An inexpensive ticket to the observation deck and a relatively inexpensive cafe on the floor below (could have been much more expensive) are a significant plus - the first free binoculars in my life. Minus (not even a minus, but just a given) - urban landscapes were difficult for me to recognize, there were no points for which the eye would cling, but this is because I knew the city itself for less than a day at that time.

Honestly, I'm very upset about visiting this place.
This is the only place in the city where the staff is rude and where there is no price/quality match
You will not enter the library, alas.
The entrance to the observation deck is on the other side, boorish young ladies are sitting below, who do not explain anything, and if they speak, then in a rude form.
For 8 rubles, you will go up in a panoramic elevator, look at the city, that's actually all.
There is a cafe, well, to say it loudly cafe. There is no one there, the price tag is horse, the dishes are minimal, which is amazing.
We poured coffee with us, the volume of espresso, and also burnt grains.
In general, I do not recommend it.

I've always wanted to visit the observation deck. We decided on another trip. 200 rubles ticket for visiting 2 floors (observation deck and restaurant with panoramic views). The ascent is quick on the panoramic elevator. The playground itself is in a circle. It's nice to be here. You can go up at least once)

Take the metro to the National Library. An observation deck on the 23rd floor (73.6 meters, 115 tons of weight, not counting books), a nice cafe on the 22nd floor. A gallery of paintings and a photo exhibition, interesting. Everywhere there is a description of what you see from a height. Just the gist and the facts, super informative. I saw the Temple of All Saints from the observation deck, read the description and walked there. A majestic Temple. Parishioners tell with love about the construction of a 30-year-long church. 182 faces of Saints 🙏🙏🙏 The height is 74 meters. There is a small wooden Trinity Church nearby.

An interesting place. The library was originally built as a tourist attraction, so an internal inspection is paid. I liked the observation room from the opposite side, especially the children. We were after sunset, everything is highlighted, the betting advertisement is flashing funny on the library itself :)

The library's observation deck is amazing. There is a reliable fence, the views are amazing, there are telescopes and descriptions of places. I highly recommend a panoramic elevator - an interesting experience. On the 22nd floor there is a cozy cafe with views of Minsk.
I definitely recommend you to visit.

The observation deck allows you to see the main sights of the center of Minsk. There was a long queue at the cash register downstairs. It can be bypassed by buying tickets online on the library's website, which is kindly reported by the staff.

Rhombocuboctahedron is the name of the shape of the building of the National Library of Belarus in Minsk. We remembered this difficult word right away. At first, they doubted whether it was necessary to climb to the observation deck at night or not. As a result, we rose and did not regret it. Tip: the entrance to the observation deck is located almost from the side of the Dana mall shopping center (we walked around almost the entire library building until we found the entrance we needed).

The cost was 6p for an adult, 5 for a child (September 23) On the 22nd floor of the cafe, they did not go there, walked around, there was an exhibition of paintings, they did not really like it.

This place is just a must-visit! Walk around and enter the halls... the temple of books! Majestic and awe-inspiring at the same time. I even wanted to work in the reading room, look through books! And take the elevator up to the observation deck! The view is simply gorgeous of clean and beautiful Minsk. The floor below is an exhibition space and a cafe. Respect to the waiter! We took the elevator to the observation deck for 10 b.r., but frankly did not understand why. There is not much to see from the observation deck - 8 km from the center. But there is a cafe and a toilet upstairs. For connoisseurs.

One of the best places in the city to gain new knowledge, if you prefer to hold a printed version of literature in your hands. The library has more than 10 million books in its collection. I attended it in my student years especially, as well as now. We ordered a tour of the library, with a visit to the book museum. I recommend. Nevertheless, impressions are brighter, knowledge is broader when specially trained people tell you, and you do not guess the information yourself if you do not remember history and literature. Well, the ascent to the observation deck. Not a wow effect, but the city is visible, beautiful. I believe that you need to know your city and country, because we have our own history!

I really liked the building itself, not only from the outside, but also inside. I was both on the observation deck and in the cafe on the 22nd floor, by the way, the cafe is very decent, incredibly tasty, beautiful presentation and prices are quite acceptable. It's a pity that I got into the fog, the view would be gorgeous. There were also book museums in the library itself, the museum itself is small, but an interesting collection. The only disadvantage is that there is no audio guide or information in Russian
