Great hotel. Clean, beautiful view from the window. The breakfast is good. With a small child - superr!! 2 large playgrounds plus a playroom. We will definitely come to rest again.

I really liked the hotel. It's a pity that we only booked for one night. Friendly staff. We were given a room with a higher class than we had booked. Equipped territory - swings, gazebos, tables, benches, etc. There is a small beach area with sun loungers and a descent into the river.

To be honest, I didn't really like it. We went to laser tag. It may be fun for kids 6-10 years old, but I don't think they are older. Everything is very beautifully designed, the instructor is a pretty nice man, but something is still missing. I put three on my own, but maybe others will like it more!

We just came from this fairy tale, we rested in a two-room suite (102). I do not even know how to describe this delight in a nutshell. Everything is very beautiful, clean, all the staff is friendly, helpful, very nice. The food is simply delicious, it's a pity that there is a modest choice for breakfast, soups, second courses are all very, very tasty. The territory is large, everything is beautiful, there are many gazebos where you can even just have lunch, just relax. We express our great gratitude to all the staff, we wish them further prosperity, there are small flaws, but these are very small things. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation, we want to visit you in winter from our beloved Moscow, so to speak.

The best hotel in Belarus! A reasonable price. A large beautiful territory, gazebos, benches. Beautiful rooms in Scandi style, cleanliness, order, everything is new. Wicker furniture. We had a room with a balcony, great! Clean air, nature, the hotel is located on the banks of the Dvina River. It's very beautiful around. Delicious and varied breakfasts (buffet)

The Centaur Hotel in the suburbs of Novopolotsk - we liked it: in a green area near a river, a beautiful well-groomed territory with swings, a pier with a pontoon and sunbeds for sunbathers. We had a balcony in our room with a high view of the river, where in the evening we rested with beer and nuts😄
The staff is very friendly, and will prompt and help👍
The breakfasts are good - buffet: porridge with butter, different cuts, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, tea/coffee) In general, you will not stay hungry and it is quite tasty)
The only drawback is the quality of tap water, it does not seem to be fresh, as if it is poorly filtered. After brushing their teeth, they rinsed their mouth with bottled water (by the way, they give it to the room every day + a cooler with water in the kitchen).

Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful, warm, clean rooms, with light furniture. The room has a balcony with wicker furniture. On the floor there is a kitchen:microwave, kettle, dishes. You can book a room with breakfast and dinner. Gorgeous view of the river.

Very pleasant atmosphere, coziness, comfort. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning, there is a kitchenette in the suite, great view from the window. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel itself is located near the main part of the city of Novopolotsk, there is Parking. On the territory itself there are closed gazebos and a barbecue area nearby, a laser tag and a playground, I recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

It's even amazing how wonderful everything is and no negative reviews. Isn't it strange? But bad reviews are simply deleted, that's all.... The hotel is not very bad, right. The rooms, the territory are at the highest level. But employees are not customer-oriented at all. We ordered a barbecue for dinner. They fried it well, but they didn't set the table on the street.... There was no tarnlock, no cutlery, just a plate of barbecue... Eat up.. that. .. While the staff was paying attention to this, 20 minutes passed. The meat cooled down....That's how it is.

It's a nice place, quiet. As a first-time visitor to this hotel, we were replaced with a room on the second floor for two, with a room on the ground floor with 3 beds and with a small balcony or terrace with two chairs and a table. Food must be ordered: a buffet of 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 for a child. It's not gorgeous, but we didn't stay hungry. Minus: the TV remote control did not work well in the room.

The rooms in the new building are excellent, the view from the windows on the river is amazing and, by the way, the WiFi signal is super. The floors are heated, but apparently they turn off at night, there are also issues with water, the first evening the hot water is straight hot, the second is slightly warm. They are fed for slaughter, delicious, varied, but you need to order in advance at the reception. Alcohol is not sold, but there is, as they say, a convenience store nearby and, in general, companies come here with their belongings. The territory is small, but lovely, the dawn is amazing. We were lucky, only one company rested in parallel, made noise until 23, no complaints, there were such themselves, but this should be taken into account by families with young children.

They were in July 2022. The hotel is great! The territory is not large, but well maintained. There are many gazebos with mangalas, hanging swings, a Playground. There is a magnificent view of the river from the shore. We had a two-room room, with air conditioning. A kitchen combined with a living room, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, two balconies, a hanging chair on the balcony, which delighted the child. The room has a gorgeous view of the Western Dvina, the Windows are large. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. You can order breakfast and dinner, there is a choice. Or you can cook kebabs on the street yourself. You can buy coal, ignition and disposable tableware from the administrator. As well as beer, champagne and wine. Skewers are provided for free. You can rent a boat. For children, paintball and laser tag, with an instructor, by the way, the instructor is cool, but this is for a fee. But everything is not expensive. The exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to ours is 1:23. Very friendly and sincere staff, we will definitely go there again.

A great place to relax or spend the night. Clean, tidy, good water pressure in the shower. The only drawback is a very slippery tile and a tray in the shower, you need to be careful. The breakfasts are very tasty, the cheesecakes are a mess. The view of the river is beautiful. We regretted that we stayed only for one night.
