The room is great. We had a view of Pobediteley Avenue, it was very beautiful. The bathroom is large and beautiful, the water pressure is excellent. I just didn't understand why there was no air freshener, we bought it ourselves. It's a small thing, but it's strange. The huge disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The SPA has a very cold pool. In one of the Jacuzzis, the water is warm (it should be hot), and in the other it is cool. We didn't understand what kind of SPA it was. Hammam for a maximum of 3 people, a tiny sauna. There are a lot of people, not only from the hotel, but also from outside. Once was enough for us, we didn't get any pleasure, we didn't go anymore. Of course, there is no comparison with the Moscow SPA clubs. The girls at the SPA reception are friendly. But the cleaning lady at the SPA is a tin. She tried to hit us with almost a dirty rag for looking into the SPA locker room without shoe covers. A scoop . The bar is wildly expensive. The restaurant is just a canteen. We had breakfast at the WTC Castle, I recommend the Embassy cafe (to the left of the main entrance to the shopping center), delicious, WI-FI, pleasant lounge atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but we will not go here a second time. Very far from everything. We constantly rode by taxi, you can't walk anywhere except the park and the Castle shopping center.

Overall, it's not bad. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, quiet enough, a variety of breakfasts. But if you are used to European 4*, then this is not them.
Of the cons:
- in hotels that position themselves at 4*, it is usually possible to take a normal orthopedic pillow, but this is not the case here
- the curtain in the bathroom does not perform its function at all, after taking a shower, the entire floor is flooded
- one day, for some reason, the maid decided to lock our window with a key - and almost at night the reception and security searched for a miracle key for 40 minutes so that the window finally became functional
- they did not have much time to clean the breakfast restaurant, and the tablecloths as a separate monument to the union

Great place! I really liked that there is a water area below — included in the price — sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, swimming pool. There is also a fitness center.
The rooms are good! Comfortable, clean, pleasant! They give you a new one every day)
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! The buffet! We paid extra separately, had breakfast once. Worthy! There is porridge and fruits, and yogurt, and amlet, scrambled eggs…

There is no air conditioner, there is none at all. It's hard in the heat.
There is no refrigerator.
The hotel bar has very expensive prices.
Massages and other Spas are very mediocre. The price for a massage is the same as in Moscow. The quality is not very good.

A good hotel, comfortable rooms, very decent food in the restaurant.
A couple of cons: upon check-in (after midnight), there was no drinking water in the room, and there were no coolers; the receptionists do not know how the restaurant works and the details of visiting the pool (they could not answer questions).

A solid four for the hotel. Nothing super wow. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The windows do not open, you need to ask the staff to unlock them with a special "trick" to open them. Cleaning is constantly carried out. The staff is friendly, but not in a hurry. There is a small bar downstairs, which is not open around the clock.
There is no ironing board in the room, but there is one on the floor. Be prepared for this.

There were three of us, in a large, cozy room, good breakfasts, parking is organized.
But! If there is a SPA, you need to either warn about the lack of towels in the spa area or at least be able to issue towels for a fee.
We went down to the spa, went to the recreation area, there are no towels, they said at the reception, they said that take from the rooms, some kind of story is not good.
The spa itself is very mediocre, a nice pool, a very small sauna, a cold hammam. Minus for the spa area.

There are two coffee machines, one of them constantly broke down. The hotel building has a stylobate in which there is a restaurant. So, on the weekend, starting on Friday, weddings were played there until two in the morning. The music was blaring all over the hotel..Therefore, check in on the upper floors just in case. Near the hotel is a large Shopping center Palace. Opposite is the residence of Lukashenka. If you want to go somewhere, then it is optimal to take a taxi.

I liked the hotel, the location, the rooms, a beautiful park nearby (I regretted that I did not take a running uniform). The spa was timed when there were fewer people, so it was comfortable. We swam and steamed. The breakfast is hearty, everything is as I like, even the cutlets))) but here, too, you need to keep up and come early, otherwise it's a queue for coffee) the staff is polite and courteous. We walked to the center to drive the shingles from the sides, about 30 minutes, by taxi it would be 5 minutes. Lovers of silence may not like the road nearby, then you need to choose a room on the other side. The view was important to us, so the window was closed at night, as it turned out, there are also fans of speeding up at night on a motorcycle. In general, we were satisfied, we recommend it.

A spacious swimming pool with water treatments, 2 Jacuzzis, a Russian bath and a hammam. There are enough sun beds for relaxation. You can rent bathrobes and towels for an additional fee. A session of 1.5 hours is enough to relax and unwind. Price - quality matches! We will visit again!

The room is spacious, the bed has a comfortable mattress and pillow. TV is only Belarusian channels. The mini-cooler is turned on as a decoration, but it does not give out cold. There is a small kettle, glasses, a bottle of drinking water.
The toilet set consists of a shower cap, bottles of shampoo, gel, body cream and a piece of soap (the packaging of which is difficult to open). The hair dryer is very weak, it is impossible to do styling.
The hotel has a spa area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. To visit the spa area, there is a terry bathrobe and slippers in the room.
An excellent varied breakfast, two coffee machines, a spacious restaurant hall, and if there are no tour groups, you can have breakfast in silence.

We had a family vacation in February. I booked the hotel in advance, paid in advance. The armor indicated 2 children, 2 adults. We arrived after 18 o'clock, checked in quickly. The suite is beautiful. I can't say it's perfectly clean...the children found a bottle from the previous guests under the bedside table, otherwise everything is clean.
Of the disadvantages.
We knew in advance that there would be 4 guests, we put 3 pillows...Why??? I went down to the reception to ask for an extra pillow, and received the strangest possible answer that all the maids had already left and it was unlikely that they would find a pillow for us. The time was about 20 hours. But after a while they brought us a pillow...but without the pillowcase...I asked, and the pillowcases, to which the girl said, I'm from another floor, I don't know anything, you wrap a towel...They'll find you a pillowcase tomorrow. It's strange, of course, but when you specifically check into a suite, you expect to get a little more comfort than usual...not sleeping on a towel.
The second drawback. Of course, there are more questions for the managers who monitor what should be in the room. Here you have put a kettle in the room, the cups can not but rejoice....Well, uh, well, it's hard for you to put a couple of tea and coffee bags. What will I put in these cups according to your taste. I have to either buy a package of tea, although I only came for 2 days, or drink boiling water.

Excellent comfortable rooms. The view from the window of winter Minsk is cool. The white is fresh and Soviet-style harsh.

I love the spa area of this hotel.
There is a nice swimming pool, sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi. It is always clean and the sauna is perfectly heated, the space is never overloaded with people. The cost is also pleasing.

A disgusting hotel.... having traveled a long way from Moscow Time, we got to this hotel.... we were surprised that there were not even slippers in the room... everything is on request. Well, OK, they called - they brought it in a place with bathrobes. We settled down and decided to go to the SPA area... and oooh surprise that it doesn't work. And the girl at the reception proudly declares that there is no hot water. They say there's barely enough for the rooms. How so??? A commercial institution cannot provide a service for which, in fact, it has been paid..... And in response, just "well, I'm sorry." Besides this, there are many points... from unlit light bulbs in dark corridors to disgusting WiFi.... I won't come back and I don't recommend it!

We were in this department from March 7 to March 10. There was no 4-star feeling due to the not very polite staff, especially in the Spa area. We went to ask about an appointment for a massage, the girl replied in such a tone that it was as if we had come to her house and not to work. Then, in the same tone, she asked if we had invitations to the Spa, despite the fact that they were already standing in bathrobes and swimsuits, and when we showed them, she said in an angry voice: There are a lot of people there! It was very unpleasant to listen to all this.
In the room, for 2 nights in a row, some kind of switch clicked in the bathroom and water was pouring somewhere in the ceilings, which was very audible and prevented sleep. It was very unpleasant not to get enough sleep.
The soup was brought to the hotel restaurant and it was poured on plates by the waiter so carelessly (((
There were no clean dishes at breakfast at 9-9.30. coffee cups, no milk or coffee in the coffee machine. There were no waiters to be found, and when they found and asked for mugs, they brought paper cups. We felt like we were at a gas station and not in a 4-star hotel.
We expected the best from the hotel, especially when we arrived for the holiday (March 8). And the hotel did not even congratulate any woman in the hotel.

The room is large, but it is not designed for three people. Two beds and a disgusting sofa. Which is not suitable for sleeping. Linen is changed every four days. An untimely change of linen for a fee. A small table and two armchairs. The air conditioning is general, i.e. it cannot be individually configured. And it was hot outside for 30 degrees. You come to the pool like to a hammam, it's humid and hot. There was cold food for breakfast for two or three days (I lived for 7 days). After the guests, they were in no hurry to clean up the tables. There's a puddle on the floor at the juice dispenser, everyone is walking around with their shoes stuck on. And the staff, too, didn't even bother to clean up. Until she went up to the employee who marks the arrival for breakfast and pointed out the dirt. They didn't raise an eyebrow, as if that was the way it should be.

Mixed feelings. Outwardly a beautiful hotel with a convenient location. There are 6 elevators, they drive fast, there is no queue and no waiting. A large bright hall. The view from the window of the 13th floor is very good, fountains in the evening. There is a swimming pool in the Spa area, two Jacuzzis, the room is warm, the area is large, you can conveniently place your luggage. There is a safe, an extra blanket and a pillow. A comfortable large bed, a TV with a dozen channels, for whom it is important. There is a board with an iron on the floor, which is convenient. Guided tours of the destinations are organized. That's all the advantages.
Cons: there is no refrigerator, kettle in the room, you take towels from the room to the pool, if you lose them, then you are fined, as a result, after the pool you wipe yourself in the room with wet towels.
The staff is tired.
We didn't get to dinner at the hotel restaurant on the 1st floor because of the wedding service on the 16th floor, that is, there is simply no staff to serve both the hotel guests and the event. Moreover, neither the bartender in the lobby bar nor the receptionist at the reception know about this and send guests to eat in a closed restaurant.
Slippers and a bathrobe are brought upon request, they are not in the room. There is no hair conditioner.
The Jacuzzi has dirty water, companies are constantly sitting. Of course, they do not ask for any information for visiting the pool.
There is a stir in the lobby in the evening. Everyone is drinking. In the morning, there is a vomited sidewalk at the entrance.
Now the most important disappointment. These are breakfasts. They are not included in the room rate. Since we were with a hungry child, we bought breakfast for 33 rubles each and stayed hungry. The food is tasteless, cold, the choice is minimal, the coffee is burnt, the tea is only flavored.
