Super! We visited on January 10, it's warm inside. It's great to visit on a weekday, outside of children's holidays, then there are practically no queues on the slides. We went to the water park with my son 2 times, I liked everything, especially the child. The water is comfortable, there are different pools, a zone for kids, a sauna. We really didn't ride down the slides, I'm afraid of heights, but it's good to swim in the pool, I liked the Jacuzzi with warm water, the little one liked the rain shower in the grotto. Prices in cafes bite, but we took water and boutiques with us. So it turned out to be budget-friendly. 4 hours was enough for us. We will have the opportunity to go again with pleasure.

But not without disadvantages. For some reason, the water in all the pools was quite cold. The lockers are terribly uncomfortable. Mine didn't work that way at all. You need to take hair dryers at the reception and take them there while standing in line, which is very inconvenient.

The only thing that confused me was the locker room, although there are separate closed cabins, but it is common, there is no division into women's and men's, spacious lockers for clothes, you can rent a hair dryer, there is an aquabar and a cafe (you can have a snack with fast food and cake, ice cream), there is a spa for a fee. We need at least some kind of limit on visiting the spa area. In the spa area, there can be no question of any relaxation and tranquility, the doors to the saunas simply do not close, there are a lot of visitors, there are not enough sun beds. There is no steam at all from this, noise and uproar like in the market. Selling combined tickets to the aqua zone and spa is great, but visitors to just spa would also like to spend time in peace.. that's what the spa is for..

A good water park for solid 4+.
One of the things that I always dislike is the work of the staff in the spa area. Or rather, complete inaction. No one will argue with the fact that this is a relaxation area and children need to be monitored. In front of us, a boy of about nine was just freaking out. In the pool, he filled a plastic bag with water, rushed with this bag to the baths and there he dumped it on the floor, then on his grandmother. I was falling and crawling on this flooded floor myself... in short, a madhouse. Well, grandma is fine - she was crazy about her grandson, but where were the two instructors who were sitting between the pool and the baths looking? We looked at the phones. And they didn't care what was going on around them. Children plop into the pool with bombs, scream in the baths - no one cares. It's not normal. I've never seen anything like it. Either remove children under 10 years of age from the SPA area altogether, or keep order.
In general, the water park is great. A full-length dryer, like in Freestyle, would not hurt. The hair dryers are more powerful and the temperature in the locker rooms is higher. Otherwise, you get out of the pool and take a bath. It's a pity that you can't swim outside in winter. It's a special pleasure to swim in warm water and catch snowflakes with your lips ...
But in general, the water park is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.
But there is something to improve, which is what I wish!

People are still waiting for 3-5 hours, there is nowhere to even sit down, everything is packed. There are huge queues on the slides. About sanitary standards. I can't speak. There is no warning anywhere that the water park is overcrowded and unable to provide services. This is a violation of consumer rights and low-quality service. I do not recommend visiting.
