Friendly staff. We found a nice room, there is also a separate kitchen, you can come and cook your own food at any time.
The hotel overlooks the river, there is a lot of entertainment on site. Definitely, if I'm in the city again, I'll stop by again.

And there is a very strong lack of an elevator - dragging a suitcase to the 4th floor is, of course, fitness, but after a long road it's not cool…

The hotel fully justifies 3 stars. The breakfast is normal, the location is not in the city, but you can get there quickly by car. The rooms are clean, the blankets and pillows themselves raise questions, they seem to be made of batting. But there is no better hotel there. So that's how it is.

A surprisingly decent hotel for such a small town. Breakfast or dinner with a view of the Dvina River is priceless.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are quite a lot of parking spaces. Of the potential disadvantages, there are 4 floors without an elevator and you need to go by car or taxi all the way to Polotsk.

Nice rooms, clean. We had a large balcony in our room, it was good to sit before going to bed. A beautiful garden with flowers and a descent to the river.
The only drawback is that the surroundings are unlit at night, go out for a late walk with a flashlight.

The family suite is an incomparable view from the window. The only disadvantage of the room is the lack of an entrance hall, you enter the children's bed immediately. Overall, the hotel is well renovated and the staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfasts in the cafe are very hearty, there are 4 complexes to choose from. If I go to those parts again, I will only stop there.

There is no cooler , no coffee , no breakfast .
The water from the river does not smell nice at all .
The price is too high , they only use the fact that this is one of the few hotels. We stopped by for the night, for 120 B/R
It 's not worth even close to that money .
Only the backyard is beautiful , you can sit by the river here , if you are lucky there will be no drunken and screaming companies . Good luck to all

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Polite staff. I was pleased with the breakfast, it is served from 07:00 to 11:00 in the morning. Also on the floor there is a cooler and an electric kettle in the available kitchen.

This is a family complex. Lots of entertainment, paintball, bows, boats, bicycles, barbecue gazebos. It is a fantastic, beautiful place. A wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms, there is no alternative within a radius of two hundred kilometers. The staff is friendly, polite and really helpful, the 24-hour reception really takes care of your questions, regardless of the time of day. Home cooking, in my opinion, is better than restaurants in Polotsk and Novopolotsk. It is located in 8 Belarusian or 150-200 Russian rubles from everything significant in both cities. For autotourists, again, there is no alternative. The rest of the accommodation facilities are in two cities, sorry, but a scoop. The most beautiful place. I recommend. Yes, the price tag, after Moscow - not at all.

I stopped by the reservation at about 5 p.m., immediately checked into a comfortable remote room - this was important, as I wanted to sleep off a long journey. During the stay (2 days), the hotel was quiet and cozy, the room was clean, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning, for breakfast, lunch and dinner you can go to the cafe at the hotel - the portions are large and the food is delicious. There is video surveillance on the territory of the hotel and around the perimeter - it's not scary to leave the car. If I happen to visit Belarus again, I will definitely stay in Centaur again.
