God, how delicious it is there 🙏
This is the first place we went to upon arrival. We visited according to numerous recommendations from local residents and were very satisfied. Delicious!!! The comfort is 4ka, because it is located in the shopping center and the view is on the pavilions themselves and the people walking there - as for me, so not very much. But the food decided everything!)

We came in the morning for breakfast, the hall was half empty. The waiter came up to us 10 minutes later and brought the menu. After that, he disappeared completely. It didn't even help that I went to the waiters at the counter and asked them to come over. After a 25-minute wait, they just left the place.

I was in Vitebsk and today I had a chance to visit this network in Minsk while I was experiencing rain. The queue at the entrance was small, they sat down at the table quickly, the staff was polite as always, but there were a lot of questions about the food (the main course was pancakes with mushrooms), after which the stomach ached very much all evening and there was a feeling of terrible discomfort.. Unfortunately, I am disappointed by this contrast.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk. Atmospheric, cozy. Very tasty local and not only cuisine. Everything is delicious, pancakes, solyanka, borscht, all kinds of meat, pancakes, dumplings, dumplings and much more. For children, the children's menu, the child was also satisfied. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and courteous.
As far as I understand, there are no reservations. There may be a waiting queue on weekends (10-15 minutes, not for long).
We visited Cornflowers many times on vacation, and we will definitely visit again!

A good cafe. Delicious dishes of Belarusian cuisine. The waiters are friendly and the prices are affordable. You can only order breakfast from them until 11:00. They asked for shingles at 10.00, it is impossible to make such an order, I had to walk to the next Cornflowers)), I really wanted shingles. From 11.00 you can order everything from the menu except breakfast))). These are the rules.

I do not get tired of praising my favorite restaurant Cornflowers in the Gallery Minsk. How nice it is to warm up on cold autumn evenings with delicious mulled wine or local liqueurs). They were just raw, with raw minced meat. I saw this for the first time (I don't put 2 points, because they immediately brought dessert to the child as an apology. A wonderful place: delicious and atmospheric! There was a small queue at lunch on Saturday, but it went quickly and did not tire. For breakfast, dishes from the main menu are not prepared and there is a separate menu. The pancakes from there are incredible (they are in the photo)! I took draniki with sour cream for lunch and I won't hesitate to recommend them either.

I didn't like everything from the service to the food. The tables and benches are cramped and not comfortable in themselves. The waiter worked quickly and politely. But it took a soooo long time to wait for the order. There were four of us. Since last year, we wanted to try the Babka dish, but we never succeeded. The waiter explained - they are quickly disassembled. I don't understand what the reason is for not cooking 3 times more, since the dish is popular. In short, we didn't try it this time either. The first one brought a hodgepodge and the three of us watched as the fourth ate. Then they waited again. Wi-Fi is hanging, so there was nothing to brighten up the wait. Since last year, the prices on the menu have not changed, but the exchange rate has increased from 23.3 to 32.2 Russian rubles per bunny. So it was long and expensive to eat in Cornflowers, and not very tasty.

For administrative work, if I could, I would give zero to this particular place.
Yesterday on Saturday there were a lot of people, but there were also a lot of waiters, 4 people were free at the entrance. We went in because we saw a couple of empty tables, but they told us to stand in the waiting queue (two companies in front of us), there are no tables. Then we found out everything together, we saw them, so we went in, they just need to be removed. OK, the tables have been cleared, the companies have been seated, we are following. We stand and wait. Two girls came in and stood in front of us. Well, who will make a row about this, everything is clear. But the girls were invited to the table...
To my question, how so, the waiter asked them: "Well, you used to stand, right?" And they answered "yes" :)
We didn't wait any longer.
These are organizational issues and they are poorly handled here. We understand that the institution does not care who is first or second, but the visitors do not.
It means we will go to other places :)

Very tasty! The staff is attentive and efficient. The waiting time (in order to get inside the cafe in the IC Gallery is 30-40 minutes. The waiting time for the order is about 15 minutes. The atmosphere and interior are very cool, authentic, and sociable. According to the drinks, they took liqueurs, raspberry, rowan, grandfather's treat - very tasty, moderately strong. They didn't order meat, they took shingles and dumplings.
