Having come and sat down at an empty table on the terrace three times without the reserved mark, we were refused service, as the administrator moved people out of the room. They also could not offer us a place in the room that was freed from transplanted visitors, explaining that it was booked. It turns out that the same customers occupy two tables at the same time. At the same time, visitors who had a seat in the hall without reservation are notified of how long they can occupy the table, which should be taken into account not only by visitors, but also controlled by the administrator. However, the administrator transfers them to the terrace, driving away visitors who have already sat down at the vacant table. As a result, there are a lot of empty tables inside the room, and people are sitting on the terrace who can not finish the melted ice in a glass. Anastasia used to be an excellent administrator, she coped with her duties perfectly, there was no such thing with her. And now it's a complete disappointment. The management should review the policy of administration of vacant seats.

To the owners, fix it urgently, work urgently with the waiters, depress, do what you want, otherwise you will get a decline in demand, I am sure. Otherwise, everything is OK, the price / quality of the kitchen is consistent. Three so far.

A wonderful place, we celebrated a birthday there: delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, polite waiters, full seating even on a weekday, so waiting for a dish a little longer than usual, the prices are quite acceptable. A pleasant bonus was a dessert for the namesake as a gift and a nice greeting from the waiter.
Insanely delicious pizzas from the oven (let's go back there for pizza with pear and garganzola).
