There were also a lot of people in the evening, the staff can't cope with the word at all, they run, flicker, carry some chairs, tables over their heads, push, cook for a very long time, when ordering alcoholic beverages, the waitress says "they say they are expensive, do not take them, but those take them cheaper", where can you even meet this In general, the "institution" stupidly wants to make money for money and cannot cope. I don't recommend it at all!

We were regular customers, we came every week, or even twice a week, until we encountered a bad attitude from the administrators. A table on the terrace cannot be reserved in advance, boarding on the terrace is carried out upon availability of free space. Having come and sat down at an empty table on the terrace three times without the reserved mark, we were refused service, as the administrator moved people out of the room. They also could not offer us a place in the room that was freed from transplanted visitors, explaining that it was booked. It turns out that the same customers occupy two tables at the same time. At the same time, visitors who had a seat in the hall without reservation are notified of how long they can occupy the table, which should be taken into account not only by visitors, but also controlled by the administrator. However, the administrator transfers them to the terrace, driving away visitors who have already sat down at the vacant table. As a result, there are a lot of empty tables inside the room, and people are sitting on the terrace who can not finish the melted ice in a glass. Anastasia used to be an excellent administrator, she coped with her duties perfectly, there was no such thing with her. And now it's a complete disappointment. The management should review the policy of administration of vacant seats.

And the waitress was replaced - she managed to mess up 3 times and ruin half the evening. And from 5-6 times that we went, there were always questions about the hostesses and the waiters. To the owners, fix it urgently, work urgently with the waiters, depress, do what you want, otherwise you will get a decline in demand, I am sure. Otherwise, everything is OK, the price / quality of the kitchen is consistent. Three so far.

All I can say is the price->quality ratio. I ate the lunch menu, crab salad and soup to taste - close your eyes - you're in the dining room. Burger(?) was instead of a hot dog with kebab (grill of the day)
It was frankly bad, right at all. On 2/10. I was here the first time - next time no lunches for sure, I'll give tartars a chance from the main menu and hope to see a beer/wine menu on my table next time😉
