A good water park. We booked a room with a family for three people. The hotel had a room without air conditioning. We came to Minsk to the water park itself and showed the city to the child. We decided to visit this place on Monday, at 12:00 p.m. there were about 700 people at the reception in front of us, we decided to go another day. The next day (Tuesday) at 9:00 there were about 20 people in front of us in the queue for tickets. The condition inside requires repair. For a child of 6 years old, it was possible to ride only one slide, the second one did not work. Closer to 12 o'clock in the afternoon, a street zone was opened (if you are not lucky with the weather, then you will not get there). The street structures are swaying from the wind. I also want to mention the SPA area - you won't see anything interesting there. The only bliss in the SPA is when the bath attendant comes with a fan (add a PO to the man), he drags the whole SPA!)

A good water park for our latitudes (certainly not the same as in hot resort areas). The best impressions will be in the hot summer (when the outdoor part of the water park is open). In winter, it will definitely help to unwind, distract from the gray cold days (then, in addition to the slides, the sauna complex of the water park "comes in" perfectly.

When visiting the water park on 10.08..2024, we were told that it was better to arrive around 10-00 (while the girls are chipping bracelets). The water park is open from 8-00 and in my opinion, when the group goes and everything is already paid for, then everything should be ready for the opening of the aquapack (when you come to the store for the opening, they serve you immediately, and do not tell you to wait a couple of hours, then they have not yet prepared). We arrived at 9:30 and stood waiting for a group of 40 people to be served: I do not understand why bracelets should be given according to the list and last name, each group has a responsible person who was given the number of paid bracelets and that's it!!! we always did this, why this pandemonium!!!
We got to the water park at 10 o'clock, the queues for the slides are already huge. The mood dropped, and in addition, one slide (blue) did not work. We went to the spa area: all the baths are cold, except for the Russian one, but to get into it you have to stand in line too, this has not happened yet.

I had a wife and daughter in this aqua park. The aqua park itself is very decent, there are many slides for every taste, an excellent children's area. Nice swimming pool. Now about the disadvantages. Queues at the entrance to the water park for two whole hours... Without exaggeration. If you honestly take a voucher for a family with children, you will have to wait in line for a very long time. And if, like "alone," a company of young people can pass with minimal expectation. We didn't have such a room, because my daughter is a minor. It turns out that families with children over 3 years old wait the longest at the entrance. At the same time, only 5 cash registers out of 10 were working. As I understand it, this regulates the number of visitors. But it doesn't really work either. Inside the queue on the slides, it was possible to stand for half an hour. This is no good. Let those fewer people be better, for a higher fee, than to inconvenience people instead of relaxing. If you go for 4 hours, it is enough to ride only once on the most popular slides, which is very sad. For these shortcomings and the thirst for profit of the owners, I take off two stars.

It's a great place. Of the cons, if it's the first time, then you can get a little confused about where to go and what to do. It is better to come on weekdays, if possible, since there are a lot of people on weekends and you can stand and wait for a slide for a long time. An elevator would not hurt to climb the high hills... It's a little hard to climb, like to the 5th floor. And there are quite a few such descents. So be prepared to walk a lot))) Overall, the impressions are only positive. Take everything you need with you at once, slates, towels, and shower accessories, a hairdryer can be taken for free at the reception.

We stayed for more than eight hours on a weekday, arrived at 11 a.m., left at 7 p.m. There were few people (compared to a summer day off).
I liked the slides the most where you need to ride together. It is better to ride together, because the mass is bigger and the acceleration is steeper))

The pool was actually warm alone, in 30 degree heat the pools on the street terrace are cold, inside they are semi-cold... I have been to different water parks and, in principle, reservoirs of different temperatures, but the water on the day of my stay was really cold in 80% of the pools, overall impressions are 7.5 out of 10, rather can be recommended as a vacation)

Cons: disgusting attitude at the reception. When the child started crying, the girl rudely told us to "take the child away." In 20 seconds, we could not see the window we needed in the crowd, since it was the first time, we ran up to pay and were rudely told "what did you think I would wait for" and the girl had already pressed to call the next customer. Do not ask the instructors anything, they answer everyone with a dissatisfied expression. If you go on a roller coaster, then go in closed shoes that will not fly off while riding. I'll tell you why, but because there's urine on the stairs, the smell. On average, the queue for the slides lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. For the first time, it is difficult to understand where to go, what and how, to what. Hold the bracelet tightly, because if you lose it, you will be able to pick up your belongings from the cell for a fee, namely, to pay for the bracelet. Magnets are expensive, we bought several magnets with the hope that the photo would be sent to us electronically, but they did not send it, because such a service is only on weekdays. Prepare in advance and mentally to be ready for anything.

On the first day of the opening of the water park, after the prevention, sand was lying all over the spa complex, sun loungers were in the mud, pools in a black incomprehensible substance. The temperature in the Russian sauna did not exceed 40 degrees. For owners of unlimited season tickets, there must be an extension for the number of days for which the water park was closed. But even here they try to cheat with the number of days... If you don't come to the water park, something is definitely not working, or it's warmer in the corridor than in the sauna.

We had a rest in Minsk from February 18th to 25th. We lived in the Aqua Minsk hotel. Accommodation in it provides the opportunity to visit the Lebyazhy Aquapark for free throughout the day, and the number of entrances and exits is unlimited, or to go in at least for the whole day. I.e. the cost of visiting is included in the cost of paying for the hotel, which is very convenient and you do not need to study the long price list on the aquapark website (I personally could not finish reading it). The second advantage of this accommodation is that you are given the right / ticket to visit the SPA area for only 28.0 rubles, and also for at least a whole day, but only with one visit to the water park. If you leave the water park, you will be allowed into the water park for the second time, but not into the SPA area. Now about the water park: we arrived at the hotel on February 18th at about 17:00, settled in and immediately went to the water park. At about 18:00 we were in it, quickly undressed in the wardrobe and at the reception. Despite the fact that it was Sunday, we passed it quickly. And in general, over the next week we never waited long either in the wardrobe or at the reception, and this despite the fact that the junior classes in Belarus had additional holidays and there were many visitors. At the same time, I had a clear feeling that if there was at least one more employee at the reception, there would be no queue at all. Thanks to this formulation of the case, it was only towards the end of our stay that we realized that the guests of Aqua Minsk have their own accelerated electronic queue (although they told us about it at the time of placement, but we ignored it). And so, they used the common one and did not suffer. What else we immediately noticed on the first visit, and this was the case in the future - the staff of the water park do not smile at visitors either in the wardrobe, at the reception, or in the aqua zone, well, no friendliness. All communication is dryly businesslike. On our first visit, we did not purchase tickets to the SPA, but simply got acquainted with the water park: the air was warm enough, we walked, swam all the paths, grottoes and what else there. We paddled with the children on the waves, they studied the paddling pool and were very pleased with it, found out where the SPA is. Around 22:00, "Elvis left the building." In the following days, we spent Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the water park, missed Thursday and Friday almost the whole day, and on Saturday we were from afternoon to evening. We already took a SPA, for a family of four, it cost 112.0 rubles. We took towels and bathrobes (there are both small and large sizes!!!). My wife and I spent more time at the SPA (without any additional treatments). She was in the steam rooms, especially in the salt room, but she didn't miss the others either. I spent a lot of time in the hydro massage pool, massaged my feet, a very good procedure, and steamed in the Finnish sauna and the caldarium. We refreshed ourselves in a font with cold water and on the sea waves (where you can play catch-up with children). Children were EVERYWHERE. They mastered almost all the slides on their own and were very pleased with them. But on Saturday they didn't get any buns for skiing. There were no free people at all, no matter how much you expect. There were a lot of visitors and a lot of buns were removed under the slides, I think specifically so that there would be no queues for the descent. I myself did not climb up for skiing, the stairs are steep, and the leg with an endoprosthesis is against it. But if there was an elevator, it would definitely roll down, and more than once. On Saturday, the pool was opened outside and I swam with the children. The son climbed into a barrel to warm himself outside, but only one of the two barrels worked, and, as the visitors said, so throughout this winter. So there's a serious problem with the second barrel. At the Country Chicken cafe, which is supposedly focused on healthy food (is that fast food?) We came in and left, we didn't like it. The cafe/Bar "Terraces" on the fourth floor did not work (the elevators that lift into it, too) and food from it (the kitchen worked) had to be ordered to the bar in the SPA area, and there is very little space there. The food is simple, quite decent, well served, but also not cheap, as in a good Minsk cafe. Chicken nuggets, a frying pan with pancakes and sausage, homemade roast and pancakes with sour cream sauce and chicken fillet are generally delicious. No one suffered from stomachs. What I didn't like: in many changing booths, the hooks for clothes are torn off or broken, the lockers for clothes are very small, there are very few benches next to the lockers. Overall, I liked it. We will also come and recommend it to others...

We've been to different water parks, but this is the first time we've met such a terrible water park.
Starting from the entrance area, as soon as you enter the hall, it immediately feels like you got into the state MFC, with the issuance of some coupons and huge queues, then you get into the locker room area, and there are solid gray labyrinths with microscopic lockers that simply cannot be opened and closed, while there is no lighting, light it barely flashes, everything is done in the dark, and there is not a single employee of the water park nearby. Then we went into the aquazone, and there it turned out that the water in the pools was icy!(((When I asked why the water was icy, I was told that the water park was supposedly after preventive maintenance. Funny)). Not a single bathhouse worked, the hammam barely pulled ((( Slides, as in Soviet times!At the same time, the price of a water park is far from small, 110 Belarusian rubles (3800 Russian rubles). But come on, this is not the end of all the delights of this place, at the exit you have to go to the checkout separately and ask for a hair dryer to dry your hair, and then you also need to take it back!))) In general, I do not recommend it to anyone, do not waste your time and money.

We were on a weekday afternoon. There were no queues. The street part of the slides was no longer working (( But those inside managed to ride as much as 2 times. To be honest, there is no staff, but this is probably the case all over the city. For the first time in the water park, there were no requirements to remove watches, jewelry, it's strange, but okay. In general, the slides are cool, nothing was stripped, but as for me it was cool in the water, although I am still a walrus. It would not be bad to put dryers for swimwear, and somehow equip places for girls to dry their hair and be able to put a cosmetic bag, put a comb.

There are no shower heads on the hoses in saunas, it seems that all thieves only walk there. An affordable price. I decided to visit here recently, before that I had experience with water parks only in another country. I went to Lebyazhy at random, without knowing anything in advance. I was very surprised that in order to get to the water park area, you have to wait for a queue of 100 people. That is, the difference between my payment voucher and the one that now has 100 people at the checkout. I waited for 10 minutes, the queue moved to 8 positions. It may be worth starting a service with an additional service for those who want to pay more.

We decided to visit the lebyazhy water park on August 22. The impressions were disgusting. I'll start over:
Huge queues for EACH slide. We understand that it's summer, everyone wants to enjoy it. But make some kind of restriction of visitors, because this is impossible! You take 4 hours, of which 3 are standing in queues.
Some of the slides just didn't work - there was no warning about it on the site. But only at the counter in the water park itself - it's cool to find out about it when we were driving from another city.
We also decided to visit the SPA area. It was as disgusting as possible... I can't say that I'm so squeamish, but everything looked terrible and miserable. 3 baths/zones out of 7 did not work. Naturally, we wanted to visit everything. There was no warning about this anywhere.
They wrote to the complaint book. I received a reply / unsubscribe - yes, I am aware that there are huge queues and a lot of visitors, but that's it :)) You have to earn money, right?
The very condition of the water park is very sad - mold, rust, dirt.
Once again, I would definitely not visit Lebyazhy
