A great hotel, we enjoyed relaxing in a picturesque place! Friendly staff provided a nice room with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows! Simple, clean, everything is modern, new, from furniture to plumbing! A very delicious breakfast! And we constantly felt the care and attention from the hotel staff, thank you all very much! On the territory there is an opportunity to arrange a holiday with kebabs, barbecues, gazebos and everything with a picturesque view of the Western Dvina. There is an opportunity to swim, sunbathe, there are sun beds on the shore ...

A comfortable hotel in a very picturesque place, a large territory with gazebos, barbecue grills, a descent to the river, a pontoon from which you can swim or go by boat. There is a Playground 150m from the hotel, a grocery store 900m away. Breakfast and dinner can be purchased at the hotel itself (maybe lunch, but we didn't have to). It is possible to accommodate five people in 1 two-room room. View from two glazed mini loggias to the adjacent area along the river. Using the MIR CARD, payment is no problem. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The parking lot is not fenced, although they may be looking after ...
Disadvantages: 1) in the "Suite" on the 4th floor there were no mosquito nets, therefore the windows were not opened and it was stuffy and hot to sleep.
2) there was no corkscrew
3) there is no elevator, the suitcases were dragged up to the 4th floor by themselves.

We were on the May holidays. I was lucky with the weather. I really liked the hotel. We lived in a new building, in room 210. Everything is new, the mattress is comfortable. Everything is provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, soap), hair dryer. I would especially like to mention the terrace and the view of the river and the park - it's incredible!Delicious, varied breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner on the menu, large portions, delicious homemade cuisine. Thanks to the hotel staff. Administrator Tatiana is a professional in her field!!!

The hotel is still young, getting upset, everything is quite cozy, clean, convenient, comfortable.
Magnificent view of the Western Dvina, from our room the landscape is amazing)))
But, there are a couple of "buts" - I would like, and I think it would be more interesting - open balconies ...
And not much is not convenient with food, to order, in my opinion it is more correct to come and eat a choice, even if not a big choice, otherwise I want an omelet for breakfast in the evening, and in the morning I'm going to need pancakes or pancakes to eat.
In general, if we are passing through, we will definitely stop to relax and enjoy the beauty.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. And what a view there is!!!!! Of the minuses (suddenly someone is fundamentally): water really has a slight smell (but when we rested in the sanatorium, we drank medicinal water with almost the same "aroma", it is not recommended to drink tap water here, but there are bottles of drinking water in the kitchen), as well as tap water very tough. I also didn't really like the cafe (breakfast was scheduled, but when we arrived we were told to wait 20 minutes, if we were in a hurry it would be very unpleasant, there was also a smell of some burnt food. Well, for 15 Belarusian rubles in Polotsk you can have a very satisfying meal, but here there were scrambled eggs and small cheese cakes.

To be honest, I didn't really like it. We went to laser tag. It may be fun for kids 6-10 years old, but I don't think they are older. Everything is very beautifully designed, the instructor is a pretty nice man, but something is still missing. I put three on my own, but maybe others will like it more!

The rooms, the territory are at the highest level. But employees are not customer-oriented at all. We ordered a barbecue for dinner. They fried it well, but they didn't set the table on the street.... There was no tarnlock, no cutlery, just a plate of barbecue... Eat up.. that. .. While the staff was paying attention to this, 20 minutes passed. The meat cooled down....That's how it is.

It's a nice place, quiet. As a first-time visitor to this hotel, we were replaced with a room on the second floor for two, with a room on the ground floor with 3 beds and with a small balcony or terrace with two chairs and a table. Food must be ordered: a buffet of 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 for a child. It's not gorgeous, but we didn't stay hungry. Minus: the TV remote control did not work well in the room.

We had a rest at the end of July with a child. I liked the courteous service, clean and cozy rooms, you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal - we took breakfasts (buffet) and dinners (customized menu), and you can have dinner in a gazebo overlooking the Western Dvina. It is convenient to get to Polotsk and Novopolotsk by car. There are two playgrounds and a free trampoline on the territory - the child did not get out. We are happy with everything, if we go to the Vitebsk region again, we will definitely stay here.

A great hotel. We lived in a new building, respectively, the decoration and furniture are fresh, the room is clean and cozy. There is a shared kitchen on the floor: microwave, kettle, dishes, dining table.
The room was without air conditioning, but we were lucky with the weather, it was not hot, there would not be enough air conditioning in the heat. The territory is not very large, but well-groomed and tidy.
In terms of nutrition, I can't say that I really liked it, but it's quite edible. The breakfasts (they only fell on the buffet) are good, it would be possible to make a little more choice, but not critically, both my companion and I liked the breakfasts. The dinners are a little worse, there are few items on the menu, I picked up the dishes for myself, and my companion went to dinner only once, after that she refused. You cannot order dinner in the room, you need to go to the banquet hall, again, it is not critical.
The rooms are cleaned daily: towels were changed every day (it seems to me that this is unnecessary, it is possible less often, once every 2-3 days) and garbage was taken out. Otherwise, we had nothing to clean, we make the bed ourselves, it's not difficult))
Located near Novopolotsk, 5 minutes by car, and almost in the city center.
In general, I liked everything, I will be happy to come again.

The hotel is located in a picturesque quiet place on the river bank. The territory is well maintained and green. There is a parking lot.
We checked in late at night, the night receptionist was not very friendly, but the morning receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but cozy, with a balcony. The bed is too short for me personally and too narrow for two) pillows are also not very comfortable, but these are all small things. It is possible to order breakfast for an additional fee (breakfasts before 10:30), they are complex and to choose from, porridge and pancakes, omelette and cheesecakes - what we tried is generally good. There is a Wi-Fi connection, it works fine. It is a pity that there was little time to enjoy the nature and the territory of the hotel.
By the way, the payment upon check-in is higher than when booking through a service such as Yandex travel and others.

Good evening, everyone. I liked the hotel very much, the view of the river is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. We stayed for a day with our family. Beautiful territory, there are barbecue areas with gazebos, a children's mini playground. In the morning, for an additional fee, a delicious breakfast, 15 rubles for an adult and 10 rubles for a child, everything is very tasty. There are dinners on the menu, they are ready-made home cooking. The buildings have a kitchenette with an electric kettle on the 2nd floor, etc. If it were warm, you can swim, the descent to the water is certainly steep down the stairs. There is a mini market of Pomegranates nearby, you can buy everything you need, 5-7 minutes on foot. I recommend it to everyone!! Have a good rest!!!

We just came from this fairy tale, we rested in a two-room suite (102). I do not even know how to describe this delight in a nutshell. Everything is very beautiful, clean, all the staff is friendly, helpful, very nice. The food is simply delicious, it's a pity that there is a modest choice for breakfast, soups, second courses are all very, very tasty. The territory is large, everything is beautiful, there are many gazebos where you can even just have lunch, just relax. We express our great gratitude to all the staff, we wish them further prosperity, there are small flaws, but these are very small things. The Centaur Hotel in the suburbs of Novopolotsk - we liked it: in a green area near a river, a beautiful well-groomed territory with swings, a pier with a pontoon and sunbeds for sunbathers. We had a balcony in our room with a high view of the river, where in the evening we rested with beer and nuts😄
The staff is very friendly, and will prompt and help👍
The breakfasts are good - buffet: porridge with butter, different cuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, tea/coffee) In general, you will not stay hungry and it is quite tasty)
The only drawback is the quality of tap water, it does not seem to be fresh, as if it is poorly filtered. After brushing their teeth, they rinsed their mouth with bottled water (by the way, they give it to the room every day + a cooler with water in the kitchen).
