A very interesting exposition of railway equipment from different times is presented. There are several pieces of equipment in the context, clearly showing the principle of operation of complex mechanisms. There is a small exhibition in the building. A very small cafe with coffee, sandwiches and buns. Those who are guided by a guide have access to several additional cabins of the rolling stock. The staff is mostly polite and friendly. To be near the Brest fortress. Large parking lot nearby.

It's a great place. We drove by many times and found time to go. They didn't spare a second. There is a place to climb. There is a place to look. I would like to see more open spaces or at least from the street to see the equipment of antique wagons and trains. The ticket is inexpensive. Preschool children are free of charge. We were especially pleased with the railway installation in the museum building. I recommend it to you.

I liked the Railway Technology Museum very much. I watched every locomotive with great enthusiasm. The history from the beginning of creation to the present day. It is very interesting and exciting. There is also a museum with a detailed description of the dispatch service facilities, a layout with all types of railways. I strongly recommend you to visit)

That's cool. Plunge into the atmosphere of the past. Climb into some locomotives (it's a pity that there are few open ones). The information stands are also very impressive.
I recommend you to visit.
There is a cafe on the territory, and a closed exposition.
The museum is located next to the Brest fortress. You can combine them if you have time left :)))

It was interesting to see and read about trains of different times, but it's a pity that you can only go into units. I would like, for example, to visit not only the locomotive of the early 20th century, but also newer ones, plus to see the passenger cars from the inside. Maybe we were so lucky and some of them were temporarily forbidden to enter, but that makes it even more insulting.

The most excellent museum. Was a family. The son was 100% satisfied. There are locomotives with transparent walls where you can view the device. There are with access to the cabins. It's even interesting for adults. There are wheels the size of an adult.

An excellent museum, a large number of steam locomotives, shunting tractors of diesel locomotives in the open air, in some you can go and try on the role of a machinist. The children will definitely be delighted. The indoor museum has a cafe, a toilet and a model Piko railway with tunnels, buildings, semaphores. Very cool 👍🔥🚂

I was in this museum 5-6 years ago. I liked him better then. It was possible to climb into the cabin of almost every locomotive and it was interesting! There is no such thing now. And where you can get into the cabin there are a lot of people. There is no description of the technical equipment. And the locomotives themselves are certainly impressive.

It's impressive. Admiration from both children and adults. I would especially like to note the presence of steam locomotives, which were turned into a mock-up for studying the design and principles of operation: the main nodes are visible in the section. You can book a tour, or you can see for yourself.

Not bad, you can visit with children while staying in Brest. At the same time, there are more exhibits and their variety in Baranovichi. A 5-year-old child liked a small railway with moving trains and an alarm system in the Brest Museum. After that, Baranovich hooked a little bit only with this.

The museum is cool, but as for me, it would be possible to make a ticket more expensive, and let you climb inside all the trains.
I liked the miniature inside the museum.
Well, since the vector of development is good, make an immersive film or exhibition about the history of trains.

It is beautifully interesting and informative, even for people far from the railway theme. There are many locomotives, steam locomotives, platforms and other things. The history of the railway, the history and fate of people who made a huge contribution to the formation and development of the railway are told and shown. Children have a place to climb and something to touch with their own hands.

We went with the children . They open at 11 o'clock, take this into account when visiting . It is acceptable . There are a lot of steam locomotives , diesel locomotives and other equipment on the street . You can go into some of them and see how the driver 's cabin is arranged inside, how they used to throw coal to keep the train moving . There is also a closed museum of railway equipment on the territory. A small cafe , a toilet . Half an hour is enough for everything . If you look at the exhibits more closely, you may spend an hour here.
