I really liked it! On the occasion of the wedding anniversary, they settled in a huge two-room room, everything is there, the breakfasts are excellent, late check-out on the promotion! An excellent hotel, everything is at a good level, resembles the Holiday Inn chain and in some ways even surpasses it. The rooms are spacious, all the saturation works perfectly. The beds are comfortable. Reception, lobby, restaurant for breakfast - if you do not look specifically, then there is nothing to complain about.
The only thing is that everything is not so simple with parking.
P.S.: the cleaning staff overdo it with horror stories about towels that will be counted and what problems will there be if they are not counted! But women are generally nice and you can see that they are just worried about the case!)

I did not like the hotel, the price / quality does not match. There are a number of much better hotels for the same budget. Firstly, the restaurant was not working, it was closed for special service, no one notified about it. There are not many restaurants within walking distance, and taking into account the holidays, they were busy. Entrance and exit to the Spa area: you ride in the elevator in a bathrobe with people in jackets and boots, and on the closing day of the restaurant in general with people from another banquet from the 16th floor(((
In the Spa area there are tables where companies of people sat and drank freely, laying out crates of beer and fish.
Bathrobes are provided on request and when an hour passed after our request, we asked the maid where the bathrobes were, she replied that she simply did not have them. But we strongly asked her to find it for us, and after about 20 minutes a miracle happened.
Why they turned to the maid, everything is simple - because the phone at the reception does not answer for hours. As well as the phone to the restaurant (taking into account the 4 check-in at the hotel and the availability of room service).
Breakfast - if you prefer to choose a la carte breakfast rather than a buffet, then their breakfast is not suitable for you. There is no such option. More precisely, it is there, just the waiter will bring you something from the buffet, and you will pay the full price, even if you went in for a cup of coffee. The room had a frankly dirty floor. If you really find fault with the lighting, the room is semi-dark, in the elevator areas on the floors it is just dark.
In general, if the price of this hotel would be at least 2 times lower, then it is understandable. But stating such a price and the availability of 4 arrivals, it is not acceptable. And again, there is no accessibility, it is very far to the metro. If you like a comfortable stay, choose more interesting places to stay.

A cool hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms. The aqua zone is small, so there are a lot of people. The service is good, but not excellent, the staff is responsive and polite, ready to settle any issue, but upon check-in there was garbage in the room and there were no bathrobes, slippers and disposable toothbrushes. In general, the price-quality ratio is at the level.

They were in late April-early May 2023. I liked the hotel in general. Excellent rooms, everything is thought out, good sound insulation, the refrigerator really did not work ice. The view is beautiful on the park.
Nice spa area: swimming pool, sauna-small of course for such a large hotel, hammam.
The breakfast is generally good, clearly different depending on the shift.
At the reception, everyone performs their duties well, everything is professional.
There is an indoor multi-level parking.

The hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is perfect. I also liked the SPA area, you can visit it for free every day. There were breakfasts-a very pleasant and delicious selection of dishes. Beautiful view from the window. The staff is polite. I recommend it!!! Unfortunately, the photos are only from the SPA.

We arrived, settled in ... but the spa is not a spa, it will open on 14, then 15, and as a result it has not been working for more than 4 months. The refrigerators do not work in the rooms, it turns out that you need to ask at the reception)))) And they told us the following about refrigerators:
"This is a bar, not a refrigerator, so it shouldn't be cold in it!!!" The breakfasts are normal, but without champagne and only lightly salted herring from fish. It's worth a C, yes, but for 4 stars only the view from the window of the Father's residence!!!

Everything seems to be fine. The room is large (standard twin), clean, quiet, good breakfasts. There is a bus stop and a park nearby. One of the terrible disadvantages for me is the lack of a refrigerator. You can leave something in the refrigerator at the reception, but it's generally inconvenient. Of the lesser disadvantages, the Internet is weak and there is no tea and coffee in the room. There is also no cooler anywhere, but you can take bottled water for breakfast.

The hotel is on the 4th floor. There are no bathrobes or slippers at check-in, you must additionally ask for this. The sockets are very strangely configured, in order to turn on the outlet at the TV, it was necessary to turn on the pass-through switch by the bed))??. The breakfasts are good. The spa complex is the most ordinary, just a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam. The spa department is ordinary.

We visited this hotel and made an amazing discovery - a room in a three-star hotel without a refrigerator! The staff informed that there are a lot of visitors in the hotel and you will have to live like this! Well, another interesting thing is that there is no ventilation in the bathroom at all and all odors actively spread into the room through the holes cut in the door. The breakfast is not bad. The reception staff is unfriendly and arrogant.

I would like more from 4 stars. A double room for the night for 416 Belarusian rubles, while the room does not shine with individuality, the TV is 21 inches from the early two thousandth... The pillows are square and hard... we haven't seen the SPA, we haven't had time to visit it.

Who gives a rating of 5, I do not know why, I will write a detailed review: when checking into the room (it was open when we approached, maybe this is their practice), the hair in the sink in both bathrooms, walking through the room in white socks, they turned black. You can judge for yourself about the cleaning. Before going out for a walk from the hotel, they asked the reception to bring slippers, the girl kindly wrote it down and said they would bring it now. Upon returning, there were no slippers or cleanliness in the room, we called the reception to bring them to us, the girl rudely replied: come and take them yourself, there are no maids! There is also no refrigerator in the room, although the hotel is 4*!!! Will we come back here again? Of course not, and we don't recommend it to anyone. I would add that the breakfasts leave much to be desired… This hotel clearly does not meet the stated stardom and service.

Quite a decent business hotel, a little far from the center, but if you are by car, then it's not a big deal. We had a spacious room for 3 adults and a child. Of the cons: they forgot to congratulate their sister on her birthday, but after the reminder they corrected themselves, however, a day later. There weren't enough big towels for everyone.

We came to Minsk for the New Year. We stopped at the hotel on 12/30.23. After a long road, we didn't want to go anywhere, we planned to have dinner and relax. But we were surprised by the refusal (( The restaurant was preparing for a New Year's banquet and all forces were thrown into its preparation... we were recommended to go to the store 7 minutes from the hotel. We came to the room and did not find slippers and bathrobes, although the SPA hotel. Our request was answered "if there are any left, we will provide it." We were lucky to be provided. The bathrobes were clean, white, but "crumbled", the room was like snow from them)). Towels are not provided at the SPA, take them with you from the room. On 31.12.23 we decided to visit the SPA. The area was too small for such a hotel, the pool was full of people and there were a lot of children. There is no pleasure. Breakfast is a buffet. We didn't like them at all. It seemed like there was a choice, but not tasty. The pancakes were with cottage cheese, ham and cheese, like yesterday's ones. There was no fish at all, but chicken kebabs for breakfast((
The parking lot is multi-level next to the hotel, but there are also places near the hotel itself. We parked at the hotel, it was convenient. Nice spacious reception area, with a beautiful photo area and a Christmas tree. The staff, by the way, is not friendly, no one says hello. Only the cleaning lady on the floor greeted us (
We didn't get to the restaurant for the New Year's banquet either, there were no seats... The hotel is not bad, but we need to improve the service.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel. For several years, we enjoyed both accommodation and service.
Something has broken in the last 2 years... I can't call the staff polite, neither hello nor goodbye, nor how to help ...
Bathrobes and slippers in the room only on request (they are present a priori in the description of the room). There was no refrigerator in the room, but the room fee did not decrease. There was no warning that this service was missing. At the reception they said that now there are no refrigerators in the rooms, which was not true (passing by other rooms, they saw the presence of refrigerators in them).
Room cleaning now consists of adding hygiene products, just once in a few days of accommodation. Garbage removal only once during all the days of your stay!!!
You can forget about the rest of the care for the guests... At
the same time, it should be noted that the quality of breakfast remained at a good level. The SPA area is as good as ever! And the hammam got rid of unnecessary odors.
It is with great regret that we say goodbye to this once wonderful hotel...

We came for the second year in a row to rest for the New Year holidays and, in fact, to celebrate the New Year itself. The hotel does not quite match the 4 stars. Well, you are not up to the 4-star service! The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the center along the avenue, and on the other side of the avenue you can walk through the park, along the lake and river along a very picturesque road to the center, but then the journey will take about an hour. The rooms are large, the beds are good. We had a triple room. A full double extra bed. The hotel charges money for refueling an extra bed and for bed linen for an extra bed (blankets, pillows). The linen is clean. But they never changed it. There is a good hair dryer in the room. There are bathrobes, a refrigerator, a kettle, and cups. This year they cleaned more often than last year. A good spa, but it's bad that it takes a very long time to wait for coffee, tea or something to eat from a bar or restaurant. And it was necessary to pay immediately, immediately. Well, people in swimsuits, cards in the room. Why can't I open an account with a number?? This is a normal practice. Well, the New Year itself. Actually, that's why we came to you this year. And.... Complete disappointment! Last year, there was a great match between price and quality. This year you are raising prices exactly twice! And you reduce the quality exactly twice! The food is worse! There was no service at all. Well, I don't want to look for napkins, plates, fish, or a cake on New Year's Eve! The sweets disappeared altogether around 2 a.m. and were no longer brought. There were no waiters, dirty dishes were not taken away! Where have they gone in a year? The number of guests was much higher. Well, the worst thing is that we booked a table on November 25th. Three times the message mentioned a high chair. At first, we had a woman in a red suit with an evil face on the list for a long time. Why arrange a queue at the entrance to the restaurant on New Year's Eve and put such an unfriendly hostess? It's New Year's Eve! And again! Three times we indicated in the message that we were going to have a child, why put us right at the pump??? It's on purpose so that we don't come back. We got it. Well, the program was cooler last year! In general, you have cut down the money. And so it all started well.…

The rooms are cozy, clean, and well renovated.
Daily cleaning and water in the room.
The price includes access to the SPA area (1 time per day, without time limit). Swimming pool ~20 meters, hammam and sauna.
Breakfast is paid (I had it) ~ 1000 Russian rubles per person. Buffet, there is everything to have a hearty breakfast. I was satisfied.
The "old town" is about 30 minutes on foot, near the park and the shopping center.
In general, I recommend it!)

Upon check-in, they did not warn that the air conditioner was turned off, the windows were locked, a bathrobe and slippers were only on request for 4* people, the sauna and hammam were very small for a huge number of people. The parking lot is 7 storeys high. Visitors of the hotel can park from the 3rd floor, but why not immediately on the seventh floor?

I used to stay in Victoria 2 quite often, the previous time was probably five years ago. In general, there is a huge gap between the last time and now. I'll probably describe what's happening now. The suite does not pull 4 stars from the word at all, the drain plug does not work in the bathroom, the towels are washed. The breakfasts are just terrible, after visiting them there was no desire to visit the restaurant. Spa is a separate conversation, with room occupancy at most 20 percent, there are no places for procedures. As a result, even after getting a massage, the qualification is heaven and earth with what it was. In general, it is not worth the money from the word at all. Now you need to puzzle out which hotel to change Victoria to.

Of the disadvantages, the lack of a sufficient number of hangers for outerwear, I had to stuff my down jacket into a small locker for personal belongings, speaking of these small lockers: they work disgustingly, almost all visitors have a problem with locks and codes, you enter a password to open the closet, but it does not fit, since one key stuck and pressed several times.
