Oh, Cornflowers. A wonderful chain of family restaurants in Minsk! This time it was possible to finish the review, but for such a good institution this is not enough! This was the first place that my girlfriend and I visited in Minsk! The first place where we ate so aggressively! I liked everything! The music is atmospheric, the interior is perfect for the concept of a family restaurant, the staff goes in folk costumes! We went to this institution to try the dishes of national cuisine and we did it! There are all famous representatives of this delicious potato cuisine! I have never eaten such pancakes as here, the frying pan with meat was VERY tasty! I ate two! Have you arrived in Minsk? Be sure to visit this place! Delicious drinks, although the restaurant is not specialized in coffee drinks, but I want to say that Bumble is better here than in 80% of other coffee shops in Minsk! The waiting time is slightly higher than we would like, approximately 20-30 minutes, but perhaps this was due to the large flow and the fact that the restaurant is located near the train station! And by the way, I'll attach a photo below with a view from the Cornflower, eating pancakes and looking at such beauty is great!

I am not such an enthusiastic customer, I went to lunch as a guest of Minsk. The price tag is average. I waited for more than 20 minutes for the order, then for 10-15 minutes I was looking for a waiter to pay. The kitchen is ordinary. Draniki are not draniki, ground potatoes in flour, apparently they do not differ from pancakes, and the oil on which they fried was not fresh-the smell and taste!

Folk cuisine restaurant - this is how it positions itself)
We were in Cornflowers in Vitebsk - there it is a separate place, more atmospheric. In the shopping center Gallery Minsk- Cornflowers is a food court.
But the food is just as delicious - we tried a lot of dishes there - borscht, solyanka, machanka, dumplings, zepelins, draniki, lard, etc., and a hop board😁
Everything is delicious. There are sooooo many people in the shopping center, the waiters are just fire! They have time and quickly and at the same time serve well and tell about the dishes and smile, in general, WELL DONE!

One of the best Cornflowers, the reviews speak for themselves. We were in 8 different ones out of 12, this one is in the top three. We were on Saturday, there were a lot of people, we waited in line a little bit. The staff is responsive, they work quickly. 5++++ . Although the dishes don't change much over the years, something new has been added over the past 2 years, but that's exactly what they come here for. I don't know why Minsk residents almost all say: yes, they got these "Cornflowers"))), we really like it. I like this network. In the Gallery Minsk for the second time in Cornflowers, also delicious and fast. It's inconvenient that you can't book a table by phone, but the live queue on a weekday after 17 o'clock passed quickly. I liked the Christmas Pancakes and the dish for the company, with the exception of zeppelins, they ate real ones in Lithuania - a completely different taste and presentation. It is a pity that there is not a very large selection of dishes with fried sausages. Maybe the menu will be expanded over time. There is no toilet in Cornflowers, but there is one opposite on the floor. Very pleasant and courteous service.

This is a great place!!! I've been in many Cornflowers, but this is the best! All the food is sooooo delicious! The prices are real!!!!! The atmosphere is wonderful! The waiters are polite! They cook fast enough. Of the disadvantages (for visitors) It's a full landing and you have to wait in line. But it's worth it! And, by the way, the administrators guys quickly "sort out" this situation.

It's a very nice place. If you want to eat, but you don't know where - the right choice. Soup and borscht are bombed. The draniki were a little pumped up. They used to taste better. There are no complaints about the service — they were invited to an empty seat, provided a menu, accepted the order immediately when ready (and even clarified about the order of dishes with drinks!)
With an average load of the establishment, the order was ready pretty quickly. The quality of the food does not raise any questions, everything turned out more than wonderful. I was less lucky with the choice of drinks, but here I rather did not fall into subjective preferences

We took several dishes, only the refrigerator was edible, and slicing vegetables, although slicing 4 thin slices of cucumber, 4 slices of radish and less than half a tomato with a lettuce leaf, and it's clearly not worth the money. Apparently it is designed for a stray tourist who will not return.

Great place! It is popular with visitors of the Gallery shopping and entertainment center (Pobediteley Ave.).The range of dishes is decent. There are national pancakes. They cook quickly.
