The clinic is very large and well organized. The offices and equipment are modern. The only CT scan in Minsk. The staff is attentive - CT specialists, ultrasound and laboratory technicians are all just wonderful. I take off the star only for the orthopedist, who scolded and scared me. Even without him, I realize my guilt to the dog that because of me she was injured and did not immediately have a CT scan (this is also a question for those doctors who provided first aid).
The receptionist behaved a little strangely when I called to make an appointment for a CT scan, in the direction. The referral form is standard, SAS clinics, but I did not consider it necessary to tell me where to look at the information necessary for recording.

Previously, the clinic was normal and I gave it five stars. Now I'm changing the review. There's a lot of money being siphoned off. I do not dispute that in some cases they do their job, but unfortunately the latest experience of my friends and my personal forced me to change my mind. Their level has clearly dropped significantly. Fortunately, there is a choice and help can be obtained where the owner and his pet are appreciated, and not the grandmother in the first place.
Addition to the review: when the doctor looks at the dog for a minute, makes a serious diagnosis and talks for 15 minutes about procedures for 1000 rubles (surgery, etc.) that the dog is almost dying, we apply again after a while with improvements and say ourselves that no, maybe I was mistaken-there is an improvement, he takes money for the second appointment, he says that he was not mistaken, manipulations for 1000 rubles are needed, and in another clinic they solve the problem in one go, a simple diagnosis is made and everything goes away by medication for 40 rubles and the dog has been living since then for several years, and there are also no signs of health problems...of course, this is not siphoning off money. Or here's the case, another dog is allergic, before vaccination we talk about it, about the fact that it swells, burps and turns pale from the nobivak rabies vaccine, that another solution is needed, that eurican was injected last time and everything was fine. Come on, eurican.The doctor says, right now we'll take an antihistamine, a nobivac and everything will be OK. Effect the dog burps, turns pale and swells.We are told that yes...It didn't go down...Eurican was there, but we thought everything would be fine. And what's next...Oh, a miracle...for money, they make a drip and a number of manipulations to "save" the dog. The result is that we leave the clinic with a swollen dog, buy Loratadine and pump it into the dog through a syringe, and only then it became easier...I have many more examples, but I think that's enough...That's enough. The goal is not to omit the clinic, but only to indicate what happens in reality. Neither I nor my friends arranged scandals for them, but simply stopped using their services, but I decided to write a review anyway.For some time now, my friends and I have been contacting another clinic, the result is that we are satisfied, I will not name it, otherwise they will say that I am writing a special review.

I didn't like the attitude towards the animal. More precisely, indifference. The company is focused only on money. As such, they did not provide assistance in a difficult situation. And during the consultation, they were sent immediately after it to resep to sign up and pay for all possible tests and further examinations, which, according to another specialist from another clinic. in our case, they were completely meaningless.

I really liked the service! They quickly helped my cat! The clinic is very clean, newly renovated. When you come in, you get the feeling that you have got to a cool foreign movie: it's so cozy and pleasant to be there) They promptly took blood and did an ultrasound. It is very convenient that all medicines and food can be purchased immediately.
The only drawback: I had to wait 30 minutes, although I was on the record. But this is understandable: it is not always possible to meet the allotted time to help a pet!

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff! The dog needed emergency help, called, was not refused, offered to drive up within 2 hours. The doctor took it, did an ultrasound, took tests, put on a drip and, most importantly, prescribed the right treatment! The dog was afraid in all the clinics he visited earlier, but in this one he trusted everyone! We went on ivs for a week and the dog ran without fear! Thank you all very much! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Sas Animal Service and in particular to surgeon Vladimir Savelyev. We came to the clinic with a cat and a chronic non-healing wound after a bilateral bilateral mastoectomy. Due to the obesity of our kitty, numerous stitches in the clinic where the operation was performed did not help, as the skin was tearing again (as we thought due to tension). As a result, after passing tests and backwashing from the wound on Vladimir's recommendation, they found an infection, treated with the right antibiotics and removed the stitches 10 days after the plastic surgery, getting a completely healthy cat. Thank you very much for your work, Vladimir, and I am sincerely sure that the approach with a full analysis before any action absolutely justifies itself!

Today I was very upset with the work of this veterinary clinic. We made an appointment for a consultation in advance, and confirmed our arrival the day before the appointment. And today, having arrived at the reception in advance, we were not accepted. Doctor D. Gurevich came out and said that my time was tomorrow, and he was taking another pet. There was no reaction to my objection, the door was closed in front of me. The receptionist told me that I had an appointment, called the doctor and confirmed my time. Apparently, it doesn't matter to Gurevich that there is a record, he accepts it at will. The most unpleasant thing is, the veterinarian did not even apologize, did not come out and did not explain the situation.
I consider this attitude to clients unacceptable.
Today, on February 29, I had an appointment at this clinic. After the incident on February 13, I received an apology from the clinic and from Gurevich's doctor personally. They offered to be examined by any specialist, and I took advantage of this offer. I think the main thing is the health of the pet!
