All dreams and hopes were shattered with a crash on the beautiful tile in the foyer.
And so, pulling a smile to our ears and fighting the desire to swear with a good curse, we went to explore Grodno.

On October 26-27, we stayed at the Slavia Hotel with a group of 20 tourists. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, where a wedding was celebrated on the evening of our arrival. It was very noisy, but not only in the restaurant, but also in the rooms, it was absolutely impossible to relax. They complained to the staff, the receptionist said that the Slavia restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel, but in fact this is not the case - the hotel and the restaurant belong to the same owner, only the restaurant has its own director, and the hotel has another person. As a result, noise, uproar, swearing, swearing until 12 o'clock at night, and the staff seems to be deaf, they do not care about the vacationers at the hotel who paid for the rest. As a result, only the threat that we would call the police and let them record what was happening helped and the waiters began to make remarks to the drunken company.
The situation calmed down only by 0:30, the rest was ruined. In the morning, when the group was evicted, NONE OF THE STAFF APOLOGIZED FOR THE POOR SERVICE.
If there is an event in the restaurant, then you can forget about staying at this hotel.

We come to this hotel for the second time. Cozy, quiet hotel, located near the train station. The staff is polite, sympathetic, the service is unobtrusive. Character number two came in 30 minutes and instead of repairing, he argued for a long time and persistently why I was wrong and that 28 degrees in the room was the norm, referring to fictional arguments, after failing in a dispute with me on the technical part of the air conditioner and temperature standards and hotel accommodation, he simply retreated, it turned out that it was just The "master" and he has nothing to do with the repair of air conditioners! I stayed in a room that was hot but with 20 BR. As a result, I had to stay in this place, because there were no rooms in neighboring hotels and there was no desire to move at eight o'clock in the evening, and I was very doubtful about the refund for this hotel. The night was hot and stuffy, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the linen did not match the size of the bed and constantly fell off, forcing you to sleep on a toper because the bed consisted of two single beds.The sun, which began to shine through the windows at 5 a.m., reminded us of the quality of the room because our "hotelier" apparently did not hear about the existence of blackout curtains (curtains that block the sun's rays, so that the tourist could sleep at any time of the day), and why if his hotel brings him profit anyway and improving the room for the convenience of guests is a bad thing for him. As a result, breakfast was provided in the morning according to the type of pioneer camp sausage, cheese, butter, etc., which corresponds to the status of the hotel. Bottom line, thanks to the reception staff who somehow tried to solve our issues. A room from the 90s for money from 2024 does not fully correspond to the money paid (a rubber mat in the bathroom, a door that does not open to the balcony, a very uncomfortable bed, worn wallpaper, I can list a lot, but it's better to come yourself and make sure that I wrote, unless of course you want to get a service from the 90s with the same an attitude for the money for which you can rent a great hotel!

Excellent location, all city attractions are within walking distance. There is a private parking.
The staff is very friendly.
The room is very spacious, clean, everything works, everything is fine with the plumbing.

We booked 4 rooms (two junior suites and two standard ones) in advance, 1.5 months in advance, and received confirmation of the reservation. In the morning, on the day of arrival, they contacted us, clarified what time we would be and politely said that they were waiting for us.
We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm. At the reception, the young man arranged everything, received 100% payment for two junior suites and silently gave out the keys. When we entered the room, I was surprised that the junior suite was somehow too small....
We looked at the photos of the junior suite in our booking and at first with surprise, and then with great indignation realized, without any explanation, we were simply given the keys to the standard rooms, while taking payment for the junior suite ...
I still did not understand what the person at the reception was counting on.
The evening "negotiations" began, they could not solve anything at the reception, our rooms were given to someone else, they could not say anything about why and how this happened. Of course, we received the money (overpayment) back, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude towards customers.
For understanding, the hotel has only 24 rooms, of which 1 suite and 4 junior suites, how you can confuse something is not clear. In my opinion, it's just irresponsibility and disregard for your obligations.
PS. Well, the "cherry on the cake". There is no computer at the reception, everything is on a piece of paper, where everything is handwritten....
