I bought a chair a year ago, when the bearing collapsed, tried to apply for warranty, ignored two requests, answered the third and refused to replace it because I lubricated the chair myself. I do not recommend the office.

The organization of work at a low level, it was not possible to solve the issue of payment for cargo transportation within two weeks. The chief accountant is constantly absent from the workplace, the call center asks you to set aside the contact phone number for feedback, but this is only to maintain a proper business dialogue.!!!

They sell junk steadily. Three chairs in different price categories. One serious breakdown in each during the warranty period, and then another after the end of this period, which finishes the chair. Breaking handles and problems with the lifting mechanism.
Control expectations: an expensive chair becomes unusable at the same time as a cheap one. Every 2 years, the chairs from this store have to be changed.

The store did not deliver the goods without explanation. On February 14, we ordered a computer chair with delivery on February 20. The order was made by phone. They promised to bring the goods on Saturday from 18.00 to 23.00. They waited until the night of February 20, and the chair was not brought, the courier did not call. On February 21, the store was called. They said our order had been cancelled. But we did not cancel it, in general, we did not contact the store after February 14. Bottom line: due to the seller's fault, we found ourselves in a very ugly situation, because the chair was bought as a gift - the birthday boy did not receive it. I had to re-order at another store later. They promised to find out why and who canceled the order, but they never contacted us. Disgusting attitude towards customers!
I left a negative review on the store's website, but it was not published.

Before arriving, I talked with a consultant on the site (the quality and speed of responses is a separate song, a complete feeling that I am imposing), chose a chair as a gift to my husband, said a specific color that interests me. I decided that it would be better to come together on my birthday and pick up the chair, but it is not available in this color. And there is no stock, and the supplier does not, wait a month and this is not accurate. Question-was it possible to say this before?
