The best clinic in the republic itself, where the most highly qualified specialists of all directions work. Tails are provided with high-level assistance, there are all the necessary devices to establish an accurate diagnosis. The head of the clinic, as well as the entire staff, are constantly undergoing refresher courses. Dr. Sas performed surgery to rupture a ligament in the kneecap with displacement, in two paws. Everything went great the next day the dog walked on its paws, and three weeks later it almost returned to normal life. I am very grateful to the doctor and all the staff for my healthy baby. By appointment, the reception is conducted clearly, but of course you will have to wait on a first-come, first-served basis, because there are a lot of patients. The schedule is convenient from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m. I wish the clinic prosperity and only grateful patients... may the kindness of the staff return to everyone a hundredfold!!!!

In general, everything is beautiful, the staff is friendly, there are workers who really love animals and no matter how you see them, they squeeze and kiss someone :)
What didn't you like:
1. Never got to the same veterinarian
2. Prices are more expensive than treating a person, by the way, after a simple operation, only a day of hospital costs 850 rubles (this was reported before the operation)
3. The animal was getting worse every day, but an important test was taken and it took 5-7 days to wait for the result, then I found out that in another clinic such a test is done in 1 day. It is not clear why it was impossible to send this test to another clinic if time is running out for hours / days..
4. Treatment and surgery did not help:(

Conclusion: I gave 3 stars for trying to save the animal, for responsiveness, for finding time to treat animals even after working hours. I took away the stars for the fact that the test was made to wait 5 days, when it could have been done elsewhere in a day and all these 5 days we monitored the condition with tests, stabbed the poor one, there was no real treatment, we only waited for the test because everything depended on it, then we did the operation.. and in the end, nothing helped..
From all this, I concluded that this is a business, it is more important for them to earn money than to save an animal by sending it to another clinic, where they could at least do the test faster. Well, during these 5 days, the transfused blood has deteriorated again and you can do the transfusion again, earn another 600 rubles..
Well, that's how I saw it, perhaps everything is nobler..

The doctors are highly qualified. They are really experts in their field. But visiting the clinic itself leaves the feeling that you are nobody and there is no way to call you, since even the minimum customer orientation of the institution and the administrators is absent. We always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for an appointment, we were never accepted on time.
The clinic remembers and cares about you only at the reception. If other clinics can call you regularly and clarify the pet's condition after manipulation / surgery, then you will get a call to the SAS once (the next day), and then all requests are only through a doctor's appointment. There are no telephone consultations here, this must be understood. When the cat stopped eating after anesthesia and we asked to call back for tests and tell us if we should worry, no one called us back.
Also the receptionist girls (the girls at the reception) there is no basic knowledge of medicine: when we were told to just throw an underused antibiotic out of the reserve into the trash (and not take it away for disposal like in any other clinic where we gave injections), I almost fell.
During one of the last visits, I asked to talk to the management, to which I was assured that the head was waiting on the spot, but actually he was not there.
I am grateful to the doctors for their medical care, but the clinic itself caused me a lot of stress and hassle. I will contact you here only if absolutely necessary.

The girls at the reception have -2 stars.
1) when recording via telegram, they give one time, they say there is no other. if you call, it turns out that there are other options for recording time.
2) You agree that they will call you back as soon as the results are available - they do not call you back.
3) [a story a couple of years ago] in an emergency situation, with a torn artery in a dog weighing under 40 kg (at the same time, they called on the phone that an operation was urgently needed and asked for help from the dog) - they promised that they would come to the rescue, no one came out. At the entrance to the clinic, they said, "let's arrange for you first, then wait for the doctor."

Our pet was shown an operation that was performed at the clinic outside of hours, including all the necessary diagnostic procedures, the suture was made with special threads and did not require any treatment. Three weeks later, our cat was already jumping – it's still hard to believe – how can such small animals be operated on! They immediately register in 1 minute and you go through the veterinary clinic to the clinic itself, the first is a large scale for the animal where you can immediately weigh yourself. Further, according to the principle of an electronic queue, only the doctors themselves call you by the pet's nickname. All the staff is polite to both people and animals. I did not regret for a second that I turned to this particular clinic.
The dog was undergoing laparoscopic sterilization. The operation went quickly, the doctor called immediately after and said that everything was fine with the dog. They took away an absolutely cheerful pet after two and a half hours. In the evening after the operation, the dog was sleepy, but already ate well. The next day I ran as if nothing had happened.

A cat was treated in this clinic. We were looked at by several doctors. They were sent for an MRI scan, which resulted in an otoscopy. On the day when the cat was given for surgery, it was agreed that 2 teeth would be pulled out simultaneously with the otoscopy. On the day of the operation, they passed the tests. When the tests were ready, I asked you to call me and tell me that you would make a decision about the operation (the cat has increased renal parameters). No one called. They called only AFTER the operation that the cat could be picked up. We arrived, the dentist didn't even come out and tell us what and how. BUT 5 teeth WERE PULLED OUT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. The bill was supposed to be 870 rubles. At the checkout, we were told more than 1100, saying that more teeth were pulled out (I emphasize once again that this was NOT agreed with us)
IVs and other treatment were prescribed. Every day, despite the fact that the treatment was taken in full, the cat was getting Worse. For 2 days after the operation, neither the dentist nor the doctor who performed the otoscopy EVER came to see how the cat was. Having raised a scandal, we were sent for consultation to an unfamiliar doctor, who did not clarify the situation in any way, except that he said that the cat needed to be force-fed. As it turned out, the cat was SUBSEQUENTLY INJECTED WITH OPIOIDS 2 TIMES A DAY!!!! The cat couldn't stand up from these injections. As soon as we stopped stabbing them ourselves, the cat got better.
Several other doctors at other clinics were very surprised by this appointment, especially considering what he was doing and his blood counts. And more. The cat was prescribed an antibiotic. WHY forcibly stuff a cat with pills on an EMPTY stomach if an antibiotic injection was perfectly administered in another clinic?! I ordered a call from the doctor who performed the otoscopy twice, but no one called. That's the attitude towards animals in this clinic for a lot of money
For reference, another doctor changed the appointment, and the cat got better after 2 days. We can only guess what would have happened if we hadn't changed the doctor and clinic in time
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANIMALS IN THIS CLINIC

Yesterday I was vaccinated, doctor Yulia Minchuk. The vaccine was selected based on past experience. Marty didn't squeak during the injection and even let himself be stroked during the examination, and he really doesn't like strangers climbing up to him (dad and I watched in horror as the doctor's hand got closer and closer to his head) I found the intended injection site only the next day, and even then with difficulty. For our peace of mind and to exclude a fracture, I took an X-ray. I really liked the sensitive attitude to the boyak dog. Thanks to the doctor, the dog left the clinic without any signs of lameness. Thanks a lot also to the girls in the treatment department -previously we had to take tests, put a catheter, and at the last appointment - trim the claws (which we do on our own with great difficulty).
