Thank you very much to the King Style company! Friendly, competent and attentive managers who individually approach the issue. I personally liked that they did not "sell" the most expensive and coolest chair to me, but offered to "try on" and choose the model that suits me personally in terms of ergonomics and I like the design and execution. Moreover, all this was done quickly, easily and pleasantly! As for the delivery.....it's actually a BOMB!!! We chose a chair in the salon at lunch, and in the evening I got my chair! They brought it right to the table)))) They brought it assembled. I checked everything, everything is working and in good condition! It even smells new) With such an attitude towards customers, the company has a very great future! It's nice that there are such companies in our country))

A good store, a large assortment of chairs from which you can choose, try on. I bought chairs for the office and home, and the gas lift on the chair for the boss was also changed at the office. The prices are adequate. There have been no problems so far.

Customer focus is at a low level. The order is not being delivered. They ordered a table and a chair, brought only a chair and said they would call back in a week about the table. we did not call, we called ourselves, we received an answer that the table is not in stock, it will be in a week, we will call you back! They've been calling for 6 months now.They didn't offer to choose another table, nothing. we will not order any more

The assortment is excellent. The attitude towards customers is generally normal. Only the quality of the products is disgusting: of the three chairs bought in this store: - first: in 2 months they were repaired twice under warranty, then I returned it to the store; - secondly, the mechanism was also repaired twice in two months; - third: it was also repaired, but only 4 months after purchase. Repairs take a very long time to wait - after taking the chairs, they don't call for two weeks, you have to scold. They refer to the period specified in the warranty card.

The Marvo CH-106 armchair is a unique thing, after 6 months of use, everything that could break was broken: the inner metal frame broke, all the foam rubber (or what was covered with) peeled off on the armrests, the entire seat peeled off. They called for repairs, arrived slowly, took them away, did it for two or three weeks-slowly...they brought it back, did not make the seat, took it away again, did it slowly-for two or three weeks.. they brought it-they didn't make the armrests-they said : It's not under warranty. I have not seen a worse quality product for a long time, and the warranty service leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend either the product or the manufacturer or the company.

It's just outrageous.We ordered a chair for a child, agreed on delivery from 18.00-20.00, as a result, they brought it at 22.00.The crosspiece in the chair is stained with rust, the chair was turned over, the rust was spray-painted.The back of the white chair is smeared with something and does not rub off.The chair needs to be replaced.Thank you very much for the "high-quality" and "on time" customer service.We will not order anything from you anymore!

I bought a chair about a year ago and the mechanism broke down. I contacted the warranty service and within a couple of days the master arrived and took the chair for repair. Temporarily given a substitution! It's a small thing, but it's nice. A few days later, I already had a serviceable chair! :)
