The library has a cool shape, there is an observation deck upstairs. I won't say that wow, visibility is hampered by plastic fence shields, dirty in places.

The entrance is on the back side of the main entrance.For Russian rubles, the price tag for an adult is less than 250 rubles. You can buy a ticket online, using the ticket code at the ticket offices .., and at the ticket office))) After entering the elevator, stand at the glass, the view of the lift is impressive. Well, the observation deck itself is small, but THE VIEWS ARE JUST A THRILL! Binoculars are everywhere, signs of attractions are signed. It was the first time. There are only 3 floors for visitors, the rest are storages. There are meeting rooms. I recommend everyone to visit! I would like to note the incredible view from the observation deck of the winter New Year's Eve city! There is a cozy restaurant on the top floor, the food is delicious.

The observation deck is for show, the view from above is not impressive, besides it is inconvenient to look, the glass is too low, ropes are stretched from above for some reason, the building itself is cool. The entrance is too expensive for such "views". The cafe was also not impressed, there is almost no view from the windows, everything is blocked by beams, the tea is ordinary, the liqueurs are good :-)

We went to the observation deck on the advice of Yandex and friends. If someone goes for the same thing, it's better not to waste time. The library is located away from the center and the view from the site opens onto the "sleeping areas" and the shopping center. It's better to go to the cafe "Balcony" and look at the city gates, the view is more interesting. The library itself is very beautiful. Interesting engineering solutions, inside just like in Rome)

We were on the observation deck. I was not impressed at all. The windows are dirty and stuffy. The review is questionable. The art exhibition is also very mediocre. Printed photos are not worth paying attention to.
I definitely wouldn't visit this place a second time. If you pass by, you can stop by for 5 minutes, but no more.

As a building, it is an interesting project, a landmark one. There is an observation deck and a cafe on the floor below. There is no special view from the observation deck, the old town is not visible. Nine-storey buildings of the late 80's are on display, sometimes painted in folk ornament. The most memorable place in Minsk. The observation deck is cool (8p.) but in the restaurant on the 22nd floor you will have to fork out if you are hungry. Mir cards are also accepted everywhere.

An inexpensive ticket to the observation deck and a relatively inexpensive cafe on the floor below (could have been much more expensive) are a significant plus - the first free binoculars in my life. Minus (not even a minus, but just a given) - urban landscapes were difficult for me to recognize, there were no points for which the eye would cling, but this is because I knew the city itself for less than a day at that time.

Honestly, I'm very upset about visiting this place.
This is the only place in the city where the staff is rude and where there is no price/quality match
You will not enter the library, alas.
The entrance to the observation deck is on the other side, boorish young ladies are sitting below, who do not explain anything, and if they speak, then in a rude form.
For 8 rubles, you will go up in a panoramic elevator, look at the city, that's actually all.
There is a cafe, well, to say it loudly cafe. There is no one there, the price tag is horse, the dishes are minimal, which is amazing.
We poured coffee with us, the volume of espresso, and also burnt grains.
In general, I do not recommend it.

I've always wanted to visit the observation deck. We decided on another trip. 200 rubles ticket for visiting 2 floors (observation deck and restaurant with panoramic views). The ascent is quick on the panoramic elevator. The playground itself is in a circle. It's nice to be here. You can go up at least once)
