I will tell you my story of buying a chair.
I work remotely, so it was important to choose a good and comfortable chair.
I've reviewed a bunch of options. I stopped at this store.
It was important to me that there was a DMSL swing mechanism, and the chair itself was made of fabric. I found some gaming chairs that meet my criteria. The website states that by paying an additional 35p, you can replace the standard DMS mechanism with DMSL. That's what you need!
(Sat)I came to the store, felt the chairs with my hands, sat, finally decided, ordered. I decided to assemble the chair myself. The delivery was on Mon.
It was only after a while that I realized that when choosing a chair, I forgot to tell them to replace the swing mechanism.
(Sun)I called the number listed on the website and said that I wanted to add a mechanism. The girl tried to explain to me that the DMSL mechanism will not add new functionality to the gaming chair.She said that she would send the video to Viber for better understanding. A video comes to Viber, where the reclining mechanism is demonstrated. I said that I needed a DMSL mechanism, I knew about reclining.
I am told that I need to pay 50p extra, instead of the stated 35p. I said that a different price was indicated on the website, to which I received the answer: "Sorry, we made a mistake." After that, the seller I was checking in with called me back and added the mechanism to the order.
(Mon) The moment of truth, I was waiting for delivery, I couldn't wait to sit on a new chair. A courier arrives, brings a box and a separate DMSL mechanism.
The box was sealed. We open it. I'm examining the parts of the chair. It's okay. I pay 35p. The courier picks up the DMS mechanism that was in the box and leaves.
But it was not my fate to sit in a new chair that day. During assembly, it turned out that the mechanism of the holes does not match the seat. When placing an order, they made a mistake or in stock, it is unclear
I'm calling the number listed on the warranty card. They said to take pictures of everything and leave a request on the website. It's done!
After 2-3 hours, they call back and say that they put the wrong mechanism, they say they made a mistake with the model. Well, okay.
And suddenly it turns out that the mechanism I need costs 6 rubles more than the one that arrived.
An unpleasant surprise!
Again, I had to remind you about the price tag listed on the website. And again the answer is: "Sorry, we made a mistake. The courier will arrive on Wednesday."
It seemed as if they wanted to repel the delivery.
To the question: "Can I come sooner?", they said that it would not work because of the workload of the courier.
As a result, the chair stood half-assembled for a day and a half.
A courier arrived on Wednesday. I brought the mechanism and even helped to install it.There are no complaints about the chair, everything is fine, but after such maintenance, the sediment remained.After this situation, the attitude towards the store is controversial, out of the blue it was possible to lose 21p, at the stated price of 35p.

Every time an order is attempted, it's a quest. They do not answer the phone, you order through the website, you receive an answer to the mail from the robot, based on which you need to wait for the operator to call, but the person does not want to call.
At 9 a.m. I ordered a chair, at 12 I called to remind, at 13 I called, but they did not pick up the phone, and only at 14 they deigned to dial and clarify the details. As a result, the refusal of the order.

As soon as the issue concerns warranty service, thank you for contacting us, we will contact the supplier, it will take time, call / write at the end of the week, maybe we will tell you something.
A week has passed - wait another week, ok
The second week has passed - they read text messages in Viber, but they do not respond. I'm calling, I'll find out what's the matter: we told you to wait, the supplier is bad, etc. and so on, wait all the time. They probably expect that sooner or later the buyer will get bored and he will fall behind.
in general, if you are lucky and the product is of proper quality, then congratulations

I was amazed by the size of the exhibition hall and the range of chairs presented. Indeed, there is a very wide selection for every taste and need. Before the trip, I was sure that I had already decided on the model of the chair based on reviews on the Internet and just wanted to "try" it live. Now I'm sitting on a new chair and I'm just overwhelmed with pleasant emotions! I bought the Zone 51 Cuberpunk model. When ordering, it was clarified whether to bring a chair in disassembled or assembled condition, there is also such a pleasant service for those who want to immediately get a ready-made chair. But it was interesting for me to assemble the chair on my own. At the appointed time, the courier brought a huge box, inside a part of the chair itself and a warranty card. The assembly according to the instructions is very simple, it took less than 20 minutes. The package includes white gloves for a clean assembly. And such a colossal pleasure after assembly that I made this Miracle myself!
Now about the chair. If it is a multiple, then the chair is just space! He is massive and stands confidently on the floor, does not stagger. The rack with wheels is heavy, it can be seen that it is reliable and will last forever and with a very interesting design. The wheels roll softly and almost noiselessly on the laminate, they do not scratch. The colors are bright, I have a yellow-turquoise model, an additional decoration for streams. The material is pleasant to the touch and looks high-quality, all the lines are stitched smoothly and very neatly. Only time will tell the durability of the material, but the material feels good.
Armrests deserve special attention - they are adjustable in height, width, forward and backward! For the first time, I felt such comfort from working at a computer when the armrests are set at the height of the table, the elbows are apart, which is convenient for me, not the chair designer, and I can move to the table at a comfortable distance by shifting the armrests and they do not touch the table. This is the first time I've tried such armrests and I'm just delighted with their thoughtfulness and convenience!
The pillow under the neck and lower back are height adjustable.
And in the end, the most unusual thing that is implemented in this chair except for the armrests is the tilt of the backrest! It is impossible to describe, it only needs to be felt when you lean back almost 90 degrees, lie on your back, and the seat moves forward a little and also bends over. It feels like you're in zero gravity! The first time it was even scary to go down, but the wheels are very reliable and the chair will not turn over. If you watch the model in the store, then be sure to try this feature! Gamers will appreciate it - you can play and go to bed right away, it's better than any rabbit!
While I was writing, I found another function at the armrests, they also rotate at an angle! The armrests can be adjusted to suit any needs!
And if any chair has the basic functionality to just sit, then this chair is as comfortable as possible, EVERYTHING is regulated!
I've been choosing a chair model for a long time and I've always liked Zone 51 Cuberpunk the most. Only the price stopped me. At first glance, it may seem high, but the comfort and capabilities that the chair has cover this one small drawback. Before buying any model, be sure to compare it with the Zone 51 Cuberpunk and only then make the final decision. The back will say thank you!
So many emotions, but it seems "just an ordinary chair." No, not an ordinary chair, but a chair that gives comfort and pleasant sensations! And the seller plays no small role to make the purchase emotionally pleasant and memorable!
