But there is one caveat - the soup zhurek was not leavened. Anyone who has tasted it in Poland knows that this soup should have a characteristic sour taste. They came in, they say the kitchen is closed, they can only pour draniki pozharit tinctures on moonshine.

Borscht is not bad but salty, I got a hair in borscht and a sandwich with bacon for borscht. My daughter was brought a baked chicken with a rotten smell, to which they replied that it was such a barbecue sauce. The pancakes with meat were not bad, but with fish it was a failure again, there was a slight smell of freshness from the fish. It was our first cafe in Minsk and it left a lot of negativity about the local cuisine.

The service is slow, the waiters rarely approach, although they are friendly, in general, from the moment we ordered the food, they only took out the dishes, did not offer anything else and were not particularly interested when they asked us to calculate, they carried the bill for a very long time, and then it turned out that they forgot everything. They don't meet you at the entrance, you need to run after the waiters yourself.
I consider it very weak for one of the central institutions of Minsk.
One star for the food, the second for the interior, half for parking even in the evening, another half star for giving the opportunity to sit at the reserve table.

The steak was just like a lump of meat, the shingles are more or less but very fatty, I do not recommend croutons at all, just warm soft fried bread in a frying pan. Cocktails are not on the menu and Lemonades are not available.
