A great museum. Not big, but interesting. It's just a pity that you can't go to the vogons to look. I advise you to come and take a look. The most interesting thing is the device of the locomotive.

A great place to walk, especially with children. There are a lot of exhibits on the territory. Probably the largest museum of steam locomotives and everything related to them

Very interesting exhibits, a lot of old equipment, some trains are open and you can get inside. It immediately seemed that the museum's territory was small, but it took a lot of time to get around everything.

This is not a museum of steam locomotives, but of technical dinosaurs. The exhibits are very informative and amazingly preserved.

The museum is very small, the exhibits are located chaotically, it is impossible to see the internal contents, everything is boarded up. The visit will take a maximum of 30 minutes-1 hour. There is a small cafeteria.

I didn't like it at all. Only one train was open. We walked for about 15 minutes and left.

I really liked it. They climbed all the locomotives and under the locomotives too. There is a cool pavilion on the territory, there is an interesting attraction - a mock-up of a train, moving through different areas, very cute. There is also informative information, but more for entertainment and for fans of climbing where it is impossible))

A great museum! A large amount of equipment, some locomotives and wagons can be climbed into. There is a pavilion, and inside there is a scale model of the railway on which trains travel. It looks amazing!

The most lamp-like place if you want to plunge into the age of steam locomotives and railway equipment of the last century! I definitely recommend it!

The museum is just great! We were with the child twice, a lot of positive emotions! But compared to 2011, there is less access to the cabs of locomotives.

An interesting place. If all the trains were still open, there would be no price at all.

We thought it would be possible to see the cars inside, but unfortunately the inspection is only from the street. At most, it's just to look out the window and several locomotives were open, and this is the driver's seat. We were disappointed.

Cool museum. With pleasure we wandered along the locomotives and wagons. We found out how the heat pump works. Some exhibits can be climbed and viewed. In general, I recommend it!

There are a large number of steam locomotives of different eras and designs. Some of them can be reached by special stairs. There is a cafe. Benefits are provided for children and students. The main disadvantage is the lunch break at the checkout.

The museum is cool, but as for me, it would be possible to make a ticket more expensive, and let you climb inside all the trains. I liked the miniature inside the museum. Well, since the vector of development is good, make an immersive film or exhibition about the history of trains.

An excellent museum with a large number of exhibits that you can "climb", look at, take pictures of. You can look into many of the presented trains or even go to the driver's seat. Separately, it is worth noting the museum, which has a model of a train that travels along the railway, with an exterior and traffic lights. + The form of the guides, tickets of different years and so on. It is located not far from the Brest fortress, pay attention to the regime - Monday may be a preventive day.

I was with the children without an excursion. It was interesting for the children to climb the stairs, there are several open wagons where there are levers, to be honest, I don't really understand this. There are signs with information for self-study near each train. It's bad that there is no access to passenger cars, I really wanted to see how the cars looked from the inside in those days. Fans of steam locomotives will be interested.

There is an exposition of steam locomotives, diesel locomotives, wagons from the end of the 19th century to the end of the 20th. Legendary steam locomotives and civil locomotives, Soviet locomotives from childhood, pre-revolutionary wagons: you can enter or look into some exhibits. The warm pavilion has an excellent exposition on the history of railways, railway technologies and, most importantly, an operating model of a railway with a station, tunnels, semaphores, arrows! It's a pity you can't ride a steam locomotive or a trolley) but it's very interesting. We were in winter, cognac and cake came into the cafe perfectly - we warmed up after inspecting the locomotives ;) The museum is somewhat isolated, but inside the city, so we drove up inexpensively by taxi. There is a parking lot. There are explanations on the exposition, so even without a guide it is very interesting. The object is worth visiting!

Positive: 1. Three exhibits available for visiting 2. Moving train models in the indoor area Minuses: 1. Unpleasant smell in the cafe 2. The locomotives are quite old - I expected more 3. Of the 15 locomotives, only three can be entered Bottom line: you can visit, but don't overestimate expectations too much

If you are in Brest, be sure to visit this museum, especially if you are with children. Vintage trains on which you can "climb", an open driver's cabin, several open wagons will delight children one hundred percent. There is a mini-railway with moving wagons in the building on the territory of the museum. There is a cafe, there are delicious cakes. Tea is served in glasses with cup holders. It is necessary to go to the museum for at least three hours. Two hours was not enough for the children. Benefits for schoolchildren. Pensioners and the disabled are free of charge.
