The sanatorium is located in a picturesque place, near the "sea", surrounded by wonderful alleys for walking.
The staff is polite, sympathetic, clean, and in a good Soviet way.
At the reception - Irina Igorevna-hospitable,friendly, administrative.
An intelligent organizer, Andrey, who wittily and interestingly engages the guests (this is truly unique!) I have not seen anything like this in other places, usually events are held formally.
We were a little unlucky, because construction work was underway under the windows, but in September the building will have a beautiful park and a modern aquatic center, that's someone lucky.
The food is good, sanatorium, dietary. There were not enough fruits and vegetables on the menu, or they can even be sold from stalls on site.
The rooms are cozy, but vacationers complain about old striped mattresses and washed bed linen. Towels are given out in different colors and also worn out. Of course, these are small things, but it is worth paying attention to them by the administration.
We had a great rest and varied; in addition to the procedures, we visited two excursions (the high price is one of the disadvantages), participated in fun shows, walked in birch and coniferous alleys, felt the Belarusian flavor. For people who are attuned to positive emotions, not prone to quibbles, a great place to relax. We remember with delight.

The price-quality ratio, in my opinion, is excellent. This is not a luxury resort - a simple sanatorium with a very inexpensive range of services. On the second day, the swelling went away and I felt better.
Massage performed by Alexander is a work of art. I straightened up like never before (and I had a severe back injury).
The oxygen cocktail is the very taste of childhood.
As an old-timer and a regular customer, I want to clarify : the sanatorium is being improved and developed. Yes, work was underway in July 2024. Because the builders did not meet the deadlines. But it didn't bother us at all (number 304). We were sitting on the balcony, reading, sunbathing - we didn't have any noise or dust. The procedures are in full. there were no malfunctions. The pool and the warm transition will be ready by 01.09. It is very important for me that everything is in one case - you do not need to pull clothes on a hot body. And go outside. This is a sanatorium in slippers. And, oddly enough, my daughter and I are resting here body and soul. we just sleep like chipmunks).
A teenage daughter got rid of ankle pain. So the purpose of the trip - recovery and rest - has been achieved.
Those who are looking for silk linen on beds are sanatoriums of a different price category. "Yunost", " Priozerny" ....
In " Primorsky" it is sound, clean, comfortable , sincere and inexpensive. About the pillows. We have buckwheat at home. For some reason, my daughter clung to the sanatorium pillow and wanted to go home like this. They persuaded me not to take it)).
About a vacation with the neighbors.. I heard from a woman in the queue : "I paid, so I'll stamp my foot -and you have to run around me." Or "go to a sanatorium for the elderly" from parents of children screaming in the hallway, for example.
Therefore, I thank everyone for their humane attitude towards each other.
Bottom line: temporary improvements didn't bother me. But they gave hope for a subsequent rest of a higher quality.

The food is simple, yes. But no one was starving. Porridge, salads, first course, potatoes, fish, stewed vegetables, cheesecakes, omelette, fruits, pastries - everything was there.

I've been to the Primorskiy sanatorium twice. There are a lot of positive changes: the swimming pool has opened, the territory is being actively developed, new classrooms with modern equipment are being prepared for opening. The staff is wonderful, friendly! I would like to express my special gratitude to the massage therapist Alexander Dzhanovich. Golden hands! A very pleasant young man, easy to communicate. I would especially like to mention the therapist Nina Fedorovna for her attention and warm care. Cosmetologist Rita Yuryevna is a pro and a Beauty, very in demand! The Bar has fresh produce. You can buy cakes and sausage with meat, tea and coffee, etc
. Vendors of all sorts of things often come: cosmetics, clothes, jewelry. I especially liked the honey with nuts, which the woman brought from her personal apiary. The room has wonderful beds, wide, moderately soft mattresses, a TV with programs in Russian, dishes, a table lamp, bedside tables, a balcony - everything is convenient. The territory is well maintained, there is a gazebo for smokers.
One of the disadvantages is a disgusting diet. Lunch was always delayed because the staff did not have time to set the table. We went to Minsk with my sister and bought cheese, sausage, sweets, buns, etc. Yes, the prices at the sanatorium shop are very high. The monopolist owners understand that people have nowhere to go and will buy, especially basic necessities. Unfortunately, the head physician does not communicate with vacationers. It's a pity! He would have had feedback. It would be necessary sometimes to leave a comfortable office and take a masterly look at everything and everywhere. For example, the emergency exit is littered with junk. And there are a lot of elderly and sick people in the sanatorium! The tables in the inhalation room are wobbly. The lock didn't work in one of the bathrooms. In our room, the toilet was dancing a polka. The sink, faucet and shower walls are dirty. The faucet was washed once after my sister's request. Towels smell bad, you wonder what they are washed with. The eternal and endless queue for herbal tea! This is already a management problem that can be solved in favor of vacationers. For example, put two people on the task. The beginning of the carboxytherapy procedure made a very unpleasant impression. I just didn't go the second time!
In the evening, the lanterns are often not lit on the territory, although many vacationers go out for evening walks.
In general, the therapeutic procedures and the beauty of nature had a beneficial effect. And most of all, I was struck by people: old, sick, and deaf, many with sticks. However, in the evenings they danced at discos, sang karaoke and enjoyed life, warmly communicated!
I would like to visit Belarus again!

This is not the first time we have been vacationing in Primorskiy. And now we are here)
One of the main criteria when choosing a sanatorium for us is the staff, the range of medical services, as well as the fact that the dining room and medical offices are located in the same building. It is very convenient, you do not need to think about the weather and wait a long time after baths or thermal procedures to return to the room.
The sanatorium is designed for a small number of people, so it is very cozy and not noisy.
The sanatorium employs professionals in their field - wonderful, friendly people.
The food is simple, but fresh and delicious, cooked with soul. In addition to the dining room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to coffee, delicious milkshake, and cakes. There is a kiosk where you can buy personal hygiene products, sweets and more. There is a children's playroom and a library.
In the evenings there are discos, film screenings, entertainment events, on weekends there is a mafia game, table tennis. You can play billiards. Twice a week, the sanatorium offers free delivery to Minsk to visit shops and explore the city. Excursions around Belarus are also regularly organized (Mirsky and Nesvizh Castle, Brest Fortress, Sula, water park, etc.)
Now active landscaping works are underway on the territory of the sanatorium, but this does not interfere with rest, since they take place until 16.00, and at this time we undergo procedures) After the completion of the landscaping, the sanatorium will be even more comfortable)
This year a new building with a swimming pool and a spa complex should open. At the moment, trips to the pool of another sanatorium are offered 4 times a week.
Already on the territory of the sanatorium there are cozy gazebos, barbecues, sun loungers on the beach. We are looking forward to coming back here next year!

A wonderful sanatorium, near Minsk, about 10 km away. The staff is very polite. The prices are affordable and the level is high. I liked the twin room very much. A wonderful sanatorium: small, compact, cozy, with a good medical base. Thanks to literally every employee for their professionalism, cordiality, and willingness to help. We drove with a positive attitude, read the reviews in advance, and discussed the issues of interest with the marketing department.
A few practical points (which I did not see in other reviews during preparation).
1. There are a couple of glasses, mugs, spoons, plates in the room.
2. Give 3 terry towels of different sizes and a diaper for the procedures.
3. There is a sliding wall dryer on the balcony, and a hot towel rail in the bathroom.
4. Drinking water from an artesian well comes from the tap.
5. For water treatments, it is recommended to have swimming trunks (not a one-piece swimsuit!). They will do everything without them, but it will be more comfortable for someone.
6. In summer, it makes sense to grab something from mosquitoes. They didn't bother me indoors, but they bit me on an evening walk.
7. The term of the voucher is considered from 8.00 on the first day to 20.00 on the last day.
8. There is no ATM in the sanatorium, but you can pay with a Mir card for paid procedures.
Addendum (October 2024).
We went to Primorskiy for the fourth time, during this time there have been some changes.
1. The term of the voucher is now considered from 12.00 on the first day to 10.00 on the last day.
2. The most important news is that the second building has opened! So far, there is only a swimming pool, beauty and massage rooms, but many more interesting things are planned.
3. Landscaping is coming to an end, noise and dust (which were written about in many reviews) were no longer with us.
As always, we had a great rest and were treated, thanks a lot to all the staff.

THE MEDICAL BASE is fine. Good doctors, medical staff, equipment.
Spa treatment, it's not just treatment , but rest! Which the sanatorium does not have by 200%. We arrived at the construction site of the century . No walking , no sleeping !!!! The attitude of the management towards vacationers , like cockroaches , no one cares : rest after lunch , morning , evening . No one warns about this construction site!!!! I'm waiting to get home to rest. I hope that the management reads these reviews!!!! Look at the photo and I do not advise anyone to come here (((
The territory has been dug up , the dismantling of tiles , balconies with plywood walls ! There are endless dump trucks, tractors, drills, saws, etc. under the windows.

Pros: A beautiful place, responsive and friendly staff, special thanks for the delicious food to the staff of the canteen. The entire medical staff does an excellent job with their hard work and treats every vacationer with reverence.
Minuses: 1. there is no children's playroom, there is only a room with a couple of broken toys and cluttered with incomprehensible-unnecessary furniture, it looks more like a warehouse of unnecessary junk, which for some reason will not be thrown out.
2.Not adapted for people with disabilities! There is no elevator, no ramp! Grannies and grandfathers on crutches, after a stroke, are forced to swear and jump on one leg to the third floor with the last of their strength and are afraid to fall on steep thresholds.

Mom and her friend rested at this sanatorium in the period from July 29 to August 8, 2024. Of the advantages, we can say that the food in the sanatorium was very good and that's it. Massive repairs are taking place on the territory and builders work almost all day long, which is why there is constant noise. No one warned about this during the purchase of vouchers. So it turned out not to be a rest and a continuous noise from the repair work. Even there is nowhere really to walk on the territory, everything is dug up everywhere and many trees have been torn out. In the kitchen: leaves much to be desired in the service. The furniture in the room has not changed since the time of the king of peas. In general, I did not like the sanatorium!

A very ambiguous impression of the sanatorium. We had a rest from September 9 to 12, 2024. The website says check-in from 12-00. The employee at the reception cannot cope with the influx of visitors - there is a long queue. Intensive work is underway using construction equipment. The view from the window to the construction site with noise works from 8 to 17-00 is a dubious pleasure. The food is as economical as possible. There are very few vegetables on the menu. Fruits three times a week. The main side dishes are boiled pasta, mashed potatoes, boiled rice, pancakes (yes, pancakes were served as a side dish with meat). This menu is categorically not suitable for diabetics. There is no diet menu at all. Meals in two shifts, according to a customized menu. The choice of dishes is meager. There is no distribution, the dishes are served by waiters, so you have to warm them up in the microwave. Waiters often inattentively place dishes on the tables - they confuse the ordered dishes, as a result, even after making an order, you can not eat what you ordered. We lived in a double room. A very small toilet. It is inconvenient even to close the door. Their pool does not work - they take a minibus to a nearby sanatorium late in the evening. Definitely, I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting. The medical base is weak. The territory is large, but most of it is currently in landscaping. I honestly tried to find the pros - the only plus is the proximity to Minsk.

Olga, 55 years old. I rested with my husband and granddaughters for 14 days from July 21st to August 3rd, 2024. For the first time in Belarus. And we were unlucky-the medical procedures that we took for a fee did not seem to help, both my knees hurt and my husband's hurt. Who we met and talked to, too. Leisure is weak, everything is very boring. There is no animation for children, they found out about the playroom only 3 days before departure, there are no inscriptions on the door. And you have to run around and ask the staff for the key. There are only 8 channels on TV, none for children. The pool is not open, they take you by appointment to the other complex, only at 20.30 departure, you swim there for only 30 minutes, the rest of the time you wash before and after the pool, you can not use the sauna. The water is cool. The food in the dining room is regular, according to the menu after the first two days of stay. For the first two days, the food was simply not edible. And the worst thing is the construction site on the territory of the sanatorium. KAMAZ trucks, tractors, etc. drive. Children cannot be let out alone. Repairs were also underway in the building. In general, you only rest at night. The water on the beach was blooming, it was dirty green, duck, ducks all around. The beach is undeveloped, construction vehicles drive nearby, the hum and dirt also stink. We were saved only by trips to Minsk, the good thing is that we arrived in our own car. I do not advise anyone to go for the next 2-3 years. Or just ruin your vacation.

Hello! I would like to share my impressions about this sanatorium. I vacationed there in July 2024, and immediately I wanted to emphasize that my stay there was in the midst of construction and restoration work! At first glance, this may suggest that rest and treatment in these conditions may somehow be spoiled or overshadowed, but I want to say that the overall impressions and the stay itself left mostly positive emotions, and the course of treatment and all procedures were provided at the highest level, and this is I consider one of the main factors of my arrival at the sanatorium. Rest and treatment really took place! On weekends, there was silence and harmony with nature on the territory of the sanatorium, which by the way I would like to emphasize, the territory, nature, the beach sector, the air, the reservoir, the beauty of the Belarusian land, all this was! And friends! Nevertheless, everything is developing and being built around, because everything that is done by people, staff and administration of the sanatorium is only so that our rest would become even better and unforgettable! In September, as I was told, a new building will be put into operation, with a concert hall, a magnificent swimming pool, a modern gym, saunas, and many other benefits, everything made me want to return here again and again to plunge into the atmosphere of comfort, relaxation, quality treatment, delicious cuisine, friendly staff well-organized leisure activities in general!

We rested in this sanatorium from June 30 to July 13, 2024. Repairs were taking place on the territory at that time.Heavy machinery rumbled all day.exhaust fumes, dust. It was possible to walk only in the evening and then along the path to the lake and back. Cleaning the room for 2, only the garbage was taken out, and cleaning the sink, toilet bowl is clearly not included in the duties of the cleaners.Towels and bed linen have never been changed in 14 days. They told the administrator, in response:let's take a note, the Kitchen: the food was delicious, but there was not enough black bread, because they put 1 piece of black and white per person.They asked to put black instead of white, the request was ignored.I had to buy a loaf of black bread and carry it to the dining room.
Treatment : we took vouchers with rehabilitation, underwent a paid procedure of a pressure chamber, until I felt no improvement.
The rest in this sanatorium turned out to be spoiled.We're not coming back here anymore.

I completely forgot about the spinal fracture and did not use the procedures. I just wanted to run.... Disgusting sanatorium! There were 8 days, from 02.10 to 10.10.2024. The food was terrible! I thought there was no such thing anymore! Soups on water, casseroles, cheesecakes, omelets - one semolina! Buckwheat porridge, liquid, smeared on a plate. During all this time, they gave cottage cheese only once, and this is the dairy country of Belarus! Four thin slices of cheese, 2x3 cm, one for each! Is it a terrible, hungry year? The room was a suite, but there was no soap or shampoo! The towel is good even for former use! Then, however, they gave it, but they didn't change it anymore, not once in all eight days! We sorted out the food, went 3 km away to the village, bought groceries, and began ordering food in the dining room for money. I didn't expect this! The only advantage was that there was silence around, fresh air! I do not recommend anyone to go to Primorskiy

The second time here, the pricing policy is straight fire, the rooms are standard of the "Soviet" sanatorium, plus 3 meals a day, without frills, but quite edible, according to the sanatorium-resort card you can do procedures, a good territory with the first line of the Minsk Sea. There is a shooting club nearby, excellent, by calling from the sanatorium, get a discount. The Sabra bath complex is also not far away, expensive but interesting. In general, it's quite decent for the money. And yes, it's better to call the sanatorium directly, and not through intermediaries, they wind up at least 15k plus the price.

A good sanatorium, with treatment in different directions, three meals a day. Everything is cooked in a steam oven. Private beach with a barbecue area. Dancing every night. There are excursions to Minsk, Brest fortress, Khatyn, castles. Only 10 km from the Capital of Belarus.

We are resting now (June) in this sanatorium, which I would like to say... do not spoil your rest, the only thing that saves this sanatorium is a nearby reservoir, although you can relax there in peace and quiet! Dump trucks and other construction equipment are constantly rattling throughout the sanatorium (from 8 to 17), there is periodically no light and water! The food is a scoop canteen and at the same time small portions (well, you can fill your stomach with soup for lunch)... There is nothing to talk about in the pool (at 20.30), there is no children's area, but there are 3 paths (people swim in it not only vacationers of the sanatorium). In general, my conclusion is that if you are not 90 years old, you hear and see everything)) you have children and you would like to relax not at the construction site, I won't even start talking about rooms and cleaning.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Seaside sanatorium, do not waste money and time!!!!

We were in this sanatorium for two weeks in June 2024. I would like to note the pros and cons of this place.
Positive:
1. Low ticket price (about 35 thousand with treatment).
2. Proximity to Minsk (20 minutes by car to the center of the capital).
3. Well-groomed territory (clean and tidy. There is a beautiful reservoir nearby, lots of greenery and there is a place to walk).
4. Decent treatment for such money (a variety of procedures for different diseases).
5. Pleasant staff (attentive, responsive and patient attitude).
6. Additional entertainment (billiards, table tennis, game room for children, bike rental, evening disco).
Minuses:
1. Disgusting living conditions (we took 4 rooms at the same price and one of them was very old with cockroaches. There was mold/mildew in this room and two others in the showers. Two rooms had creaking beds and old bed linen. All the rooms did not have orthopedic pillows at all, although we came to the sanatorium for treatment. At the same time, the other two rooms (at the same price!) had a more recent renovation and comfortable sofas. Three of the rooms had windows directly facing the construction site).
2. The food is like in the Soviet canteen (a lot of bread is added to the cutlets, milk porridge for lunch, and the cutlet was served for breakfast, and there were sausages with oatmeal porridge at breakfast. What do you think?!! In the sanatorium, where people come to be treated, you could choose a 3-in-1 coffee drink - full chemistry. The choice was limited and the dishes were often repeated).
3. Some of the treatment equipment is outdated.
4. The atmosphere of the Soviet era.
5. A swimming pool and a reservoir are being built on the territory (tractors are working very noisily. The territory near the sanatorium was partially dug up, a weak fence was made).
6. Sloppy room cleaning. (The bed linen was just brought to the room and put in. We made it ourselves. Once a tall lady of large build with blond hair refused to clean the room due to the fact that it was filled with things and beds (they took an extra place). The next time we removed all the things from the floor so that the maid would have the desire to clean the room).
If these disadvantages do not scare you, then come for treatment and rest.

Everything is clean, the staff is good. There are paid and free treatments. Near the reservoir, coniferous forest. In a word, it is a protected area. They feed, for the fussy, super. A menu to choose from. The sanatorium has a bar with alcoholic beverages and all kinds of snacks. Stalls with all sorts of things like socks, hair bands, etc.

Pleasant and competent medical staff. The dining room, waiters, cleaning - everything is at a good level. Leisure activities are "excellent"!Green zone, on the territory of the exit to the Minsk "sea", 20 minutes from Minsk. Among the temporary disadvantages, the reconstruction of the second building and landscaping of the sanatorium are underway, but I hope they will be completed by next summer. Thank you all for two weeks of good and healthy rest!
