Definitely a good place to eat delicious pilaf! We took Bukhara pilaf-magnificent!!! The portions are large, we took 0.7-we ate. they also took lightly salted tomatoes without skin (they are called "naked tomatoes" in the menu)- delicious. Two spacious halls with different designs, but everywhere there is a very beautiful decoration, in oriental style, all accessories are perfectly matched, in the second hall there are photos of old Bukhara on the walls! This place was recommended to us by the owner of the guest house where we stayed -crazy gratitude to him for this!!

Great place! I was pleased with the pilaf. Everything is very well organized. Despite the flow of both tourists and locals, the service is fast and clear. I liked the concept of paying at the exit by table number. The price for a visit is about 350 rubles with pilaf and tea. It's just a fantastic combination of price and quality. Delicious Bukhara pilaf, snacks, fast service, affordable prices. For a vegetarian, you can find food - a lot of vegetable salads. On each table there is a plate with a local sweet parvarda. I fell in love with Uzbek pilaf! Bukhara pilaf is in no way inferior to Tashkent and Samarkand. And I don't want to choose, everyone has their own place! The menu fits on one sheet with pictures on both sides. The pilaf can be Samarkand - fatter or Bukhara. You can order half a serving (the menu indicates 0.7 servings). Additional ingredients can be added to the pilaf. The prices are average. We took Bukhara pilaf, flatbread - everything is very very tasty. Before the order is brought, they give some green candies.
The toilet is for men outside, and for women indoors.
There are a lot of people going there. A popular place. But we found a place where Samarkand pilaf is even tastier and the service is very fast - Mo Salah.

We were in Bukhara and asked the guide where to eat a good pilaf. I recommended it and with good reason.
Interesting room design, fast service and reasonable prices. The portions are healthy, you can take 0.7 instead of a whole one.
Before that, in Samarkand, we ate pilaf after the master class, in an ordinary cafe, and this was our third pilaf. Of the company of 10 people, everyone was satisfied. The pilaf is rich, fragrant, salt and spices are just right. Not fat and not lean.
If you are in Bukhara, be sure to try pilaf here.
The rest of the kitchen is also normal, but the main focus is pilaf!

The pilaf is excellent. I recommend. Especially for us, tourists, for whom pilaf is rice porridge with meat. But we ordered cappuccino, which is not available in many places there. It was brought to us late (we waited 10 minutes, having already eaten the pilaf) and in paper cups ... from a nearby cafe. 🤯As we later found out by chance, this glass is cheaper there. Wouldn't it be more honest to say that for some reason there is no coffee. The sediment remained.

In the restaurant "The plov" it is cooked just perfectly, you can lick your fingers how delicious it is, just a fairy tale and a song.
