I was in Minsk back in February as a tourist. We came here to eat local cuisine, which, I must say, pleasantly surprised me. We ordered draniki and brought 3 large, tasty, juicy and very satisfying pieces. They also took kvass, which they make themselves, and not just pour the purchased one. We also liked kvass very much! The prices are very good and fully correspond to the quality of the dishes. The staff is very friendly, neat, everything is brought on time. I will be in Minsk again - I will definitely come!

I really liked the restaurant! Delicious, atmospheric. Draniki, meat cuts and much more will lick your fingers. We drank tinctures, I recommend a set. On a weekend evening, there was a small queue at the entrance, and they waited for the order for 20 minutes. But it's all understandable, the workload of the kitchen.

I was struck by the size of the cafe-a large room, many tables, but the service is excellent. The guests do not wait for the waiters, the dishes are brought quickly. Kuhya- there are places where they cook better. The pancakes are bitter, the Olivier salad is a little dry (it would seem, how so?) It is not very suitable for the first acquaintance with the delicious Belarusian cuisine.

Cornflowers, it's urgent to visit! A very colorful and authentic place, imbued with the spirit of Belarus. The style is consistent in everything-from waiters' clothes, restaurant interiors and music, to dishes. We order different types of Pancakes with baking powder and machanka, leaf pads and zeppelins. Very tasty. The constant queue at the entrances to the restaurant testifies to this - the place is visited and popular. I recommend.

I will describe the disadvantages that I faced:
-Waiting for the waiter
- We arrived before lunch, 5 minutes in advance, ordered from the lunch menu.
After 5 minutes, it turned out that there was no compote, although lunch time had just begun. How is that even possible?
- Salads are something. We decided not to waste oil on vegetable oil at all, gnaw in dry water. Olivier was swimming in mayonnaise. Huge chunks of mayonnaise are not mixed. The Olivier plate is stained.
- Draniki generally waited 30 minutes! Damn, what should I do there? The taste is extremely disgusting! Overcooked, all in oil, bitter. I wouldn't even let an animal eat that!
The only plus is soups!

The waiters are friendly, polite, efficient, always prompt. Ustin was very pleased at this institution (and we came here several times).

We visited one of the chain restaurants, which is located in the shopping center. When we arrived, all the tables were occupied, we waited a little in a live queue. All dishes on the menu are detailed with pictures. We decided on the order quickly. Drinks were brought immediately and warned that hot dishes should wait up to 40 minutes. Our order was ready in 30 minutes. Everything is perfectly served. But it tasted too salty. It ruined the impression. And so everything is beautiful - the interior, the waitresses.

The place is just super 👍 you will find all the local dishes here without any problems :) the waiters are also great :) I was skeptical at the beginning, but in the end we went there for dinner five times. Everything is great 👍 the prices are very reasonable, compared to other establishments in Minsk.
