It was not the first time we went to the SAS clinic for an annual examination and control, we did sterilization, this time with a problem - the dog limped after an unsuccessful jump. We made an appointment with a traumatologist day in and day out. The valuable thing is that you have never had to wait long for your turn. I really liked the attitude of Gorbachev's specialist Maxim Olegovich - professionally and at the same time very carefully examined the dog and quickly found the cause — damage to the claw on one of the fingers. For our peace of mind and to exclude a fracture, I took an X-ray. I really liked the sensitive attitude to the boyak dog. Thanks to the doctor, the dog left the clinic without any signs of lameness. Thanks a lot also to the girls in the treatment department -previously we had to take tests, put a catheter, and at the last appointment - trim the claws (which we do on our own with great difficulty). In general, the clinic evokes a pleasant feeling both in terms of the professionalism of the staff, as well as the equipment, as well as the organization of service. Usually, we always went to this clinic, everything was fine, but today a situation occurred that shocked us. The dog injured his paw on a walk, it didn't seem to be a fracture or dislocation, but there was a problem with the nail, it bled, then because of the pain the dog couldn't stand on his paw. We went to the SAS to look at it, made a conclusion and explained how to help the pet. We arrived at the clinic at 20.45, but unfortunately, we were not accepted, they said they were closing. My husband explained the situation that we only need an examination of the paw and recommendations for care. But no one cared, once again we were told that they were closing and would not look at the dog. So much for sas, so much for a good attitude towards animals.

I really liked the vet clinic. They provide all kinds of manipulations. We went to an ultrasound and a therapist, the diagnosis was correctly established and treatment was prescribed. The dog is fine. If you have to resort to the help of veterinarians only in the SAS. I would like to add that in other veterinary clinics in Minsk, they practically wanted to cut the dog and see if he had an intestinal obstruction.

The best clinic in Minsk. I changed 4 clinics until my son suggested it to SAS. The attitude towards animals is just great. The doctors are wonderful. Honestly, I have not seen this in other clinics. At prices, in principle, as everywhere, even somewhere less. I won't even contact others anymore. For such money, I expected a service that would justify itself. I do not mind the money for a pet, but when you are not informed on the phone that there will be an additional fee for "holding a cat on a fluorography", it is somehow unpleasant.
And it would be fine if the procedure was done by yourself, but I also kept a cat!

Disgusting attitude towards pets. The senior and junior staff do not even try to find a common language with the animal, instead they immediately use brute force. The doctor also goes without a badge and does not present himself at the conclusion of the contract / reception. The contract also removes all responsibility from the doctor (clinic) in case of complications / death.
If it is possible to go to another clinic (even in another country), it is worth doing so.

A cat was treated in this clinic. We were looked at by several doctors. They were sent for an MRI scan, which resulted in an otoscopy. On the day when the cat was given for surgery, it was agreed that 2 teeth would be pulled out simultaneously with the otoscopy. On the day of the operation, they passed the tests. When the tests were ready, I asked you to call me and tell me that you would make a decision about the operation (the cat has increased renal parameters). No one called. They called only AFTER the operation that the cat could be picked up. We arrived, the dentist didn't even come out and tell us what and how. BUT 5 teeth WERE PULLED OUT WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. The bill was supposed to be 870 rubles. At the checkout, we were told more than 1100, saying that more teeth were pulled out (I emphasize once again that this was NOT agreed with us)
IVs and other treatment were prescribed. Every day, despite the fact that the treatment was taken in full, the cat was getting Worse. For 2 days after the operation, neither the dentist nor the doctor who performed the otoscopy EVER came to see how the cat was. Having raised a scandal, we were sent for consultation to an unfamiliar doctor, who did not clarify the situation in any way, except that he said that the cat needed to be force-fed. As it turned out, the cat was SUBSEQUENTLY INJECTED WITH OPIOIDS 2 TIMES A DAY!!!! The cat couldn't stand up from these injections. As soon as we stopped stabbing them ourselves, the cat got better.
Several other doctors at other clinics were very surprised by this appointment, especially considering what he was doing and his blood counts. And more. The cat was prescribed an antibiotic. WHY forcibly stuff a cat with pills on an EMPTY stomach if an antibiotic injection was perfectly administered in another clinic?! I ordered a call from the doctor who performed the otoscopy twice, but no one called. That's the attitude towards animals in this clinic for a lot of money
For reference, another doctor changed the appointment, and the cat got better after 2 days. We can only guess what would have happened if we hadn't changed the doctor and clinic in time
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANIMALS IN THIS CLINIC

Many thanks to cardiologist Daria, who we have been seeing for about two years. Unfortunately, Daria left, but handed us over to the beautiful Anastasia (a veterinarian cardiologist), whom we also fell in love with. I recommend contacting Anastasia right now!! Thanks to them, the life expectancy of our Maffushi has been increased! After pulmonary edema (stage 3 MDMC), we started visiting the clinic once every three months. A year later, they started visiting the clinic every month, or even several times a month/week. The last stage of MDMC has begun (when there is no response to therapy). We are all not eternal, but even on the most terrible day for us, we contacted Anastasia by phone to consult further actions. Her support was 100%.
I really liked that for any questions of interest, you can contact the doctor by phone! This is a huge plus!!
You can easily see that SAS Animals employees treat each of their four-legged patients with great love! It is also important to take into account the financial situation!

I would like to leave no more feedback here, but to get answers to the questions that pop up in my head after the incident...We have been receiving treatment at your clinic since January, a cat with chronic kidney disease.. The clinic was chosen carefully and one of the main criteria was a humane, I would even say caring attitude during any manipulations, since the cat is very stressed and panics at receptions and tests, and with his CRF I wanted to protect him from stress as much as possible and maintain a decent quality of life. And that's exactly what happened, the girls in the drip department were attentive and caring to us.
But this time, what kind of negligence?!!
Why was the iron injection given incorrectly?! Why does my beloved boy have a hematoma from a hemorrhage on the floor of his body and a huge lump between his legs??? Who will be responsible for this negligence? Why should he suffer from pain in his allotted days? Is this an improvement in the quality of life in your opinion? Why is it that when we reported feeling unwell after the manipulations, no one noticed or did anything about it?But the cat fell at home, screamed in pain, staggered, hid under the bathtub and under the sofa, it was very bad and painful for him, but why didn't anyone double-check the possible causes when we contacted? Why was it that the next day, when we noticed the bruises, we had to go to another clinic, where they explained the reason for the incident and prescribed medicine, even though we had been to your place in the morning?
Why did therapy, which was supposed to improve the pet's condition and quality of life, worsen it significantly? How long will the rehabilitation last, and who will give our baby back those precious days, which are now full of pain and lack of strength?! WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE?
And this is only a small part of the issues, not even taking into account the material issues, which also take place, because an incorrectly given injection, an appointment for deterioration, where it was not detected, an appointment at another clinic, and rehabilitation after all this are by no means free..
But the most valuable thing is the health and tranquility of the pet, which was taken from us with one injection!!!

I won't argue, the price is not the most affordable. But we were in many places, we couldn't make a correct diagnosis anywhere, we prescribed antibiotics by the ton, and the result was temporary. The SAS were the only ones who performed an adequate diagnosis and rescued the dog. In emergency situations, doctors were delayed and always helped. We have been going only there for two years now, and in my opinion, it is better to pay a little more expensive, but to be sure that everything will be fine with your beloved fuzzy and in the professionalism and adequate attitude of doctors. All my friends already only come here, if possible. And it is obvious to us that at the moment, in general, this is the best clinic in Minsk.
Shoals, of course, happen to everyone, but so far for us they have been limited only to administrators in a bad mood a couple of times in a few years.

THE VET HOSPITAL.SAS Animal Service CLINICS (27aKozlova str., Minsk) are IRRESPONSIBILITY AND DECEPTION!!! For reference: the cost of a hospital per day is 800-1200 bel.rubles.
04/23/24 we went to the SAS vet clinic after my pet York was bitten by a tick. Why in SAS, because they write good reviews on the site. We came from the Brest region, as our veterinary clinics did not have such equipment and the opportunity to take tests as in Minsk.
My pet's condition upon admission: pupils react to light, mouth and nose breathing is free and silent, abdominal cavity is painful. The blood tests are bad.
We were given a choice: either a hospital (according to doctors, it had to be dripped for days and special equipment was needed for the correct administration of drugs) or euthanasia. Of course, they agreed to a hospital, despite the mentioned amounts to be paid. In the future , we regretted it very much !!! If we had just taken York on IVs, we would have monitored her condition ourselves and seen that she was being dripped. We would have seen if she was getting better or worse.
My pet spent more than a day in the hospital. Vet. doctors constantly said everything was stable, breathing was good, the tests were a little better and offered to leave the dog for another 3-5 days.
After the first day we arrived at the vet clinic and I was horrified. My dog was like a zombie, she didn't react to anything, it felt like she was blind. Her breathing was terrible, heavy, everything was squelching in her chest, it could be heard even without a stethoscope (although in the statement Sas S. N. wrote that on 04/24/2024, when I took the dog, breathing was shallow, effortless and without pathological noises). The tail and paws were fecal masses stuck together. Her tongue hung and her mouth did not close, everything was dry in her mouth, to which I was told that she was forced to drink and she did not drink from the drinker herself (although when we took her away, she began to drink from the drinker herself, even in such a terrible state). The question is whether there was water, because it was not included in the bill. No clear answers from vet.We have not received any answers to our questions about the pet's condition. At discharge, the veterinarian only tried to show us the bills to be paid (why worry so much, we paid everything). We took York with us, and a couple of hours later our pet died.
When we were admitted, the veterinarian Savitskaya T. S. accepted us, and Tsukanova V. A. discharged
us. She wrote this review so that the doctors of the SAS vet clinic would work responsibly and honestly. It is not necessary to mislead people by the STABLE CONDITION of the PET and prolong the hours and days of the hospital with the hope of salvation for the sake of money. If the pet's condition worsens, we must be honest about it. Listening to you about her stable condition, we just lost time. There was an opinion that you just locked her in a cage and forgot about her.
And with your answer to my first review, that your specialists answered all my questions verbally and in writing for FREE on 04/24/2024, you surprised me very much. Read the correspondence, I even asked for the results of the tests that you were obliged to provide me with.

Within 2 months, they clearly acted and reacted to failures in the body. The girls from the treatment room with a huge heart: every time the cat did not hold back during the tests-and washed, and warmed, and cared for! The operation to remove the gallbladder from a 2 kg dog - we were taken with pleasure, 100% guarantee, favorable prognosis, 4% risks - apparently for a free EXPERIMENT, the dog DIED! The age of 8 years is average for our breed. We passed a full examination at the sas clinic - all indicators are stable, the heart is excellent! Vladimir Savelyev, the surgeon, called at 16.30 and said that at 20.00 we could visit and walk with our pet. At 20.00, the intensive care specialist reported that sugar and blood pressure had dropped (signs of bleeding), it was already clear that something had gone wrong! The surgeon was still in the clinic at the time, but did not even try to figure out what was wrong? The veterinarian in our city was VERY surprised that the 2kg sabachka had its gallbladder removed laparoscopically!!! In general, it seems to be a gentle method, but for medium and large breeds, and not for a 2kg baby!!! Apparently, the surgeon wanted us to pay for a more expensive operation or just tried it for the sake of experiment. Our pet was simply relieved of symptoms, resuscitated, and all night until morning they wrote to me in the hospital chat how he was dying!!!! It's unbearably painful (We came to this clinic 400km away, they didn't even tell us 50-50, they told us 100%, maybe we wouldn't risk our dog's life! The operation was not urgent! At the consultation before the operation, Saveliev gave us 3-5 minutes - it's true! He did not even analyze the dynamics of the analysis indicators at my request. Said 100% guarantee of success, these operations are on stream, don't even worry! Do you know the proverb A FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD? So the director of the Sas, Sergey Nikolaevich, called me the next day, promised to sort it out and call me back with explanations at least! I'm still waiting for the call! What else can you say after such an attitude? Everyone in this clinic is indifferent to the life of your pets, they don't care about you and your animals, don't believe the beautiful Instagram, it's just beautiful PR!
