Nice hotel. The room has everything for a good rest. Clear. All accessories: shampoos, gels, everything is available, if you need a toothbrush and toothpaste, you need to contact the reception. Everything will be delivered to the room quickly.The hotel has a SPA. It is free of charge for hotel guests. The breakfasts are delicious. The buffet.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025. It doesn't have 4 stars.The rooms look more like the USSR, the watering can is leaking in the bathroom, the kettle is old, there was no tea or spoons in the room, only two mugs.The spa is paid for, and the reception couldn't figure out the prices for a family of four, so they told us to contact the spa directly.Food:breakfast is normal, lunch and dinner are of the same type, the service is so-so, we wouldn't go any more

A wonderful hotel, convenient location, a wonderful park opposite for walking and relaxing,for me it was important that a dog traveled with us,we booked a two-room Suite,the room is very pleasant,clean,large,with a wonderful view from the windows,the staff is friendly and helpful,the breakfast buffet was enough for me,especially delighted oatmeal porridge is just super tasty; unfortunately, we did not have time to go to the SPA area, because we came to the dog show (we left early, returned tired)
The overall impression of Minsk and the Victoria & SPA hotel is excellent, I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel does not pull in 4 stars. We lived in a standard room with two separate beds. There is no refrigerator in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, it was poorly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the carpet was cleaned the next day at our request. Bathrobes and slippers were brought on request. The bathrobes and towels are shabby, with holes. In the SPA area, in the women's locker room, it is cramped, the water drain is not working well, there is hair all around... Among the advantages - good breakfasts, near the park, the room is spacious.

There was a great hotel for a rest or overnight stay for further travel around Belarus. But the influx of tourists from Moscow, Orla did their job. Prices skyrocketed, like in an expensive Moscow hotel. A pity.

As part of my trip to Belarus, I stayed for three days from 31/10/2023 in this hotel.
This is my triple stay at this hotel, the first was in May 2019.
What has changed during this time in the hotel:
1) Of course, the price has changed, and in 4 years, of course, not for the better for me
Before that, I rented a triple TWIN superior for 9700 rubles per day for three (room size 45 m2). Now I rented a double superior (33 m2) for 14430 rubles per day for three people, even if you do not take into account the size of the room. which has become smaller. then the price has increased by more than 50%
2) the quality of breakfast for 4 years has also not changed for the better - in my opinion, the products and breakfasts have become easier and cheaper, but in general it's OK - you can eat))
Yes, I also wanted to note the "curiosity" - stains on the bed sheets, of course we noticed them already before going to bed and we could not change the sheets at night and had to sleep on a "dirty" sheet -) (of course it was clean or rather washed, but the stains alas did not wash off - but the staff decided to lay a sheet with stains) The next day we could only change the sheets -)
In general, the hotel, taking into account the price increase, did not please me. overall rating -3.9 ,
Breakfast 3,5 , Spa - 4 (took massage treatments), location -5
I can't explicitly recommend this hotel, those have obvious drawbacks.
The choice of the hotel is determined by the price and a good location.

I liked everything very much, clean rooms, very comfortable mattresses, silence at night, nothing bothered or annoyed in this hotel. An atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The pool is magnificent.It's just a pity that there are a lot of people from the city in the evenings. In the morning, you can swim quite calmly.The Victoria Olympus Hotel has more interesting breakfasts, but there is no such gorgeous pool.

The breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The view from the window was of the park and the Independence Palace - it was beautiful. From the Spa pools - the norms, the Jacuzzi too. The sauna is a little small and, for me personally, a little cold. It's dark in the hammam, the light bulbs don't work.

The rooms are huge. But unfortunately, the extra space is only on a 2-bedroom sofa. As a result, a large family is accommodated in only two rooms. The breakfast is edible, but without frills. Unfortunately, half of the rooms overlook the Atlant factory, which is working around the clock, which, although the standard of the Belarusian production culture, is so noisy that you can't sleep with the window open. The pool is pleasant, there are 2 warm Jacuzzi bowls, a hammam and a sauna. The pool is included in the accommodation. Parking is free, sometimes full, but there is always a place in the surrounding area behind the barrier, which is always open.
Now about the service. The mini-bar is empty. There is a kettle, but there is no tea or sugar! When contacting the reception, they say that it is not allowed, and they send for a tea bag to a bar where expensive tea is in a kettle. And this is at a room price of 10 tr/day?
I do not recommend this hotel. It is really cheaper for this money to live in one of the Communist Party's three cities, which are closer to Nemiga and have breakfast and swim in other places.

The session for visiting the pool and sauna is 1.5 hours. I liked the sauna and the pool.

The renovation in the room is not modern.
Spa area : the hammam did not work, I liked the sauna, especially pouring cold water from a barrel after it.

Very expensive. For two nights on May 9-11, they gave 1071r 2vzr + 1b for the level of this hotel, they did not understand why. Probably for the spa. Which you can come to from the street for 32 rubles. A dog was yapping in the next room. I wouldn't have come here a second time, but I would have come to the spa from the street.

Nice large rooms, there is an electric kettle and some appliances, the food is ordinary without frills.
A very comfortable large double bed.
There are disadvantages:firstly, there are always a lot of people in the spa area, both in the pool and in the saunas.
And another disadvantage was that we didn't have a refrigerator in the room and the others didn't either, as I later found out.

Great hotel! A very beautiful view of Victory Park. The room impressed with its size. Cozy, clean. The staff is attentive and friendly. At our request, slippers and bathrobes were provided. Forget about this hotel.... There are 30 people in the pool every day at any time, the Internet falls off every 5 minutes, they have been fixing refrigerators for a year and a half .... They just forget to change toilet paper.... and the price was 100 euros per day.....
