My favorite hotel in Minsk. It has preserved the entourage of the SSR times. I love this very much. Not here with the show-offs. And so clean, cozy, great staff. Very good mattresses and blankets, I get enough sleep like nowhere else. The convenient location is close to the metro, the aatobus transport stop next to the entrance, grocery stores, a huge shopping center, a cafe and a cinema are nearby. If to Minsk, then I'm only here.

We come all the time, it gets worse every time... On this trip, we generally distinguished ourselves: there is no remote control in the air-conditioned room, we went down to the reception, sent an electrician, started the air conditioner, which in all likelihood has not been cleaned since it was installed, the entire bed, which is littered with black dust from it under the air conditioner.... The TV is not working. We went down to the reception again... An electrician came, the TV started working, as many as 4 channels... There is dirt in the room, someone's hair is in the bed, long and black. The lamps are dusty, dust flies from them to the bedside tables as well as from the air conditioner to the bed. There is nothing to breathe in the room, since the conciner is probably not refueled, it just drives the air. The room is 28 degrees. We went down to the reception, they can't do anything, they offered another room... I had to move in the middle of the day. The room is slightly better, there is less dust, the air conditioner is working. The TV is the same, with 4 channels and tiny... And this is a hotel in the city center. It is impossible not to leave a review. Today is the last straw, the elevators are not working due to a training fire alarm. We sit downstairs for half an hour, no one can really say when they will be able to use them....
I do not recommend the hotel, the service has deteriorated, frankly I do not care about visitors. The room has never been cleaned in 3 days.

In general, you can live, but the room stock is frankly old, although the mattress, pillow and bed linen are fresh. All other furniture and appliances, for the most part, have survived a lot. The bathtub is small, sometimes there is a smell of sewage, the holder is tual. the paper is broken, the rest of the bathroom is old, but almost everything works fine. The choice of food for breakfast is large, buffet style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Judging by past reviews, some rooms do not have a refrigerator, there is only a large one on the floors: there are refrigerators on the floors, but, as it turned out, there was also a small one in our room -terribly noisy. They could not understand what was buzzing so much, on the second day they guessed to look into the closet under the table and found the source of the noise.

At the same time, one amount is indicated in the receipt that is given to you at the time of payment, but in fact they withdraw more by 15%. The administration says to all claims that these are not our problems - contact the bank. During the 7 days spent in Minsk, such miracles occurred only in this institution.

Cozy small rooms with a beautiful view of the city, the room has everything you need. Attentive maids who came to see if there was enough in the room for a comfortable stay. Room prices are quite customer-oriented. I really liked the interior and the view of the hotel as a whole. We will be happy to stay here again if we decide to visit the city again.

We were with my daughter in the middle of July.
There were two rooms (they were booked urgently, there were no other options).At first we lived on the 10th floor (single with extra bed), then on the 7th (double standard)
And there, and there the rooms are decent, everything is functioning, the view is amazing: on the park. Cleaning and change of towels on request.Breakfast is a buffet, we paid extra for it separately. It's quite decent, the choice of dishes is rather big.

Stayed for one night in a single room in April 2023. A very decent "three-piece" almost in the center of Minsk, everything is very clean and cozy, quite enough to spend one night. I did not use any additional services, although the hotel has a restaurant and a casino. If you take a room on the upper floors, the bonus will be a view of the city.

A typical Soviet hotel, but with a casino) Within walking distance from the Town Hall and the old (restored) city. On the way there, you can have a cup of hot chocolate at the Kommunarka. Breakfast is a buffet in the "dining room" version. But they bake homemade buns, I even got hot ones). Clear.

In principle, the hotel left a good impression. Yes, there is a smell of smoking and terrible audibility behind the wall. The air conditioner worked well. Location of the top,metro station Nemiga. The TV was showing with ripples, channel 4-5, there was a water cooler on the floor. There is a cafeteria at the hotel, the coffee is not bad, fish/chicken sandwiches too. The bed is comfortable, there are enough towels in the bathroom, 2 times they put gel shampoo. The closet is too small, there are hangers. The mini fridge seemed to work, but it didn't cool down.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the bottom!
This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
There were no towels in the room at check-in. It is not possible to reach the reception. It was delivered an hour later.
A broken door. Which works only for input. It is not possible to leave the room. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue through the "staff" at the reception were unsuccessful. As a result, we slept with the door open after putting a piece of paper under it.
Rude, impolite staff. The answers to the questions above consisted of: "I don't have to justify myself to you," "I'm busy," and so on.
As they say, they didn't send me far away, and thanks for that.
I do not recommend accommodation. Don't waste your nerves and money. Stay away!

Quite a presentable hotel with neat, clean rooms. It is located near the historical center of Minsk, near the Sports Palace, Nemiga metro station and other iconic places for Minsk residents. It's not bad for business travelers, it's quite budget-friendly. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor, a cafe at the entrance. Casino (for amateurs). Pleasant reception. Nice views from the windows. The entrance to the hotel is not equipped. Getting out of the car is 30-40 meters away at a public transport stop!.. There is no refrigerator in the standard. Weak, not very regulated water pressure. You can't choose what you want in the restaurant, lunches/dinners are complex. You cannot order paid laundry, only dry cleaning. The place is gorgeous, near a shopping center with a food court, a Sports palace, shops, banks - you can buy what you need on the road, exchange money, have a snack.

I do not recommend it! The room stock is very old. The smell is like in an old apartment, so disgusting that I had to walk all day, just not to be in the room. All the furniture, pillows, mattresses are old and dusty. The carpet is greasy and worn to holes. I had to leave this hotel at 3 am because I was allergic to dust mites! There are small black spots on the wallpaper (are they bedbugs?) Does the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station not control the state of affairs? I haven't seen this for a long time! And the price is comparable to a new apartment hotel in St. Petersburg. Probably once in the 80s it was great, but more than 40 years have passed! Well, at least the wallpaper, pillows and blankets can be changed? In general, for those who dream of a time machine...... but not without health risks!!!

We were in July, the room was very stuffy and the air conditioner worked very poorly (in three hours with minimum temperature and maximum speed, the room did not cool down at all). Since the center is close, I didn't really want to open the window, it was noisy.
