For delicious pilaf, the locals sent us here. For comparison, we took two types of pilaf that are prepared here at once: Samarkand and Bukhara. Both are delicious!

Excellent, delicious pilaf with consistently high quality. Excellent rice, tender meat and all other ingredients complement each other perfectly. The place is very popular with people at lunch. There may not even be enough tables. Regarding the rest of the ingredients: kazy is not very good, there is no dolma, but I would like to. Quail eggs as a traditional supplement.
The service is fast, the waiting time is short. There are always sweets on the table - the national dessert.

Excellent location, excellent pilaf, fast service. Clean, nice. It is better to book a table, because there are no seats at lunch (from 13 to 14 hours). Open until 15 h. But there may no longer be pilaf, and after 14 h. pilaf is no longer eaten. We highly recommend visiting.

I don't understand why everyone is shouting with one voice that the place is just a delight and the pilaf there is just "wow!" Well, there was... Well, such a place... I waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, the waiters did not react at all to the raised hand, all 5 people served the guests on one side of the hall, rarely paid attention to the other part, I was sitting at the first table, which was not paid attention at all, I had to order from the cashier. Well, the pilaf itself: I did not understand why all the bloggers are so praising that the most delicious pilaf in Uzbekistan. It's better to try it once than to hear it 100 times.

The goal was to try Bukhara pilaf. The food is delicious, so there are not enough seats. The guests are circling like kites in search of an empty table. You need to come to eat pilaf before 15.00. Then they don't cook anymore, they finish eating))). But we liked everything, the pilaf is delicious, not as greasy as in Tashkent. The welcome tea is only very sweet.

There are a lot of people, but this is an indicator that it is delicious. The service is good. Everything is delicious, the portions are large, doge 0.7, the price is pleasant. There is a veranda and an inner hall of two floors, but you will have to look for a place or even wait

The pilaf center of Bukhara, like in Tashkent and Samarkand. There are a lot of people, both tourists and locals, tables need to be booked if you want to try Bukhara pilaf, or your guide arranges a reservation with the restaurant. There are no complaints about the quality of products and dishes. There is a dangerous threshold at the entrance to the toilet, and the number of toilets is very small for such a large number of visitors. you need to get from the center by taxi

Recently I was in this restaurant, we ate Oshi Sophie pilaf. The interior is oriental, made with taste. The waiters are great, salads and pilaf were brought quickly. According to the tradition of Bukhara chefs, the wedding pilaf "Oshi Sofi" is prepared from finely chopped red carrots. And in the restaurant "The plov" the markov is yellow and cut large. I would like the chefs to keep the tradition of cooking real pilaf "Oshi Sophie".

There are no other dishes besides pilaf and salads. Of the drinks, tea is nothing remarkable. The prices are not cheap. Well, the standard service is 15%.

An iconic place. The owner of the hotel sent me here as the best place in Bukhara to try pilaf. According to him, pilaf is cooked for lunch in huge vats. They can be seen on the spot through a transparent wall in the institution.
They are cooked for a large number of people at once, since it is not allowed to warm up the pilaf. The taste goes away. The pilaf is delicious. I will especially note the compote and / or tarragon (I have already forgotten what was there). :-) Locals, for the most part, drink pepsi / Cola, although almost all establishments have natural compote and / or delicious tarragon.
There are a lot of people. Most of them are local, which shows the quality of cooking in the establishment. Good service. In general, I recommend visiting this place for pilaf for lunch!

Super! Very tasty!
Reasonable prices, good service and a good interior.
Pilaf 28, salad 8, tea 8 (Ahmad + two large slices of lemon), flatbread 5 (make half on request).
You definitely need to look here.
It is worth noting that there are two halls. The second one didn't come to me visually at all, although it can't affect the taste of pilaf in any way. The people are a crowd. You may need to wait for a table.
There are a lot of waiters.
It reminded me of the pilaf center in Tashkent, only smaller in size.

Awesome pilaf! For pilaf, just come here! We took both Samarkand and Bukhara, we liked both: Samarkand is more spiced, spicy, and Bukhara is sweeter. Be sure to look at the vats in which pilaf is cooked, they are huge, everything looks very colorful.

According to reviews, this is the best place in Bukhara where you can try pilaf. It is better to come before lunch, since in addition to tourists, locals also come to lunch, and you can wait for a table for a very long time. There is traditionally no pilaf in the evening. The menu is standard for all pilafs, the prices are pleasant despite the popularity of the place. It's very tasty. The only thing that disappointed me was the discussion: very slowly. Plus, they just forgot about our order and we had to ask the waiters several times: "where is our pilaf?", in response they promised to find out and just disappeared, they resolved the situation only thanks to the manager, for which many thanks to him.

There are Samarkand and Bukhara pilaf to choose from, vegetable salads, and something else national. Bukhara pilaf is in this institution that I like more, as if it is juicier or something. And you can take a portion of 0.7 (Samarkand only a full portion). The place is popular, very lively at lunch. There are 3 halls working there, if you want to sit more calmly, then go to the last hall)

It is a very tourist place where everyone goes to eat pilaf. There are a lot of people, which is explained by the popularity.
Bukhara pilaf is different from Tashkent and Samarkand, it is necessary to try it. You can watch and take pictures of how pilaf is made.
In general, I recommend the place.
I took off one point for the service. I understand that the waiters are loaded, but if the service fee is included in the bill in a separate line in the institution, then it is necessary to provide this service.
