I recommend visiting this place, we had lunch there 3 times in 3 days in Minsk, it is very tasty and the main thing is the local cuisine. The staff is friendly. I will be in Minsk again, I will definitely be there. The prices were pleasantly surprised, for two with alcohol it came out in the range of 2,500 Russian rubles.

We went to have lunch at this place today according to the positive reviews listed below and were disappointed with some of the dishes, so I decided to leave this review from three adults, ordered the following:
1. Dranik on zbuynitsky
They brought a large pancake, which was mainly dominated by potatoes about 70%, the rest was pieces of meat and vegetables.
2. Zhurek soup - there was practically no meat, puree-type soup, it tastes good, but because little meat is not worth the money.
3. Solyanka soup is delicious and a lot of smoked meat, I recommend it.
4. Grilled ribs, separate ribs were drawn in the picture on the menu, as a result, they brought a rubber upper part near the ribs, which had a specific smell, and when asked by the waiter, the answer was received that suppliers bring such a part, and the pictures on the menu have been outdated for 5 years…
5. Fresh meat with onions, similarly, the pieces of meat were rubbery and not tasty.
6. A frying pan with pork, I recommend, lots of vegetables and soft pieces of pork.
The waiter, Ksenia, was not friendly and there was tension.

-: Dranik, who was supposed to be the face of the institution, judging by the name, turned out to be quite average. Not too crunchy and very bland. We went to the establishments, compared the national dish - it's not the best here. The second disadvantage is the service. We were simply ignored at the entrance. Until I caught the waitress, no one put us down. And in general, her work is quite average. They ignore and respond to requests for a very long time. There is a place for management to work.
Bottom line: if you want an atmosphere and a meal, you can go in. But I probably won't come back a second time. Ps: there is a very tasty coffee shop across the street. Good luck traveler!

A very atmospheric cafe in the Belarusian national style. Even the waiter girl was wearing a dress with a Belarusian ornament. I chose the restaurant based on reviews and ratings. I can't rate the restaurant at this address very highly.
There is a strong smell of food in the hall.
Of course, I took draniki, Zhurek soup and pate from the food. I understand that pancakes are fatty foods, but not so much. They are heated, not cooked when ordering. It is sad. The soup is normal.
The pate is normal, usually served with dried/toasted bread. The waiter immediately informed me that the oven was not working. It seems to me that bread can be dried in a frying pan on the stove. Maybe there was a problem with that, I don't know.
The interior is in a folk style and the waiter girls are polite and pleasant. These are the only advantages.
Most likely, the place is designed for a large number of tourists, so the food is ready and it is only heated in order to speed up the service of guests. To get acquainted with the national cuisine, I recommend tourists to choose another restaurant of this chain, or another institution in the beautiful city of Minsk.
