An unreasonably hyped place. The queue is at the entrance, and the delivery and service is like fast food. At 14:00, the pilaf ended, the Samarkand pilaf could not be tasted. Many visitors who came at 14:15 failed to order anything. The pilaf is mediocre, the salads are very small portions, it is impossible to feel the atmosphere of Uzbekistan in this place.

It was yesterday and today. I ordered Bukhara pilaf-very tasty! You can choose additives to it ( quail egg / horse meat, etc. ). The service is fast, all the staff speaks Russian. To pay, there is no need to call the waiter-you can go to the cashier, name the table number and pay.

I was at this place with my family. A very large number of seats. However, at lunchtime, you still have to try to find a free table. There are 2 types of pilaf to choose from. Samarkand and Bukhara. The portions are huge. For myself, I ordered a 1 kilogram portion of Bukhara pilaf. The prices are very attractive, the quality is excellent. Of the disadvantages: you can only pay for food at the checkout (the waiter brings the bill) accordingly, you need to stand in line for quite a long time.

Many people recommend The Plov, to visit, as a place where delicious pilaf is cooked. But in my opinion, the place is more rapier. Pilaf cooking is put on stream... We didn't really like the pilaf, the rice was a little damp. The portion is smaller than in other places you visited during your trip.
I was very upset that for any addition to pilaf (sausages, quail egg) you need to pay extra separately.
