We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. The location is in the very center of Minsk, from the window there is a view of the embankment of the Svisloch River, the WWII museum complex, opposite is the Sports Palace. All entertainment venues, museums, restaurants, exhibitions, casinos are within walking distance.Double standard, the price is adequate, the room is clean and comfortable. I recommend

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days! Really a 3-star hotel! In my opinion, the price per day of 200 bel. rub is VERY HIGH! simple rooms! There is no kettle! There is no water in the bottle! Cooler on the floor! There's also a shared fridge! There were no available rooms and the other hotels were sold out! That's why we took this one! There is no refrigerator in the room, but it is not needed. After all, there is a gorgeous window sill that cools perfectly!
You can't smoke in the room, but you won't want to, because the whole 1st floor and even the room (6th floor) smelled of smoking
If the room gets boring, you can listen to the neighbors' conversations, because they can be heard all over the room.

The building is Soviet-built, but clean. Nothing falls on your head, everything works. The breakfasts are great, everything is VERY tasty! We lived on the 11th floor, there is a beautiful view of the city from there. There was no refrigerator in the room, only on the floor. There is also a cooler on the floor. It's simple. But the main thing for us was the proximity to the center. The location is great. There is also a Gallery shopping center nearby, where you can eat until 22.00. There are 2 supermarkets and a subway nearby. We will definitely come back to you!

An average hotel.
We stayed in this hotel on 18-21.04.24, we had an Economy room with two single beds.
Positive:
1. Location. Very convenient, the center, you can walk everywhere.
2. Near the shopping center where the grocery store is open until 2 am.
Cons:
1. Old furniture, the closet in the hallway was so "tired" that it was not even decent to put it in the rooms.
2. There is no small refrigerator or kettle in the room.
3. With a strong wind through the windows in the room it was very cold, draughty.
Neutral:
1. Only shampoo, soap, towels are provided from the accessories.
2. In the room there are 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, TV, hair dryer. And the radio! )))))
3. 1 additional a blanket
Tip:
I advise you not to take breakfast at the hotel, because breakfast costs 25 bel. rub. (about 700 Russian rubles), while in a cafe nearby you can safely eat delicious Belarusian cuisine for 8 bel. rub. (230 Russian rubles)
For this room for 3 days we gave 19 thousand rubles. (Russian).
I often travel to cities for 2-3 days, on excursions and just for a walk, and I want to say that this is the first hotel where the price for such a room level is clearly too high.

A great hotel for $25 a night, which for some reason cost me $75 a day... For this money, there will be no water in the rooms, no slippers, not even shower gel, and only one towel. The hotel is a legacy of the Soviet period, heavily damaged, heavily smoked, and the beds are very uncomfortable. It was cold in the hotel, but you can always warm up on the heated towel rail while sitting on the toilet (see photo). The breakfast is normal, without frills, but you won't leave hungry. Of the advantages, of course, the excellent location in the center, where you can walk. The hotel has its own casino, bar, and coffee shop. Great views from the window (see photo). Very friendly and courteous reception staff, ready to help.

The hotel is 5-7 minutes from Nemiga metro station.(there is also the historical center of Minsk) there is a public transport stop opposite the hotel. The room (we lived in a 2-bed standard) has everything you need- a conditioner, a hair dryer, a TV (small screen), glasses, cups. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, as well as a large refrigerator. There is no refrigerator in the room. The cleaning service is wonderful in the room. The mattresses are comfortable! Parking is paid - 6 thousand rubles per day. The view of the evening city is beautiful from the hotel.

Clean, nice hotel. For your 3 stars. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. The dishes are clean. There were problems when checking in: somewhere a set of towels was missing, somewhere the toilet room was not cleaned. But the administration reacted quickly and fixed the problems. There was only one refrigerator on the floor, it stands in the hallway, as well as a cooler with hot and cold water. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is also a TV. Room 1315 after renovation on the 13th floor. It looks fresh and quite modern. Snow-white bed linen and towels, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Silence. The area is small, more suitable for short-term residence. Of the disadvantages of the room, I can note the extremely weak water pressure in the shower. There was almost no Wi-Fi (I only caught it in a few corners of the room). At least a simple tea and coffee set is missing, although there are mugs and a kettle.
In general, the hotel makes a pleasant impression.

It is located near Victory Park, it takes about 12-15 minutes to get to the railway station, Nemiga metro station is 10 minutes away. I stay at this hotel regularly. Excellent location, in the very center, good breakfasts. The rooms are a bit "tired", the furniture could be updated. The refrigerator is shared on the floor (there is no room), but no one has ever appropriated my breakfasts from there.

It just so happened that all four days of our stay in Minsk there was sultry weather with an air temperature of 30-33 degrees. The main point was the presence of an air conditioner in the room. And it did not work, then after repair it spontaneously turned on / off. The master came, who issued a conclusion that the device could not be restored. The search for a free room with a working air conditioner began and it was found only on the sixth attempt, where we safely moved. Here is such an epic. In addition, there is no refrigerator in the room (there is a common one on the entire floor). The TV shows only 5 or 6 channels in poor quality.

They cleaned every day, changed towels for face and feet every day. The location of the hotel is beyond praise!!! Breakfast (buffet)- on the level. Of the disadvantages, I note the lack of consumables (there was not even a shower gel, neither one-time nor stationary in the cabin). I also didn't like the fact that anyone can enter the hotel, no one will stop him (a man came in, looking around, obviously not a guest).

In general, there are a lot of things, everything is sooooo delicious! I've been to various All-inclusive hotels, so I've never seen such breakfasts as in this hotel anywhere! Not all rooms have refrigerators, and a shared one on the floor may not be a very convenient option. There is one very significant disadvantage - it is the cigarette smell in the halls and corridors and it is less noticeable on all floors, on higher ones. There is a room door in the room, when you close it, the smell is not felt at all. We also had an air conditioner that lived its own life - it turned on once in the middle of the night, caused a hurricane in the room)), we did not understand how to turn it off completely. In general, I liked everything.

We arrived at 6 p.m. At the reception, it turned out that we had booked not two, but three rooms. That is, three rooms should be ready by 14.00 on 10.05? I'm so naive at 52. OK, we figured it out. Two numbers, not three. The payment queue has arrived. Three numbers rang anyway. Figured it out. All? No, not all of them. They gave me the keys. We go up to the rooms. The maid came out of our first room. To my question, why hasn't the room been cleaned yet? He replies that everything is cleaned up. I just came by to check. He's lying. Or he can't see well. She cleaned the room right in front of us. Because there were dirty glasses with water in them on the table.
The second room has a perfectly made bed, a garbage bag on the floor, and an empty water bottle on the table. The maid says that the tenant (these are her words) moved out today, but will be back tomorrow. That's why the room wasn't cleaned. Well, OK. It is possible that the guest always makes the bed perfectly and scatters the trash before eviction. But why was I given this particular number? They messed up everything downstairs, was the answer. She called someone. And I had to go to the reception again. There are two girls sitting on opposite sides of the counter. I approach one. I explain the situation. He says he doesn't know. Silence. Then the second one says that the head maid called her. Silence. He sits further away. Perhaps, according to her idea of customer orientation, I should have fallen to my knees and begged for another number. But my upbringing didn't allow me to do that. Therefore, after my phrase, well, what are we sitting for, who are we waiting for, I received the key to another room.
This is the end of this story. No discount, no compliment. Nothing.
The thickness of the walls between the rooms can be estimated in the photo. There was no water in the morning. Nothing.
Of course, my wife tried to explain to me that there are three stars, that it's hard for a maid to be alone, etc. I'm a guest. Why should I get into the position of a hotel owner for my own money?
We wanted to come here for the new year. And maybe we will come if we don't find another hotel.
