avenue, Freedom Square where you can find everything you need from coffee to cultural sites. The rooms are in good condition, maybe not the most recent renovation, but everything looks very decent, unlike most apartments for similar money. By the way, payment with a mir card is accepted, which is a big plus, you do not need to withdraw or convert in advance. No meals were ordered, fortunately there are plenty of places in the city where you can have breakfast. I can note one great convenience separately: if you leave late, after discharge you can leave your things until the evening in a special place. It has never been possible to do this in an apartment before.

We lived in room 412, standard. Clean, neat. Everything works. The linen is fresh, the furniture is new (or looks like new). The cooler is on the floor, but a bottle of water would not hurt when checking in (or a carafe where to draw water from the cooler). A kettle is better. Otherwise, running around with boiling water in the hallway or getting dressed in the middle of the night to drink a glass of water is a so-so pleasure. Otherwise, it's good. I recommend.

Excellent hotel!
We arrived at night, quickly arranged and helped to park the car.
The room is magnificent, slippers, bathrobes, towels, personal hygiene products, everything was there. Excellent sound insulation! To be honest, I really liked the interior of the room, because the vast majority of hotels are now decorated in a modern style, nothing interesting, but here the room is decorated in a classic style, everything looks grand and majestic.
The location, in my opinion, is ideal - the very center, everything is within walking distance.

Convenient location in the city center, friendly staff. We didn't take breakfast, so I don't know about the food. The room is clean. In the bathroom, hand soap, shampoo gel, shower caps, hair dryer, set of towels. The mattresses are comfortable. The cooler is on the floor. The high ceilings make the room seem very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the view from the window, but this does not apply to the hotel as a minus. The girls told where they could go for a walk with the child, when the son's boots got wet, a sweet maid brought a heater to dry the shoes. I liked everything, I recommend it.

I do not recommend the hotel. We booked 2 rooms, one of which was a two-room suite from May 17th to 21st. When checking in, even in the suite, there was a layer of dust everywhere, they were removed in the evening, explaining that they did not have time. There was no hot water for more than a day, "for technical reasons", they refused to pay compensation for the inconvenience caused.
