I visited Minsk in September, the hotel is wonderful! The view from the window is wonderful.
My suggestions:
As for me, there are not enough TV channels, and a quarter of them are in foreign languages. I think something can be done about it.
Well, make the food a little tastier.

The room is small, the plumbing is old, everything is kind of unkempt. The breakfast is good. It costs an average. Total: I don't recommend it to anyone. I wanted to put 2, I'll put 3 for the buffet. My favorite hotel, when I come to Minsk, I always check in only in it
Great view from the window, on Svisloch, the old town.
A huge advantage is the city center, any good restaurant or attraction is just around the corner. Everything is nearby
The rooms are furnished with a scoop, but clean. In the end, I don't come to sit in a hotel to admire the modern renovation, I like to walk and make everything compact, close by.
Breakfast buffet, very diverse
I recommend it !

The room has old furniture, and so does the room itself, but everything works, from the obvious disadvantages, why I will try not to stay in this hotel anymore, the banal lack of tea and coffee in the room, and glasses to drink a hot drink, costs two glasses under water, it is clear that you can buy tea with sugar, but they are even drinking normally will not work, but the attitude towards the guests is more annoying, it is (tea with sugar)it costs a penny per person per day, and if I checked in in the evening, do I still need to run to the store to look for where I can buy tea? in the evening, and probably during the day, it will not work to buy at the hotel, there is not even a coffee machine, although there is a casino in the building where there is a bar, but to enter there, you need to register and provide passport data, it is clear that it is not a problem, but why would a guest need all these difficulties for a glass of hot tea?

The windows are so dirty, as if they haven't been washed since they were built. There's a hole in the curtain. There are no mosquito nets. There is no cleaning service at the table. The shower doors have to be lifted to close, otherwise they won't move. Put the hotel in order. Not a pleasant impression remained.

Convenient location. In the very center. The room stock is different. We got an outdated 309 room, it was still cold and they still hadn't given us heating - the first week of October had passed. The prices are not cheap. I paid extra for the child - it turned out to be very bad . Cleaning is done every day, paper, shampoos, soap, linen are changed every three days. The maids are only very intrusive - they just asked us when we would leave the room to do the cleaning. I had to go somewhere even in bad weather. The food is good, the variety is good.

Among the disadvantages: the room is very small, there is no kettle, there are only two cups and two glasses from the dishes (there are not even tea spoons). The small refrigerator in the room did not freeze at all, they used the one in the hallway. Absolutely not convenient towel hooks in the bathroom. The shower stall does not close well, there is dirt in the corners and someone else's long hair. A hair was also found on a clean towel.
Among the advantages: there is air conditioning, good snow-white bed linen and towels, a lot of hangers in the closet, disposable soap and shampoo were added every day. Excellent location. Next to the shopping center is a Gallery with many cafes and an excellent grocery supermarket. All the sights are within walking distance.
Conclusion: you can stop for a while. Long-term accommodation will be uncomfortable.

The room is clean. The bed is great! The mattress is excellent, new, hard as it should be! The linen is fresh, crisp, snow-white! There are a lot of towels, all clean, fluffy, very pleasant!
But! There is a smell in the room. The smell is strong in the hallway. It seems that the guests manage to smoke despite all the prohibitions.
The staff is very polite and pleasant.
There is a parking lot. It is paid, but costs 6 Belarusian rubles per day - in fact, pennies.
Very convenient location. Next to the shopping center is a gallery where you can eat and shop. You can also buy a local SIM card in this shopping center.

But the hotel itself is purely for the night, a business trip. The walls of the shopping center are cardboard, I heard drunken conversations of neighbors all night, the movement of water in the pipes. I thought that I might be biased, but in the morning I heard the tenants talking in the lobby, one burned out, jumped on the alarm clock, and then realized that it was not his, but the neighbor in the next room 🤣

Clean and tidy, very good breakfasts. The staff is good. But there are no kettles in the rooms, drinking water (you need to go to the dispenser in the hallway), slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes. The alarm clock in my room had a broken power cord, so double-check before plugging anything into the outlet.

There is no kettle or decanter in the room. There are no shelves in the closet, just hangers. I had to keep my things in a suitcase. The mini fridge and the phone were not working. The air conditioner was not checked. The bathroom has a 60x60 shower stall - small and there was no shower gel. Cooler with cold and hot water on the floor.
The breakfasts are good! There is a Wi-Fi connection.

We visited this hotel in August, we really liked the location, the center is just around the corner, near the metro, the WWII museum, the shopping center with a large grocery store and a good selection of clothing stores and our favorite cafe cornflowers.there were no problems when checking in, everything was fast and polite, there was a cafe on the ground floor with delicious coffee and cakes .But, the big minus is a dirty room with old furniture .there was dust everywhere, first of all we went and bought rags, wiped everything, only after that we put things out .They didn 't clean under the beds at all , they found burger paper and a hair band there, and huge layers of dust !!!!There is dirt on the windowsills, the smell of cigarettes in the room , the carpet seems to be vacuumed only in the middle, and then not very efficiently, there is a layer of dust behind the beds.for 6 nights, the bed linen has never been changed .the price does not match the quality at all.there is mold in the bathroom and other unpleasant moments that also had to be washed (((!!!pros: there is a refrigerator, kettle, dishes, shower caps, shampoos, shower gel and bathrobes, but we did not use them.please take more time to clean, I want to come to the hotel and enjoy my vacation, and not run to the store for rags and cleaning products.

There is no information anywhere on the website that the hotel is being renovated. The sound of the drill is very audible in the room, they start working from 8 am. On the ground floor, everything is smoky from the casino, there is a persistent smell of tobacco. On the other hand, it is a convenient location: all the sights, shops and shopping centers are close. Most of the excursions leave this hotel. As well as a normal price-quality ratio. I had to beg for a birthday compliment from the hotel, as well as an umbrella during the rain. Something needs to be done about customer orientation. The breakfasts are good, not to say that they are varied, but you will not stay hungry.
