I'm not impressed. From my point of view, the fame of this city is very overblown. Not only that, only by appointment, but at the same time the wait for the waiter's arrival was 30 minutes. And I wouldn't call the dishes themselves delicious. We were the whole family with children. No one wants to come a second time.

We were in Minsk for a tourist purpose in the company of 6 people. We trusted the reviews and, unfortunately, went to this TERRIBLE institution. We ordered one dish for each, including soups, a pot of pancakes, and a large stuffed one. Soups were brought 20 minutes later to two people from the company. Then the dishes were served in turn for the next hour, and our friends received the last dishes after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Before that, they sat and watched us eat.
Regarding the taste of the dishes: pancakes and all dishes based on them just float in RANCID vegetable oil. Vegetable plate made of plastic .
The toilets are in a TERRIBLE, dirty state.

We got there in the evening. A very pleasant place, wooden fences, benches, tents, funny pictures and the interior has. As a tourist, I would like some more traditional music, but not the essence. The menu is gorgeous and quite inexpensive. Look at these warlocks! And they cost about 300 Russian rubles. I could only eat one, the second one was kindly wrapped up with me. And everything is insanely delicious, we tried draniki, and some other dish in a pot. The meat is the most tender, the potatoes are delicious. One of the disadvantages is a very long service. We waited at least 50 minutes. And the tinctures are too nuclear. It burns my eyes even just standing next to me. But the food is an absolute credit :)

A very cozy cafe, we went for delicious national cuisine - we got it, good portions. According to the menu, you can choose not only local cuisine, but also ordinary European cuisine. They didn't finish the big dranik, I asked them to pack it with me. Compared to cornflowers, it's certainly not worse, but I had to wait a little longer. 3. Tinctures are terrible, I've never tried worse. Warm, the moonshine is not stagnant, but painted over. Several tables around were shuddering after drinking)
4. Draniki..Norm, nothing remarkable at all.
5. Borscht is delicious, bread with lard-no lard, warm, impossible to bite off.

1. For breakfast, it was closed at 10:10, for which a fat minus, because it says that they work from 10:00.

3. For lunch. There were places. Everything that was ordered was very tasty! They took a refrigerator, a hodgepodge, sliced bacon, and Pancakes. You can try the vaunted crambambula, which we did. The price tag is very adequate. If I come to Minsk again, I will definitely come again!

The waiters changed, but the quality did not suffer. The food is excellent, drinks, local moonshine tinctures for an amateur, I do not appreciate it. Pros: excellent national (and not only) cuisine, very reasonable prices, the nicest girls at the service. I recommend pork ears in a frying pan and, of course, pancakes - here they are really PAN!
There is also a minus - it is extremely desirable to record in advance, since the restaurant is famous and there is no end of visitors!
