This was my first and last trip to this institution. The main menu is not served until 16:00, but that's not the problem.
It all started from the very arrival, where no one met us, we had a table reserved, but no one asked about it. Then we sat waiting for the menu, then we called the waiter, but at first the girl stood and just looked, and then with a distorted face came up to us to answer some questions.
Then we just sat for 30 minutes so that at least someone would come up to us and take the order!!! The hall was almost empty. In the end, we just lost time, chose another place and left. When they were about to leave, no one came up, said goodbye, or asked what was wrong. I was left in an unpleasant shock by the service. There is no desire to return there.

I ordered a "cozy table for two" a week before. They came, they showed us to a round table, which is designed for 5 people, they said: "your place." They asked to change the table, sat down at the bar. When asked why, when booking, I was told that a cozy table would be at my disposal, they put me at a round table, they answer me with a question: "And what is comfort for you? Others are comfortable at a round table for 5 people." The hostess / receptionist spoke very quietly, I had to ask again. When the dialogue had already come to a logical end, the hostess /administrator just continued to stand by and wait for some kind of remark to answer her "I'm really sincerely sorry." The situation was brightened up only by the waiter, who did his job at the highest level. The kitchen is beautiful, the dishes are ordinary. Cappuccino is delicious.
The waiter is 10/10, the hostess is 1/10.

23.01 we visited the rose gose cafe , we liked everything very much, the food is very tasty, the waiter Eugene is very polite, he worked well!
But in the evening when we left, it was 2.05 pm, there was no one in the wardrobe, we waited until we were given jackets, as a result, no one came and we took them ourselves! When Anastasia's waiter asked why there was no one here , they rudely received an answer, my working day is over, these are your problems! I don't remember our dialogue verbatim, but I clearly feel the emotions of this situation! The administration should pay attention to this employee and explain to her that in this job you should think what to say, and not be rude to your visitor! Any decent institution works until the last visitor, and does not disown the fact that his working day is over!!
It is not the situation itself that is outraged, everything is clear, everyone wants to go home, namely the way your employee talked to us!
In general, everything was great, but I really would not like to get to her service again!

Steak XXL with grilled potatoes. Potatoes are just baked in a uniform, no grill and close. A piece of meat with a bunch of veins, it is impossible to cut, it turned out to eat half. What happened was not bad - this is the only positive impression of the place.
The bathroom is dirty, toilet paper hangs in the fixers, from which it has to be extracted directly.
